After the assassination, police knocked on Jake's door in the middle of the night and arrested him under suspicion of murder.
Thankfully, Jake had proof of being at a five-star hotel lobby during the ti of the incident, having a eting with a client. With this alibi, the case was dismissed.
His final act of revenge was a smug, satisfied look directed at the victim's parents as he walked out of the courtroom.
When he was still reminiscing about his brother, he ca back to his senses because he sensed that soone was tugging on his robe.
It was Ayla who was looking at her with a cute, sad face as she was about to cry.
"Big Brother Cain, are you okay?"
"Huh, of course I'm oka–" Before Cain could finish his sentence, he found that tears were streaming down across his face unknowingly.
He then wiped his tears quickly before patting Ayla's head. "I'm okay, I was just rembering sothing sad. You don't need to worry about it."
Cain added as he petted her head softly, "Thank you, Ayla."
"Hmmm-hmmm." Ayla closed her eyes and enjoyed her head being petted by Cain.
Subsequently, Cain and the others continued eating their als before going back and taking a rest in the room.

Cain slowly opened his eyes, sat up on the bed, yawned, and looked left and right at his bedroom. His eyes were just barely open because he was still sleepy.
After dozing off for a minute, Cain got up and took a hot shower to refresh himself in the morning.
When he ca out of his bedroom, he found that Ayla and Elion were already in the living room, and dressed up as if they were ready to go.
"Big Brother Cain, you're finally up! Let's go!" Ayla ca in front of him and jumped a few tis as if she couldn't wait to et her new friends.
"Alright, alright, we'll leave now." Cain shook his head helplessly before walking towards the door.
"Yeay! Let's go, brother Eli!" Ayla looked at his brother, who was still sitting on the couch, watching his little sister excitedly with a happy expression.
The three of them then walked out of the inn and hopped into Nix's back before Nix flew away, heading towards the Elarion Kingdom's direction.
"Wow! This is so much better than riding Nix inside the beast space!"
Ayla exclaid as she stood up and opened her arms widely even though there was no air as Nix shielded his body with his power so that Ayla and Elion would be able to ride on him since if he didn't shield it, both of them would definitely be blown away and fall off.
"Ayla, be careful not to fall off." Elion knocked her head lightly before forcing her to sit down again.
"Hahaha, don't worry. As long as you're not intentionally jumping down, you won't fall." Cain laughed, looking at the quarrel between Ayla and Elion in front of him.
When she heard it, Ayla pouted cutely and looked at her brother in dissatisfaction, "See? Even Big Brother Cain says to not worry about it."
She then stood up and put her palm above her eyes while looking around as if she was able to see clearly, but the reality hit her hard.
"Big Brother Cain, I can't see much from up here. Can we go lower?"
"No, you wouldn't be able to see it clearly too and might even get sick motion. That's why I told Nix to fly high so that at least you can still enjoy the view without any problems." Cain smiled and shook his head as he explained it.
"Oh... okay," Ayla nodded her head before accepting the reality and looked around to search for sothing interesting.
A few hours later, Cain finally detected Sylvia and the others, which ant that the distance between them was only 10 km away.
Before Nix landed on the ground, he compressed his body size to beco smaller, around 5 ters big.
When Nix landed on the ground, Sylvia imdiately ran up to him excitedly. "Nix! Big Brother Cain!"
Sylvia then jumped at Cain, hanging on his body like a koala. "Let's head to Velmara Kingdom right away!"
Sylvia said excitedly, as this was going to be her first ti experiencing the outside world since she never even went far away from the village before.
"Hold on, Sylvia. Let introduce you to so new friends first." Cain said as she petted her hair.
"New friends? Where?" Sylvia's eyes lit up as she thought that she had new friends that she could play with.
"Wait a second." Cain put her down and waved his hand, taking out Ayla and Elion, as he had put both of them inside the beast space before they arrived here.
After Cain took Ayla and Elion, they looked left and right before they finally found that Cain was behind them.
Cain then introduced Sylvia, pointing at her, "This is Sylvia."
He added, "And these are Ayla and Elion. They're siblings."
"Hello, Big Sister Sylvia." Ayla was the first one to speak as she waved her hand while hiding behind his brother, seemingly a little bit shy.
Sylvia was surprised when she heard that soone called her big sister, as this was her first ti to be called that.
Even though she wasn't the youngest in the village, the reason why soone had never called her that was because she also didn't interact much with the people in the village except a few people near her house.
"Hello, Little Sister Ayla. Don't be shy! Co here. I caught a lot of fish today, we can eat together!"
Sylvia smiled kindly as she was extrely happy that soone called her Big Sister.
"Really? How did you catch so many fish?" Ayla's attitude changed 180 degrees while unknowingly drooling over the fact that she couldn't wait to eat a lot of fish.

Everyone shook their heads watching the little girls interact as they thought that both of them seed to be gluttons.
