The Apartnt 101’s Tenant scread as it froze solid. Its entire dinsion collapsed quickly. What erged was Tisha piercing its many TV heads, destroying its three cores.

Without its three cores, the Entity perished swiftly, crumbling into black sand.

Tisha sighed in relief—only to see more of her soldiers turned into geotric shapes. Her eyes widened when she saw Pekorine and her sorcerers struggling against three Entities at once.

"Damn it, I took too long! Were they delaying this entire ti?!"

She charged toward her wife while cleaving Entities apart—only for four more to leap forward, blocking her path.

"Get out of the way!"

She charged regardless. The Entities laughed and rushed her together. A giant made of old ruins smashed her with gigantic fists. A large bird of pure water roared, firing hundreds of highly pressurized water bullets.

A laughing jester of paper began turning her armor into paper and weakening her aura with bright colors, making every attack more effective. Geotric Man sneaked behind her, floating midair and laughing as giant geotric crystals rained down.

"Nnnggh...! Aaagh! D-Damn it!"

She kept cleaving them apart and kicking the Entities, but they pressed her relentlessly, pushing her back while she watched her wife being attacked. Pekorine’s magic defended her, but her barriers were beginning to crack.

"P-Pekorine! Run! Pekorineeeeeee!"

As she scread, countless stone hands dragged her back. Water filled her mouth, ears, and nose, trying to drown her. At the sa ti, her right arm turned to paper, and geotric crystals spread across her legs.

"Nnnggh...! Let go!!!"

Tisha roared despite everything, fighting to the very end. Niflheim cried and begged her to run, to escape and live another day.

But she was surrounded.

Unable to move, unable to fight anymore, she stood at the rcy of the Entities—who laughed and moved in strange, twisted ways.

"Gyahahaha!"

"Keep struggling!"

"Keep suffering!"

"Hahahahahaa!"

Entities and Grievances were not like the Monsters she knew. They weren’t rely wild creatures—most were intelligent. The stronger they were, the smarter. Most had once been sentient humans from parallel worlds.

Above all, they were sadistic beings that fed on suffering. Despair and Agony—the Dark Emotions—produced a delightful taste to their souls, one they could never get enough of.

"Pekorine...!"

She clenched her teeth... and smiled.

She closed her eyes and smiled.

"Anastasia..."

She looked into the distance, thinking of her daughter.

For a mont, Tisha found herself back ho with her family.

It was any ordinary morning. Her daughter would complain about waking up early as a maid.

Her wife would cook her favorite breakfast and chat about the latest madness in the Magician Tower.

And Tisha would feel at peace.

For a mont, everything turned white around her.

Her energy gathered within her Divine Mana Heart until it threatened to burst.

"Please take care of your mother..."

Her heart shone like a blinding nova. Radiant azure light surged outward.

The Entities suddenly felt a chilling freeze creeping over them.

"We Ice Elven warriors don’t yield..." she said to the Entities. "Even when there is no way out. We will gladly give up our lives if it ans our people can live another day!"

"Y-You...! What are you doing...?!" Geotric Man gasped. "S-STOP HER!"

The Entities lunged toward her, claws and hands ready to tear her apart.

But it was too late.

On the other side of her barrier, Pekorine watched in horror as a huge shadow lood above everyone.

Tisha smiled back and winked at her.

"See you on the other side, babe."

"TISHAAAAAA!!!"

BOOOMMM!!!

Gray ice surged into the skies as a massive explosion engulfed the Entities and Tisha alike.

Pekorine stood frozen, watching in silence. The Entities attacking her paused, glaring back as they sensed a powerful presence descending.

Soone similar to them.

"N-No...! Tisha...! Noooo...!"

Pekorine collapsed to her knees, sobbing and striking the ground. The sorceresses realized what had happened and rushed to hug their master, stopping her from running into danger.

"You can’t leave alone...! You can’t leave your daughter...! No...! Ahhh..."

As she wept, the icy smoke cleared, revealing a tall figure walking toward her and the sorcerers.

At the sa ti, countless Shadow Hands spread outward, revealing knight-like silhouettes of white bone wreathed in ghostly flas.

"We lost..."

Thinking they were more Entities and that Tisha’s sacrifice had been in vain, Pekorine sank into true despair.

And yet.

"Master, look!"

"Huh?"

Pekorine looked up. The silhouette resolved into a half-demon, half-dragon giant carrying a woman in his arms. She was wounded, her heart encased in ice.

She looked slightly dazed but awake—shocked to be alive.

Then she looked back at Pekorine.

"T-Tisha?!"

The one carrying her was unmistakable—long white hair, golden horns, yellow eyes. The young prince, though his form was different.

"And Prince Louis?!"

The giant smiled warmly as he began absorbing the Fantasium from Tisha’s wounds, healing the corruption spread by the Entities.

Though she had still lost an arm, she would survive.

He had used his Ashen Frost to freeze her chest and stop her heart from exploding.

Tisha was tough enough to remain conscious through it all. Her face showed imnse shock, sa as Pekorine’s.

"Tisha!"

Pekorine ran to her wife. They embraced, unable to believe what had happened.

Louis looked down at them with an expressionless face.

Recalling his previous regression—where he had seen Pekorine crying in despair, where he lacked the strength to change Tisha’s fate...

It made him smile.

Even if only slightly.

While his Necrotic Knights clashed with the Entities and Catrise leaped in to heal the wounded while smashing monster heads, Louis spoke to them.

"Don’t so eagerly sacrifice your life if you’ve got a family to go back to, Tisha."

"Prince Louis... thank you..."

"It’s fine. This is no mont to rest, however. Rise up and fight."

Louis handed her a tonic, then stepped forward. Using his four arms and sharp claws, he slamd a giant spider-like Entity into the ground.

He looked back for a second.

"And as the crown prince, I apologize for being late."
