The Xu family, as the leading force behind the army, had taken the initiative in developing a standardized training regin.
This would ensure that all recruits would receive a consistent level of instruction and experience, regardless of where they ca from.
This was a bold move, as it would require the Xu family to commit resources and personnel to the training process.
However, the advantages far outweighed the costs.
With a unified system in place, the Unified Army would be able to function smoothly and efficiently, adapting and reacting to changes and challenges with speed and precision.
It was the best course of action, and the Xu family was prepared to make the necessary investnts.
At the sa ti, a small group of scout ships cruised through the void, their sleek fras shimring with a protective energy field.
Each ship was ard with a powerful sensor array, and their mission was to scan the surrounding area for any sign of the new Zerg ships.
"Captain, we've completed another pass," the scanner officer reported. "Nothing in the vicinity."
The captain nodded, his gaze focused on the viewscreen.
"Keep searching," he ordered. "Those Zerg ships are out there, and we need to find them."
"Aye, Captain."
The scout ships continued their sweep, the tension quietly building up as the crews remained vigilant.
Suddenly, an alarm sounded.
"Contact!" the scanner officer exclaid, her fingers flying across the controls. "We've detected an anomalous energy signature, 30 degrees off the port bow!"
The captain's eyes narrowed. "Show ."
The viewscreen switched to a close-up of the target, and the anomaly was clearly visible.
"It looks like an unstable distortion," the scanner officer said.
"Could be the result of a special anomaly?" the captain mused.
"Or a trap."
"Should we investigate?" the scanner officer asked.
"Absolutely," the captain replied, his voice firm.
"Plot a course and proceed with caution. We're not letting this opportunity pass us by."
"Aye, Captain."
The scout ships altered their trajectory, heading straight for the anomaly.
The closer they got, the more details they could discern.
"It seems to be a tear in space," the scanner officer observed. "But not a natural one. It's definitely manmade."
"Is it an entrance?" the captain asked.
"Unknown," the scanner officer replied.
"But it's definitely worth checking out. Who knows what secrets could be waiting inside?"
"Very well." The captain straightened, his expression determined. "Take us in. Prepare to engage."
"Yes, sir."
As the scout ships approached the anomaly, a strange sensation enveloped them.
"What's happening?" the captain asked.
"Gravity fluctuations," the scanner officer reported. "I think it's pulling us in."
The ships shuddered, the space around them warping and distorting.
"Hold your course," the captain commanded. "Stay steady."
"Yes, sir."
The anomaly lood before them, the pull of its gravity intensifying.
Then, just as suddenly as it had appeared, the anomaly vanished.
The scout ships cruised through the area, their sensors scanning for any sign of the anomaly.
"Report," the captain demanded.
"I'm not picking up any trace of it," the scanner officer said.
"Did we pass through it?" the captain asked.
"I can't say," the scanner officer replied.
"The readings were inconclusive."
"Damn." The captain's shoulders slumped slightly.
"Well, whatever that was, it's gone now," the scanner officer said.
"Continue the search," the captain ordered.
"Yes, Captain."
With that, the scout ships resud their patrol, the mystery of the anomaly remaining unsolved.
However, this was not the end of the story.
Deep within the void, the anomaly reappeared, the strange tear in space pulsing with an otherworldly energy.
A faint aura of darkness surrounded the anomaly, and a low hum filled the air.
It was an ominous sight, and if anyone were nearby, they would surely have felt a sense of unease.
Suddenly, a burst of light erupted from the anomaly, and a human figure could be seen erging.
He wore a tattered robe and was carrying a staff that radiated a powerful energy.
His face looked simple, similar to the neighborhood grandpas who are always seen whenever you go out for a walk, and his hair was gray, with a cheerful personality.
However, none of this was able to hide his imposing aura, and anyone who saw him would be able to tell that he was soone of high status.
After exiting the anomaly, the mysterious person took a mont to collect himself.
But before he could do anything, he was dragged into a small a space crack which appeared and disappeared without causing any sound or light.
When the old man landed, he was surprised to see himself inside a small subspace, and before him were a man and two extrely beautiful won.
He didn't have ti to react before the man spoke.
"Who are you, and why did you co here?"
"I am simply a traveler, and I have no intentions of doing anything here," the old man replied calmly.
"Then why did you appear here, and how did you do it?"
"I simply used an ancient spell to travel across the universe. I never thought that the path would bring here," the old man answered truthfully.
"Hmm." The man narrowed his eyes, his gaze piercing.
The man is Xu Qianghua's father, while the two beautiful won are his mother and his aunt.
Then, with a wave of his hand, he saw the past and future of the old man to find out the truth, and what he saw surprised them a little as they saw everything that this man had done in the past and would do in the future.
The surprising thing is that this old man seems to have a fragnt of the Space & Ti clock, which was said to be a myth and had never been seen before.
And to top it off, they can see the fragnt taking this old man here when he touched it, allowing the old man to travel the entire void and see the different universes and planets.
This is also the reason why he suddenly appeared in space and was not surprised by this.
