Sylvia lowered her head, feeling sad since she also wanted to bid but aware she didn't have the money.
"Sylvia, you can also bid on anything you like. Big Brother Garran is feeling generous today; he told he'd cover everything for today." Cain said it to Sylvia when he noticed her saddened look, assuming she felt left out because Big Brother Garran had only treated Ayla
At those words, Sylvia's eyes sparkled with excitent. Clenching her fists, she looked up at Garran with a hopeful grin. "Really?" she asked.
Garran gave an annoyed glance at Cain for a split second before answering Sylvia with a smile. "Of course! I've definitely ntioned it to your big brother Cain."
He gritted his teeth inwardly, realizing that Cain was taking advantage of his generosity.
"Yeay! Thank you, Big Brother Garran." Sylvia exclaid, wrapping her arms around him as she skipped alongside Ayla.
"No problem!" Garran smiled happily, feeling happy when he was hugged by two little girls. It was the first ti in his life that he had experienced such genuine affection, as he never had any little brother or sister.
'Maybe I should also adopt a cute little brother or sister like Cain.' Garran thought to himself, thinking that his life would be more lively like Cain's.
As Garran thought to himself, he imdiately dismissed his thought about adopting a cute little brother or sister when he heard Ayla's whisper to Sylvia.
"Big Sis Sylvia, should we just bid on everything in the auction? After all, it's not Big Brother Cain's money." Ayla whispered in a very low voice, moving closer to Sylvia as her greed made her forget about the fact that people could hear her whisper.
Sylvia's eyes lit up when she heard it, thinking that her older sister might fancy one or two items but wouldn't show and ask Cain to buy it, as she knew her character very well after they spent so ti together.
However, before she could agree with Ayla, she heard Cain's laughing voice and the others' laugh and instantly realized that their plan was discovered.
"Ayla, Sylvia, that's not how you act when soone wants to treat you," Cain reprimanded, shaking his head in an amused headache at the girls' behavior.
Then, with a playful tone, he added, "Just ask him directly to buy everything at the auction and even this entire branch! But ask him cutely as if you would cry if he doesn't agree with it."
Ayla's eyes sparkled once more at Cain's teasing suggestion. All embarrassnt vanished as she turned to Garran with an adorably pleading expression, her small fists resting on her chin and her eyes blinking mischievously. "Can I do just like Big Brother Cain said?"
Garran burst out laughing and put his palm on his face when he saw this little girl's innocence and Cain's shalessness. Everyone also burst into laughter when they watched it before their eyes.
"I was only joking, Ayla." Cain reminded her as he was laughing his ass off, slapping his thigh since he couldn't contain himself when seeing it.
Ayla imdiately realized that Cain was just joking all along and pouted unhappily, giving a cute angry glare at him.
"I'm sorry, Ayla. Don't you want to hug your big brother Cain too?" Cain chuckled as he apologized and spread his arms as if waiting for Ayla to co at him.
"Hmpph!" Ayla pouted unhappily and tilted her head aside as if she didn't want to talk to him.
Sigh!
"I was just about to give you a dicine treasure that could strengthen your body far better than those spirit fruits, but it seems you don't want it, Ayla." Cain let out a long sigh, showing such a pitiful look towards the vial containing green liquid inside it.
Ayla instantly looked at Cain, and when she noticed the vial in his hand, she directly ca in front of him with a big smile across her face.
"Hehe… Big Brother Cain is so handso today. Of course, Ayla wants a hug!" Ayla spread her arms as her attention was back and forth between Cain's face and the vial in his hand.
"Alright. This will be yours, but you must be a good little girl for the rest of the day. Can you promise that?" Cain asked with a smile, picking up Ayla and putting her on his lap.

"Be careful with it. Don't break it because this thing is very expensive, and I spent a lot of money to buy it." Cain gave the liquid dicine to her and patted her head.
He then added, "Don't drink it now, though. Because you'll need so ti to absorb it. We'll do that later."
"Okay!" Ayla nodded and held the vial a little bit nervously, as she was afraid to drop it and ended up breaking it.
"Thank you, Big Brother Cain!" Ayla hugged him tightly.
"Do you want one too, Sylvia?" Cain tilted his head and looked at Sylvia, who was watching the scene with a smile as she genuinely felt happy that Ayla could beco stronger as she always wanted to.
Sylvia shook his head lightly. "No, I don't need it. You can give it to Ayla again later or even sell it in the future."
"Are you sure you don't want to get stronger?" Cain asked as he ruffled Ayla's hair when he noticed that Ayla was inspecting her 'precious' treasure in detail with extra care.
"I'm already happy just to be reunited with my sister." Sylvia said while coming towards Elara and hugged her tightly.
"But your sister will beco stronger quickly sooner or later. If that happens, in the future you will beco old and die faster, while your sister will continue to live on as she will beco really strong. Don't you want to live a long ti with your sister?" Cain asked with a smile, thinking that Sylvia was really a simple girl who was already satisfied enough just by reuniting with her older sister.
However, Cain was thinking in the long term since he wanted everyone in his group to live as long as they could or even live forever like an immortal or gods from the novels that he had read in his previous life.
That's why he was trying to convince Sylvia to have the mindset to beco stronger like Ayla had.
Sylvia glanced back and forth at Cain and Elara with a thoughtful expression for a few seconds before looking at Cain with a determined look.
"Alright then, I want to beco stronger too so that I can live with my sister and everyone else for as long as possible!"
Cain nodded and threw the liquid dicine lightly at Elara, surprising Ayla.
"Be careful!" Ayla shouted, extending her hand dramatically as if trying to catch the vial because she thought that it would be too risky throwing around such an extrely precious thing.
Elara then caught the vial and gave it to Sylvia, who also beca sowhat excited because this was a gift from Cain.
Everyone enjoyed the chill mont, as it was rare for strong people to have warm monts like this.
"Ayla, would you like another one? This one has an even stronger effect." Liang Yuchen chid in as she took out a vial with a similar color but that looked clearer compared to the dicine liquid that Cain gave to Ayla.
When she heard it, Ayla's eyes lit up as she tilted her head and looked at Yuchen, who was smiling at her.
However, she lowered her head when she thought that Cain might not have a lot of money to spare, and it would be too much for her to ask Cain since she had thought of him as a businessman and was trying to sell it to her instead of giving it away.
"No, I don't have any money. I'm already happy with this." She answered, clenching the vial in her hands hard as she already felt grateful towards Cain with everything he had done to her and didn't want to burden him too much.
"Ayla, you don't need to pay anything. But only on one condition." Yuchen chuckled in response.
Ayla's eyes lit up once again before imdiately hugging Cain with her body trembling as she shouted. "No! I don't want to follow you. I will always be with Big Brother Cain and my brother forever!"
"Don't worry. No one's going to take you away from ." Cain hugged her back and petted her back as he noticed that it might have triggered Ayla's trauma with her being enslaved.
Yuchen and the others who didn't know Ayla's backstory were confused with the sudden turn since they noticed that Ayla was being genuinely terrified.
"It's probably because she recalled her bad mory." Cain explained it simply.
He then added, looking at Yuchen with a smile. "I'm asking on Ayla's behalf, what is the condition?"
"It's nothing much, just a hug." Yuchen answered as she waved her hand dismissively.
"See? It's just for a hug, Ayla." Cain ruffled her hair, trying to reassure her to not worry.
"Besides, I'm here, and you know how strong I am. So there's no need to be scared." Cain pinched her cheek playfully.
Tilting her head slowly, Ayla asked Yuchen warily. "Really? You will give that just for a hug?"
"Of course," Yuchen said warmly, opening her arms in invitation.
