"Thank you, Big Brother Cain!" Ayla exclaid, jumping around before running to Cain and hugging him.
Everyone laughed as they enjoyed the simple mont. Even Arion smiled, having not expected the little girl who had bid earlier to be so cute.
As they chatted among themselves, the other bidders were bidding against each other fiercely because they knew that no one in the VVIP or VIP rooms was interested in the little wolf.
Let alone the fact that a lot of them who sat in the ground floor of the auction hall also despised the little wolf because quite a lot of them were also from the sa background or even stronger than this kingdom.
However, just a few minutes later, Cain tilted his head to the right. His gaze seed to pierce through the door and beyond the building, fixed on his kingdom, as his clone reported sothing interesting.
Apparently, Valen (the eldest prince) had already returned to the capital city, accompanied by his master and two others.
"What's wrong?" Anya asked, raising an eyebrow when she noticed Cain's sudden movent. Naturally, the others also noticed it, but they didn't ask since Cain's expression wasn't one of any trouble.
"It's okay. Just so monkeys running around and pretending as if they are gorillas." Cain chuckled while waving his hand dismissively.
…
"Youngest, you can't run anymore." Valen sneered as he and the three others stopped him outside the capital city, in the middle of a forest that was already quite far from the city.
He then added, "Hand over that demon guy and cripple your strength. I might spare you if you do that."
Valen still rembered the day he was humiliated by Dante. That's why he asked Cain to hand him over since he wanted to take revenge on him for the humiliation he had suffered.
"Valen, do you really want to go that far?" Cain's clone showed a fierce expression as if he was trying to bluff them.
Fortunately, Cain had already imdiately swapped this clone with the one who possessed 90% of his strength. So, he wasn't that worried even when faced with two people who had reached the King Rank.
The reason he ran outside the capital city was because he couldn't protect everyone inside the city when they fought, as he had guessed their intention coming here.
"Why are you acting like this now that you're all alone?" Valen said with a mocked expression.
Sigh!
Cain sighed as he shook his head before glancing towards Valen and the other three. "I actually don't want to deal with you if you wouldn't make trouble, but it seems that you've just made your biggest mistake."
He imdiately continued. "Tell who the others are because I don't want to deal with anybody."
"You!" Valen gritted his teeth and nodded his head while smiling wickedly. "Alright, since these are your final words, I'll give you what you want."
He then pointed at the bulky old man beside him and introduced. "This is my master, Elder Zyren."
"And this is Elder Ma and his disciple." Valen pointed to another old man with red hair and a young man with a muscular body.
"Good! So, are you going to attack all at once or one by one?" Cain nodded and sneered as he made a mocking gesture with his palm and unleashed his strength, showing off that his strength was around the sa as Elder Zyren's and Elder Ma's as his stats were this much:
[Strength]: 9.23 million
[Agility]: 11.25 million
[Health]: 8.1 million
[Sense]: 8.55 million
[Energy]: 24.7 million
When they sensed the terrifying strength that was released from Cain, they imdiately frowned as they hadn't expected that Cain's strength was on par with soone who had reached the Low-level King Rank.
Elder Zyren then spoke with a solemn expression. "Young man, why—"
However, before he could finish his sentence, Cain cut him off as he had enough of such bullshit and wanted to teach them a lesson before they went to their afterlife.
"Cut the crap! Just co at . I don't care whether you want to go all at once or individually." Cain spat on the ground after he said that, taunting them since he was quite bored with the auction and wanted to have so fun.
Elder Zyren stepped forward with a thunderous expression, veins bulging across his weathered face. Though clearly older, there was nothing frail about him as his powerful physique and the firm set of his stance made it evident he was an expert.
With one hand, he reached back and drew out a large, blazing war hamr. The hamr's tal head glowed with runic patterns; shimring crimson embers danced across its surface, a silent testimony to Zyren's mastery over fire.
Cain's clone studied his opponent quietly, taking note of the pulsing aura surrounding the old man.
'A King Rank artifact refiner with a fire attribute hamr. This will be interesting.' Cain thought to himself.
Despite the tension in the air, a faint smirk curved on his lips. He could sense how formidable Elder Zyren was, but with the overwhelming advantage in Energy alone, Cain remained calm.
Zyren launched the first strike without warning. He hefted the hamr overhead, the runes suddenly igniting into a bright orange fla as he used his [Crimson Forge] skill.
A torrent of superheated air rushed forward as he swung the weapon downward, creating a vertical column of fire that ripped across the ground.
Cain flicked his hand, summoning Advanced Foxfire in a seamless motion. Red flas erupted in his palm, coalescing into a tall, curling barrier. The roiling heat of Zyren's attack crashed into Cain's foxfire, sending sparks flying in all directions.
A dull boom resounded as molten earth splattered around them, but Cain erged unscathed. Still, he didn't counterattack imdiately since he wanted to asure just how potent Zyren's hamr truly was.
Zyren snarled, imdiately realizing that Cain's defense was no fluke.
"Young brat, you think you can dismiss so casually?" he spat. The runic patterns on his hamr flared once more, then twisted into a glowing swirl of molten light around the weapon's head.
He lunged in close, swinging the hamr in a wide arc aid at Cain's chest. Despite its massive size, the hamr seed weightless in Elder Zyren's hands, proof of his monstrous strength and decades of refining skill.
Cain responded with a blur of motion as he dodged sideways, each step a featherlight pivot that carried him just out of the hamr's lethal range. Flas whipped dangerously close, smashing the edges of his cloak.
"Not bad."
Cain nodded mockingly. The old man was indeed strong as he possessed a higher strength's stat than him, and his hamr attacks weren't easily shrugged off.
Seeing his first combination fail, Zyren shifted strategy. He drew back and channeled more energy into his hamr, kindling the weapon's core until it glowed white-hot. With a booming chant, he brought the hamr crashing into the ground.
"Molten Shockwave!" Zyren shouted.
A ring of fiery cracks opened along the forest floor, flaring out in lines of molten rock beneath Cain's feet.
Trees snapped and toppled as the shockwave tore through the battlefield. The fiery quake threatened to knock Cain off balance, but Cain quickly leaped upward, letting the heated ground rupture beneath him.
While airborne, he gathered foxfire between his palms as he used his [Foxfire Explosion] skill.
A cluster of red flas slamd into the ground where Zyren stood, erupting in a violent burst. The resulting explosion enveloped the forest clearing, shaking the earth with a deafening boom.
For a mont, thick smoke swirled, obscuring Cain's line of sight. Then a sudden surge of heat parted the smoke, revealing Elder Zyren swinging his hamr in a wide sweep to clear the smoke around him.
They stood quite far apart, each scrutinizing the other. Despite exchanging vicious attacks, both looked remarkably composed. Elder Zyren's fiery aura still crackled with intensity, and Cain's foxfire remained stable, flickering ominously around his body.

Zyren glared. "You might be talented, but I've seen countless geniuses in my day. Don't think your fancy flas can intimidate ."
The old man tightened his grip on the hamr's haft, channels of orange-red mana coursing along the weapon's runes like molten rivers.
Cain shrugged, allowing a hint of a grin. "I'm not trying to intimidate you. If anything, I'm giving you a chance to back down." He sounded almost bored as if it was an obvious provocation that further fueled Zyren's wrath.
"Insolent brat!" Zyren's energy flared, and the entire battlefield glowed under the brilliance of his fiery aura.
Ash and sparks fluttered like dying embers around him. He dashed forward, hamr held high.
Cain t his charge head-on. However, since his clone's strength was inferior to him, he couldn't overpower Zyren in raw force, but his higher Agility allowed him to weave in and out of the old man's reach.
Their weapons clashed: Zyren's hamr blasts smashing against the swirling foxfire blades Cain shaped using his [Advanced Foxfire] bloodline ability.
Each swing of Zyren's hamr generated concussive blasts that left deep craters in the ground. Splintered tree trunks and cracked boulders littered the battlefield.
anwhile, Cain leveraged his 24.7 million Energy stats with precision, layering the Demonic Barrier each ti the hamr threatened to break through his defenses.
Shimring arcs of red fla collided with roiling waves of orange fire, creating a dazzling, violent display of color.
At tis, it seed as though Zyren would gain the upper hand with a heavy overhead blow, only for Cain to dissipate the force with a well-tid barrier or slip to the side in a burst of speed.
