Day 3.

*Whoosh!*

A portal tore open without warning during the morning work briefing.

"I need you right now."

Luna’s small hands grabbed Nero’s shirt with surprising strength, physically dragging him backward toward the swirling dinsional gate.

"I need fresh data on summoner physiology... The theoretical models aren’t matching observed results and I need to recalibrate my equipnt."

"Alright, alright, I’ll go, no need to pull" Nero managed before being pulled off balance.

***

Inside Luna’s laboratory, Nero found himself genuinely awestruck.

The third floor of the villa had seed modest from outside.

But spatial expansion magic revealed a workspace that could have accommodated an entire research institute.

Multiple rooms branched off from a central chamber, each one dedicated to different fields of study.

One area glowed with alchemical equipnt – distillation columns, crystallization chambers, essence extractors that humd with contained magical energy.

Another section held what looked like astronomical instrunts, star charts covering the walls alongside calculations that made his head hurt trying to parse them.

A third space contained biological specins in preservation solutions, anatomical diagrams, and dical equipnt that seed both advanced and slightly terrifying.

The central chamber itself was dominated by a massive array of scanning devices, crystalline structures that pulsed with diagnostic magic.

"Strip."

Luna’s blunt statent made Nero blink.

And then,

"Alright."

Nero shrugged with non-chalance.

If a lady tells you to strip, then strip.

Though, he was 100% sure it wasn’t for "that" specific reason.

And she did verify it imdiately,

"Your clothes interfere with accurate scanning. I need you to remove them so I can get clean readings of your physiological structure without material distortion."

She was already adjusting equipnt, completely focused on her work rather than any implications of her request.

"It’s in the na of magical science then."

He removed his shirt, revealing the lean muscle he’d developed through constant training and combat.

Luna’s heterochromic eyes imdiately began glowing as she activated her analytical abilities.

"Fascinating... your muscle density is 23% higher than baseline human standard despite relatively normal mass... bone structure shows micro-reinforcent that shouldn’t be possible without deliberate enhancent magic..."

She circled him like a predator studying prey, though her interest was purely academic.

"Step into the scanner."

The crystalline array surrounded him as he complied, magical energy washing over his body in waves that tingled but didn’t hurt.

"Mana circulation is... abnormal. Very abnormal. You have pathways that shouldn’t exist in human physiology. And the energy density..."

Her excited muttering continued as data stread across floating displays only she could see.

’Haha... it’s like I’m looking like a kid who found her new toy.’

... Although it sounded bad, it is the best he could describe what her face shows right now.

If he could help with her research and find out the underlying mystery of this incredible system that he has, he’s more than willing to oblige.

Though, later that ti, there might’ve been so dog and cat fight that happened between this stoic angel and the high elf.

Thankfully, Celis ca and saved the day before it escalated into sothing troubleso.

Day 4.

Construction had reached its midpoint, the village taking visible shape across the cleared land.

Five completed buildings stood as proof of concept, their stone and wood construction showing both durability and aesthetic appeal.

Helya had insisted on incorporating design elents that made the structures feel welcoming rather than purely functional.

"Architecture isn’t just about shelter," she’d declared during planning. "It’s about creating spaces people want to live in! Beauty matters just as much as structural integrity!"

The results spoke for themselves.

Each building featured curved archways that softened harsh angles.

Windows positioned to maximize natural light while maintaining privacy.

Small decorative touches – carved wood details, stone patterns, strategic landscaping – that elevated simple structures into sothing approaching art.

Belkia coordinated with obvious satisfaction, her practical mind appreciating how Helya’s boldness pushed their work beyond rely adequate.

"The residential cluster is 60% complete," she reported during the daily progress eting. "Workshop district foundations are laid and ready for vertical construction. Roads are leveled and awaiting final surfacing."

"Food storage facilities?" Nero asked.

"Completed yesterday. Enhanced with preservation magic by our enchanters. We can store supplies indefinitely without spoilage."

"dical facilities?"

"Frawork up, interior work in progress. Should be operational within two days."

The efficiency continued to astound him.

What would have taken months or perhaps even years in his old world was materializing in days through magical enhancent and genuine expertise.

Near the erging workshop district, specialized craftswon had begun setting up their operations.

The blacksmith’s forge roared to life, fire magic enhancing conventional coal to temperatures that could work even the most stubborn tals.

*Clang! Clang! Clang!*

The rhythmic hamr strikes created a soundtrack of industrial progress.

"We’ll be able to produce tools and basic weapons within the week," the lead smith reported with satisfaction. "Once we establish proper supply chains, we can expand into more specialized work."

The enchanter’s workshop glowed with contained magical energy, arrays and circles being permanently inscribed into the building’s structure.

"This space will be self-sustaining," the head enchanter explained. "Ambient mana collection, automatic purification, stable working environnt. Give a month and I can start producing real masterwork enchantnts."

The alchemist facilities were being constructed to Felt’s exact specifications, the nervous woman having overco her shock enough to provide detailed requirents.

"Proper ventilation is critical," she insisted, her technical knowledge overriding her timid personality. "Certain reactions produce toxic fus that need imdiate extraction. And the storage needs to be temperature-controlled..."

Workers listened attentively, implenting her suggestions without question.

***

Near the training grounds, Aurelia had organized the combat-focused summons into a proper military structure.

"Formation! Shields up! Advance!"

Her commanding voice carried across the field as warriors practiced coordinated movents.

*Clash! Clash! Clash!*

The sound of training weapons eting shields created rhythmic patterns.

Nero approached the training area, imdiately drawing attention.

"Lord Nero!"

Every warrior stopped instantly, snapping to attention with military precision.

They rendered formal salutes simultaneously, fists over hearts.

"At ease, everyone," Nero chuckled, genuinely appreciating the discipline but not wanting to disrupt their practice. "Just observing. Carry on."

"Yes, my Lord!"

They resud training with obvious dedication, each warrior clearly determined to prove their worth.

Aurelia approached with her characteristic grace.

"Their fundantals are solid," she reported. "Most have genuine combat experience. With proper coordination training, they’ll make an effective defensive force."

"Thanks for handling this. I know military organization isn’t exactly what I summoned you for."

"It’s natural for ," she replied simply. "And they respond well to structure. Purpose gives them direction."

Nero noticed how the other warriors looked at Aurelia with obvious respect bordering on reverence.

The First Star Valkyrie’s legend apparently preceded her even among R-tier summons from Fantasia, especially those who had heard of her tales from the old ones.

"Tomorrow we’ll begin tactical drills," Aurelia continued. "Testing how different abilities complent each other in combat scenarios."

"Sounds good. Just don’t push them too hard."

A faint smile crossed her usually stoic features.

"I’m aware of the appropriate training intensity... Nero."

Although there was still a faint blush, Nero was happy to see she’s getting even warr as ti passes by.

*Hug...*

"You’re so precious."

And for no reason at all, he had just to hug her for all she’s worth, which caused quite a scene for the serious warriors to actually blush at the bold actions of their Lord.

... You could only imagine the face that Aurelia made as the one receiving the hug publicly.

Day 5.

Luna’s laboratory had gained a new occupant.

"T-This is really... I an... I can’t believe..."

Felt stood frozen in the doorway, her eyes wide behind her glasses as she took in the impossible workspace.

"Are you going to stand there gaping all day, or actually co inside?"

Luna’s blunt question snapped the alchemist out of her stupor.

"R-Right! Sorry! It’s just... I’ve read all your papers on triple distillation and alchemical resonance, and being here in your actual laboratory where you developed those theories is..."

"Overwhelming, yes, I get it. You’re a fan. Noted. I heard you’re quite talented? Well then, stop wasting ti and show your capabilities with this extraction process I will give you."

Despite the harsh tone, Luna’s expression carried sothing almost pleased.

Recognition of her work was always welco, even if she’d never admit it openly.

Felt approached the workstation hesitantly, observing Luna’s technique with obvious fascination.

"You’re using a modified Belsen apparatus," she noted, her technical knowledge overriding nervousness. "But the condensation chamber is configured differently than standard designs... is that to maximize essence capture?"

"Exactly. Standard configurations lose approximately 15% of volatile essences during the cooling phase. This modification recaptures them through secondary circulation."

Luna demonstrated the process with practiced efficiency, her hands moving with the precision of soone who’d perford this procedure thousands of tis.

Felt watched intently, occasionally asking questions that showed genuine understanding of complex alchemical theory.

"In your paper on pharmaceutical conversion, you ntioned using lunar-attuned catalysts for certain transformations. Does that technique apply to elixir creation?"

"It can, but requires significant modification. Elixirs need stability that lunar catalysts sotis compromise. Solar-lunar hybrid approaches work better for pharmaceutical applications..."

The technical discussion continued for hours, two brilliant minds exchanging knowledge without ego or pretension.

Luna found herself genuinely impressed by Felt’s theoretical foundation.

’She’s actually competent,’ the Great Sage thought with approval. ’Not just a fan, but soone who completely mastered the fundantals and can extrapolate and manipulate it properly.’

"Your goal of creating universal healing elixirs," Luna said during a brief break. "It’s ambitious. Possibly impossible by conventional understanding."

"I know," Felt replied quietly. "But I have to try. For my mother’s mory. And for everyone else who’s suffered because dicine isn’t accessible enough."

"Hmm..."

Luna adjusted the safety glasses she’s currently wearing as she looked at Felt with her heterochromic eyes.

"Alright, I’ll help you. Not because I’m charitable, but because the theoretical challenge interests . Pharmaceutical transmutation at that scale would require innovations in multiple fields. It’s exactly the kind of problem I enjoy."

"!!!"

Felt’s eyes went wide with shock and gratitude.

"R-Really?! You’d help ?!"

"Don’t make repeat myself. But yes, we’ll work on it together."

The nervous alchemist looked close to tears, though she fought to maintain composure.

"Thank you... Thank you so much."

"Stop being emotional and focus. Science doesn’t care about feelings, only results. Now, let’s discuss your current research thodology and identify areas for improvent..."

***

Night had fallen over the dinsional island by the ti Nero made his way to Luna’s villa.

He carried a tray with three cups of tea, steam rising from the herbal blend that Celis had recomnded for ntal clarity and relaxation.

’Those two are probably still up.’

Nero could already guess the two are still up at midnight deep in their stuff.

The third floor laboratory glowed with magical illumination, visible through windows that shouldn’t exist given the spatial expansion inside.

He knocked politely on the reinforced door.

"I brought tea."

"It’s unlocked." Luna’s voice called back.

The laboratory’s central chamber had been transford into an impromptu study space.

Luna sat at one workstation, surrounded by floating calculations and theoretical models that shifted as she manipulated them with casual gestures.

Felt occupied another desk, her notebook filled with ticulous observations written in surprisingly neat handwriting despite the late hour.

A massive crystal lamp overhead provided illumination that mimicked natural daylight, preventing eye strain during extended work sessions.

"You two are really still at it, huh..." Nero asked, setting the tea tray down within easy reach.

"Breakthrough," Luna replied without looking up. "We identified a critical flaw in standard essence stabilization thods that’s been limiting pharmaceutical potency for centuries. I had to docunt everything while the insights were fresh."

"..."

Felt nodded enthusiastically despite obvious exhaustion.

"Ms. Luna’s approach to molecular binding completely changes how we think about ingredient interaction... If we can refine the technique, it could increase elixir effectiveness by 40%!"

"That’s impressive," Nero said genuinely. "But you both need rest eventually. Tea’s getting cold."

"Mm."

Luna absently reached for a cup, taking a sip without pausing her calculations.

Then she paused, actually tasting properly.

"... This is good. What blend?"

"Celis made it. Sothing about ntal clarity and relaxation."

"Tell her it’s adequate."

From Luna, that was basically effusive praise.

Felt accepted her own cup gratefully, the warmth seeming to revive her slightly,

"Thank you, Master Nero. And... thank you for introducing to Ms. Luna’s work directly. This opportunity is beyond anything I imagined."

"No problem," Nero replied. "Luna doesn’t suffer fools. The fact that she’s working with you says everything about your capabilities."

"Hmph."

Luna’s ears were suspiciously faint red despite her dismissive sound.

Nero left them to their research after ensuring they’d actually drink the tea, a small chuckle escaped from his lips as he descended the stairs.

The community was truly coming together beautifully.

Not just physically through construction, but through genuine connections forming between people brought together by circumstances beyond their control.

Day 6.

The village had reached 90% completion, according to Belkia’s ticulous tracking.

All major structures stood finished, their construction quality exceeding even optimistic projections.
