Chapter 114: The High Of Bravery

I awoke like I had just subrged from the depths of water, my breath hitching and my chest rising and falling.

"Breath, Ava" A sharp hold and a smooching voice behind

allowed

to settle my nerves. I tried catching my breath as he continued to hold

tight and I relaxed more in his hold, squeezing my eyes shut before shivering. It was so cold, I felt like ice, even cold steam ca off my mouth as I took deep steady breaths.

Suddenly, hotness rivaling even my own consud

and all the cold vanished and replaced with warmth.

I instantly pulled away and I faced William. "You’re not supposed to overuse your aura," I said with a worried tone and noticed how he looked paler than usual, but a smile still rested on his lips, not having a single bother.

"It does not matter, you need the warmth"

I inhaled sharply before pressing my lips against his in a hot consuming kiss, he kissed

back with the sa fervor and I suddenly felt lightheaded but I didn’t want it to stop, I wanted to touch and taste him. But he pulled back.

"Ava," he began in a serious tone and I moved to sit on his lap. "Did you reach the path?"

I didn’t answer... kissing him again desperately he kissed

back but then pulled again.

"Tell

what’s wrong" he senses I was off and I knew I was because I just didn’t want the contact to end, I craved it just as much, I felt starved, just how long was I asleep? It was even dark, but I did not care about the environnt right now, only my husband looking at

with worried orbs.

I cupped his cheeks and leaned for another kiss... he didn’t pull back or question

anymore, it was just the soft gentle movent of our lips and every rub and gesture got tingles radiating all over my body.

I want to forget what I saw

I want to rid myself of that place

I just want him, I only want him

"I want you," I said softly to his lips, wanting more of his delicate touch and his soft lips against mine. His dilated eyes told

just how much he wants to adhere to my wishes, and I just wanted him to take it.

"No" his answer was simple and short. "I was rough the last ti... you’re still sore"

"I’m fine" I breathed ignoring his concerns, it had been a day since he last touched

and broke my body with pleasure and yet it felt like a month was gone by and his imprints needed to be branded on my body again.

"I feel fine" I added rotating my waist gently and a soft groan left him, I felt his already hard thickness get bigger and my core ached, ached to be filled again and thrust.

"Do not tempt , Wife, I’m serious"

I shook my head doing it again.

"Do you know how long you were asleep?"

I Instantly paused my mischievous actions.

"Two days!"

What? Two days? But it didn’t feel that long, confusion flushed my features and then it hit . "You held

all this ti? With your cold aura?" I placed his hand on my chest. He has held , not left my side for a whole two days.

"It does not matter to

but you, are you weak? Hurt? Hungry?"

I shook my head at each and every question he laid out.

"What-"

"I do not want to talk about it right now" I cut him off knowing what he wants to ask. "I just need you, please" a whispered from

as I ghost kissed his lips and he closed his eyes inhaling sharply.

His hand gripped my waist and I gasped when he stood up swiftly and my legs eagerly wrapped around his lean muscular waist, my butt found the platform but I kept my legs still tightly against him, afraid he would pull back.

"We should talk," he interjected with a stern expression. "Or do you want to keep torturing

instead?"

"Torturing?" I huffed. "You’re the one who does not want "

"I did not say I do not want you, why do you always think what is opposite of ?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Then touch "

"Ava, you’re-"

"I said I’m fine, you sll it can’t you?"

His jaw clenched, the bravery I had right now felt like I was high on sothing, I just hope it lasts long enough.

"My arousal
