However, as they approached the front desk of the Inn, a problem arose. The innkeeper denied the superior mana stones.

The innkeeper folded his arms. "Mana crystals only. These dust particles and pebbles won't be accepted."

Kent sighed. "I don't have spirit crystals."

Alia looked at him. "Don't worry, we can manage in the outside forest. We have all daily necessities and food in our spirit ring."

Kent's eyes suddenly brightened. "God, how could I miss this."

"What?" Alia asked.

"Kaban't vault. This is where Kaban lived. Thankfully, before his death, he hid a fortune in the Immortal Vault which is like a goblin house in our world. For this realm, twenty-five years is nothing. His wealth should still be there in the vault."

Alia still looked worried. "Are you sure it's safe?"

Kent chuckled. "Nothing is ever safe. But I have no choice. Without currency we won't be able to survive here." Without another word, he turned and walked out into the night, heading toward the vault that held the remnants of Kaban's past… and perhaps, the key to their future.

Alia whispered behind him, "Be careful… We will be waiting for you."

The night air was crisp as Kent Clark stepped away from the inn, leaving his companions behind. The weight of responsibility pressed against his shoulders. His destination was clear: the Immortal Vault—the most secure place in Red Silk City—the last resting place of Kaban King's fortune.

The city's streets shimred under the glow of celestial lanterns, casting pale silver hues across the cobbled roads.

After weaving through narrow alleys and towering buildings, Kent finally arrived at a large structure guarded by Early Earth Immortals.

Kent walked inside confidently without even looking at guards and keepers. He went directly to the small closed room at the end. An old aged person was intimately speaking with a lady inside.

Kent snapped his fingers, calling the old man with authority.

The old man, a late earth immortal cloaked in shimring blue robes, stepped forward. His gaze pierced through Kent's very soul.

"State your business," the immortal's voice was like wind brushing over glass.

Kent stood tall, masking his apprehension. "I am Kaban King. I've co to retrieve my wealth from the vault."

The immortal narrowed his eyes, examining Kent's features. "Your aura… It resonates with Kaban King, yet your face does not match him at all."

Kent didn't hesitate. "Immortal, you should understand that faces can change, but an aura is eternal." Kent tried to speak with the sa arrogance Kaban was known for. "If there are doubts, allow to open the vault myself. You and I both know—no random man can access my, that is, Kaban King's fortune."

The immortal studied him for a long, tense mont before slowly nodding. "Very well, Kaban King. I sense your immortal essence. your You may proceed."

The grand gates creaked open, revealing millions of vaults stretching beyond sight. Each glimred with ancient runes, sealed by powerful enchantnts. Kent's steps echoed through the endless hallways, each vault radiating a different energy signature.

"Millions of vaults," Kent muttered under his breath. Soon, the old man and Kent made space jumps towards Kaban's Vault. The old man tried to take Kent in a different direction.

Drawing from Kaban's mories that slowly trickled into his consciousness, Kent leaped through space—short teleportations moving him deeper into the labyrinth. He confronted old man and changed directions.

Finally, he stood before a vault marked with intricate carvings of crowns intertwined with blooming red silk flowers.

Taking a deep breath, Kent leaned closer and whispered, "I want to marry Fairy Lahari."

Fairy Lahari is the only crush of Kaban… he desperately wanted to marry her at any cost.

A sudden pulse of energy surged from the vault. The runes flared with a blinding light before the heavy stone doors creaked open with a thunderous thud.

Kent's eyes widened.

The treasure trove inside defied logic—mountains of spirit crystals, weapons forged from celestial materials, ancient scrolls containing forbidden techniques, and shimring artifacts of unimaginable power.

"This… this is beyond anything I imagined," Kent whispered, awe-struck.

Realization hit him hard. "With this wealth, I could elevate my cultivation faster than ever. Living as Kaban King… maybe it isn't such a curse after all."

"Get everything out."

"Okay."

Soon, all the things stored in the locker ca out, and Kent Clark received those things into his spatial ring, then, Kent Clark left the Immortal vault.

After there was nothing left in the locker, the account was automatically cancelled.

Without wasting ti, Kent transferred every valuable item into his spirit ring. The vault, now empty, humd with residual power as Kent turned and walked away, his steps more confident, his resolve stronger than ever.

The moon was high when Kent erged from the vault. His mind raced with possibilities.

"Why return to that cramped inn?" Kent mused aloud. "I'll need a safer place, sothing worthy to cultivate."

Navigating through the city's affluent districts, he found a rchant dealing in estates and properties.

"I need a large mansion," Kent declared. "One with enough space for several companions, high-level protective formations, and complete seclusion."

The rchant's eyes lit up, sensing wealth behind Kent's calm deanor. "Ohh… Young master Kaban. I have just the place, sir. But it won't be cheap." The rchant was shaking as he rembered the incident of Kent killing Prince Sumo in the market. Kaban's previous na also made the rchant tremble.

Kent tossed a pouch of spirit crystals onto the table. "I'm not concerned about the price."

By dawn, the deed was done. Kent now owned a sprawling estate tucked within the safest area of Red Silk City—an isolated fortress equipped with ancient enchantnts.

Returning to the inn, Kent found Alia and the others waiting anxiously.

"You're back!" Alia rushed forward, relief flooding her features. "Did you get the fortune?"

Kent nodded, his tone brisk. "Yes, but there's no ti to waste here. Gather everyone. We're moving to a safer location."

Within the hour, the group arrived at the new mansion. Fatty, Sparky, and the others gaped at the sheer size of the estate.

"Brother Kent… How much did this place cost?" Fatty's voice wavered in disbelief.

"Just a small part in Kaban's fortune" Kent replied, smirking. "This is our base from now on."

Inside the grand hall, Kent addressed the group.

"I've made a decision." His voice echoed with newfound authority. "I'll live as Kaban King."

The room fell silent.

Alia stepped forward. "Are you certain about this? It could be dangerous."

Kent nodded. "I have no choice. His family holds imnse power. Aligning with them gives security, influence, and faster advancent in cultivation."

Alia sighed but placed a supportive hand on his shoulder. "Then we'll support you. We'll stay here, hidden, while you establish yourself. We won't beco burden to you."

"I'll stabilize our position first," Kent agreed. "Once I gain their trust, we'll be untouchable."

Sparky chid in. "Master, don't forget—your cultivation is still our priority."

Kent nodded. "Indeed. With Kaban's resources, advancing through the stages will be quicker. I'll reach Heaven Immortal—no matter what it takes."

"Kaban King is back," he whispered, the words feeling strangely natural on his tongue.

His enemies would never see him coming. And this ti, he would rise—not as Kaban-King, but as Kent-King reborn.
