After receiving such good news, Diamond didn’t continue sleeping but flashed into the Golden Space.
She thought that she would continue designing the ancestral ho another ti, but now that she knew where the land was; she found it a must, to finish what she started.
Inside the space, Diamond opened the designing app and looked at the designs she made previously.
While looking at it, she couldn’t help but feel that sothing was missing from the main house.
She went through everything one by one, checking the rooms and other facilities. After going through it for a long ti, she saw what was missing in the main house and started on it.
The main house had five buildings and so many rooms, but looking at it now, she felt that there weren’t many rooms at all. So of the room functions seem to be mixed and she didn’t like it.
So, she added two more buildings, making them seven in total.
After all changes were made, the main house now looked as follows;
First building/ Main building – was the building where she and her lovers would be living.
Second building – children’s building (bedrooms, playing rooms, etc.).
Third building – living area building (kitchen, dining rooms, living rooms, etc.).
Fourth building – entertainnt building (gaming rooms, theatre, etc.).
Fifth building – fitness building (swimming pool, gym, etc.).
Sixth building – treasure vault building (there will be galleries, i.e., art, exhibits, and so treasures stored there).
Seventh building – second entertaining building (used for holding banquets, parties and other entertainnt events).
She also added an underground garage spanning three floors. She already owned nearly ten cars. Who knows how many more she would be owning in the future?
While she was at it, she added a basent floor where she planned to make the cold storage for storing at and the likes. She added another secret floor for keeping the servers, or rather for Andrea to do his projects in the future.
She couldn’t continue going to the capital city where that secret lab was for him to tinker with robots and other things. Having a secret hideout at ho felt great, so she added it.
Besides, she didn’t think that whoever would be in charge of the construction would dare reveal such secrets to others.
With all that sorted out, Diamond finally felt that the ancestral ho now looked more aningful and with everything under one roof.
She also took her ti to choose the kind of materials that she wanted and the system was very helpful in that manner. She simply ended up using the suggested ideas. After all, she wasn’t proficient in this matter at all.
Once that was done, she checked the other places she already designed but found nothing to modify. She wanted to add a guest house for her friends and the like, but then she thought of the two extra villas she designed for the lovers’ families and stopped herself.
It wasn’t like those relatives would co all year to her ho. So those villas would be used to entertain guests when they co. She wasn’t going to build a house and let it collect dust or let it entertain those strangers’ thoughts of coming to her house all the ti.
With that checked, she didn’t have anything more to add to what was there already. So, she looked at the empty land. She didn’t find anything to put previously and an idea ca to mind.
Diamond didn’t touch the land next to the sports centre. She decided to leave that land like that. But the one closer to the road, she had other plans for it.
Living in Cherry Court was very nice, to be honest, but there was one major problem; inaccessibility to shops or service stations.
If they wanted to buy so groceries, they would have to drive for an hour or more to find a shop. If a person gets stranded, they would be forced to find other ans of transport to travel far to get help.
That problem always forced her to make sure that each car always had a full tank when returning ho. But what if she finds a solution to that problem?
As a result, Diamond started designing a service station on the land closer to the road. She had plenty of land and things to sell. Moreover, she had so many cars that needed fuel. So having one closer to her wasn’t so bad.
At the sa ti, she would also help friendly neighbors and passersby in the future and earn money as well.
Instead of racking her mind and causing herself stress, she sought ideas from the system and she got several of them. After going through them, she picked the one that she liked the most.
Rather than making a service station where she would be offering fuel and a 24/7 shop which sells convenient goods, she thought of building a mini complex instead.
The fuel station would stand on its own, providing fuel or energy for electric cars. The mini complex would provide groceries and other general rchandise that was convenient for daily use.
She didn’t forget sothing very important, an ATM booth. Money was very important, and it wasn’t everyone who used cards. So people still preferred using cash, so having an ATM fixed there wasn’t that bad.
As for which bank, she would be having there ....
As she thought about that, Diamond’s eyes suddenly sparkled as she thought of another crazy idea.
’What if I open my own bank?’ she wondered excitedly.
She had a lot of money, to be honest. Even if she died today, her parents and those who co after wouldn’t be able to finish it.
Instead of keeping that money in a bank account and letting those bankers earn more from her, she might as well do so good deeds and help her fellow n.
Besides, she had a large fan base. These people could beco her custors as well. That would be another way of doing so good deeds.
The finance lending company was doing well and even outsiders had started borrowing. However, due to its nature, the amount of money to be lent to others was limited.
So why not open a bank and do the borrowing and lending properly?
