Chapter 155: Chapter 154 Friendship Among Players (Second Update)

Mo Shigui’s phone call was soon picked up, and Can Xin’s voice ca from the other side.

“Oh my, President Mo Shigui, aren’t you in a competition? How do you still have ti to call ?” Can Xin’s sneering voice ca from the other side of the phone.

“Are you online now?” Mo Shigui asked.

“Definitely online, I am much more relaxed than you are right now, busy with a big quest,” Can Xin added.

“…”

Mo Shigui fell into silence once again, his hand holding the phone tightening slightly.

...

Can Xin and he didn’t have a particularly good relationship, and Mo Shigui was not a person who liked to ask for help. Most importantly, as the president of the Dancing Nuclear Guild, asking Can Xin for help at this ti would an having to lower his head again when they t in the ga.

But is now really the ti to worry about that?

“Do a favor,” Mo Shigui said in a steady tone.

“A favor? Mr. President, don’t you have everything? What do you need my help with? To dismantle the guild’s walls?” Can Xin had not yet caught on to the change in Mo Shigui’s tone.

“Dismantle?” Mo Shigui indeed caught Can Xin’s triumphant tone.

“I took on a quest, saying it involved joining with Magic Thieves to take down your camp, with a reward of a level fifty epic lord’s pet, and I’m on my way now,” Can Xin’s voice was extrely excited.

Mo Shigui took a deep breath, his teeth gritted, knowing that joking around was not enough to persuade Can Xin, as he was also joking, only communicating with Mo Shigui in a ga-playing manner.

In the ga, it was typical for the Dancing Nuclear Guild and Abyss Temple Guild to dismantle each other’s bases.

It was just a bunch of data, after all. Once dismantled, it could be rebuilt.

But it’s not as simple as in a ga, Mo Shigui didn’t know how to describe his current feelings, as desperate and frantic as a family mber trapped in a burning house or in an ICU.

At this mont, Mo Shigui felt his own powerlessness, just as Can Xin had said, he had everything in the ga; if he were online now, he would have already taken up sword and shield to beat down those three beasts.

But he was in reality now, a powerless ordinary person in the real world.

Ordinary people have ordinary ways to solve problems, and Mo Shigui didn’t think this was just a ga.

“Help take care of those beasts,” Mo Shigui’s voice choked as he spoke these words to Can Xin.

“Huh? You said take care of those beasts?” Can Xin asked deliberately.

“Please…” Mo Shigui’s voice was choking, he felt as if sothing was stuck in his throat, but he had to speak out, “Lin Zehui, help eliminate those beasts.”

Lin Zehui was Can Xin’s real na, and this ti it was Can Xin’s turn to fall silent.

“Old Song, you don’t need to be like this,” Can Xin’s tone was no longer sneering, but beca extrely serious, “It’s just a siege battle, doing this… it’s just not fun.”

“This isn’t just a siege battle… don’t you understand?” Mo Shigui also struggled to control his emotions.

“… Alright, your tone sounds quite disgusting, I don’t know if I can help you hold it off, but we’ll do our best,” Can Xin said, “Rember to treat us to dinner when the next match is in the upper city!”

“Thank you.” Having received this reply, Mo Shigui hung up the phone without any further requests.

This counts as the friendship and unspoken agreent between rivals; though the two guilds tear at each other frenziedly in the ga, mbers of the two guilds still keep in touch in reality.

After hanging up the call, Mo Shigui looked at a few photos sent by Fluffy Bunny, his hand holding the phone trembling slightly.

Just… let there be no trouble.

………

“Bunny! Black Pot and Dog Bark are still running corpses! It’ll be four minutes before they can co over!”

A guild mber’s shout ca from behind Fluffy Bunny, as she swung her cross for a sip of health for herself.

Her health value had dropped to less than one tenth.

“After I die, you take over the command,” Fluffy Bunny shouted.

Now in the Dancing Nuclear Guild, there were only forty-three elite mbers left capable of fighting, and Fluffy Bunny was confident in leading them to defeat a lord-level beast.

But this was based on the condition that the other three lord-level beasts did not interfere in their battle. However, the other three not only interfered in the combat but worse still, a humanoid Magic Thief seed to know exactly how to crush her guild, always choosing the weakest players to attack, managing to kill with every strike.

This was more troubleso than those bosses in Divine Battle who specialize in killing healers.

There were only six players left in the stronghold at the mont, basically declaring a total wipeout.

“Why do you still stay here? There shouldn’t be anything worth protecting here anymore.”

The voice of Denghis Xisi rose from behind Fluffy Bunny.

“Is this a horror ga or what?”

The Fuzzy Bunny was truly frightened by this elusive human-shaped BOSS. Despite the scare, the cross in her hand glowed brightly—she had been preparing an awakening skill to release.

“That ancient tree, right? The thing you’re really protecting is that ancient tree,” Denghis Xisi’s voice turned Fuzzy Bunny’s fright into… a murderous intent.

Playing gas for so long, it was the first ti Fuzzy Bunny had felt a murderous intent toward a ga character. But before she could unleash her awakening, a pale white light erged from Denghis Xisi’s palm, gradually transforming into the sa golden light as Fuzzy Bunny’s awakening.

Sure enough, he could copy skills! But being able to copy awakenings too was just too buggy!

As Fuzzy Bunny was thinking this, her awakening skill was suddenly interrupted because multicolored teors fell from the sky, landing within the stronghold.

The Elental Mage’s awakening skill, teor Destruction!

But the guild’s Elental Mage was killed at the start of the battle, right?

Realizing the danger, Denghis Xisi quickly retreated as the teors falling from the sky chased him, seeming almost as if they had eyes, until Denghis Xisi leaped onto the head of a giant dragon.

The dragon roared and smashed the teors that fell to the ground into pieces, while the scales on the dragon’s claws also scattered due to the explosion of the teors.

“People of Abyss Temple, you’re too late,” Denghis Xisi said, standing on the dragon and watching the mbers of Abyss Temple appearing at the edge of the Dancing Nuclear Guild.

His round glasses reflected the figure of Can Xin.

From Abyss Temple? Damn! They’ve been backstabbed by an enemy guild.

The sight of the mbers of Abyss Temple made Fuzzy Bunny feel sowhat devastated. She still had confidence she could hold the battle if other mbers of Dancing Nuclear Guild may return from being dead.

But once the people from Abyss Temple showed up, they could definitely guard the corpses!

That ant as soon as mbers of Dancing Nuclear ca back to life, Abyss Temple could kill them off.

Being camped at their own doorstep is truly a disgrace!

“So we’re late, it isn’t over yet, is it?” Can Xin said, his Magic Wand’s light just fading.

“Then prove that you deserve to share this victory with us,” Denghis Xisi pointed at the ancient tree behind Fuzzy Bunny, ignited by the magma, saying, “Destroy that thing.”

The Dancing Nuclear Guild almost faced annihilation but still defended the ancient tree, though its health had dropped to only a third of its original.

“Go ahead,” Can Xin said leisurely, ordering another Mage dressed player who stepped forward.

“Damn it, Can Xin! Stop!” Fuzzy Bunny scread as she saw the light emanating from that Mage player’s hands.

But it was already too late, a massive magic circle suddenly appeared on the ground, large enough to completely envelop the area of the ancient tree.

This wasn’t the Elental Mage’s Extre Ice Banquet, but rather the Ice Master’s Ice Dragon Dance!

This skill summoned two frigid tornadoes to wreak havoc on the battlefield.

Cold tornadoes ford from the chilly air began to sweep everything on the battlefield… including the burning things and the flowing magma on the ground.

When the chilling tornadoes disappeared, what was left inside the stronghold of Dancing Nuclear was nothing but charred materials.

“You folks are really careless. I told him to hire an Ice Master as a firefighter, and he refused, claiming the output was too low, tsk tsk,” Can Xin said looking at the sowhat dazed Fuzzy Bunny.

“People of Abyss, what… what do you an?”

Denghis Xisi wasn’t stupid; although Can Xin’s people seed to be casting destructive magic to destroy the stronghold, they actually ended up extinguishing the fire.

“It’s a quest,” Can Xin pointed at Denghis Xisi standing on the dragon’s head and said, “Since you have three dragons, leave the two on each side here. We’ll take the middle one as a pet, and the other two will be used as materials. You should have sothing good, shouldn’t you?”

Hearing this, Denghis Xisi’s expression turned slightly unpleasant; he had underestimated these people’s greed.

Sorry… our decision is to take everything!

“Let’s see if you’re qualified to swallow so many rewards,” he said.

Under Denghis Xisi’s command, another giant dragon leaped out from the Magma Pool, and he ordered the three lord-level Molten Core Dragons to charge at the mbers of the Abyss Temple within the stronghold.

“Aggro out! Dancing Nuclear, how long are you going to lie there? Group up, group up!”

Can Xin shouted as the Shield Warriors behind him lifted their shields and charged at the three lords, the three Shield Warriors using their six-foot bodies to block the nearly sixty-foot-long dragon charges.

Using their flesh to stop a dragon rush was sothing any Shield Warrior could do, at the cost of their health being reduced to less than a tenth.

Dancing Nuclear used this thod to fend off the three dragons trying to destroy the tree cave behind them.

Now, there were no Shield Warriors left among the surviving mbers of Dancing Nuclear, but Abyss Temple had so!
