anwhile, on the other side of the town, Auntie Grace was with Ma Perry alongside several staff from the foundation.
On this day, they were having a field day, so several staff were not at the office.
Since Auntie Grace was with Ma Perry, she could only follow the other. As a result, she wore the foundation t-shirt and took part in the fieldwork as well.
They first visited the hospital where several patients the foundation was covering were admitted.
Auntie Grace was so surprised when she heard of the figures the foundation was forking out just to treat these people.
They even brought so fruits and other food. The staff were very friendly; it touched her a lot.
She was soone involved in charity. However, rather than participating in such events, she was the kind who could fork out the money. As for what the organizations would do after getting the money, she wasn’t that interested.
So, to be able to participate like this, she couldn’t help but be touched.
After the hospital, their team visited the orphanage. When she first heard about the orphanage, her mind thought of the orphanage with kids already there. So, when she saw an empty orphanage which looked new, she was quite confused.
"In-law, what is this?" she couldn’t help but ask curiously.
Ma Perry, seeing the confusion of her possible future in law, whose skin was so thick seeing how she called her in-law easily like that, couldn’t help but explain to the other.
When Auntie Grace heard that the orphanage was sothing that the foundation owned. She was pretty much amazed.
"She is doing a good job, isn’t she?" Auntie Grace couldn’t help herself but boastfully praised with sparkling eyes.
If anyone was to hear that and saw the way she was acting, they would think that she was praising her own daughter.
However, Ma Perry was happy to hear that. Whoever praised her daughters was her best friend.
"Um, she is a good one. Wait until you see more!" she said happily, eager to share more wonderful things her daughter had done, and that was exactly what Auntie Grace had been waiting for.
And thanks to that eagerness, she learnt quite a lot about Diamond. She started worrying about her son.

Inside a certain class, a man with white bears stood in front of the class as he sternly spoke. "Anyone who doesn’t finish the assignnt and surrender it by Monday will be fined by having five credits taken out."
His statent earned an endless groan from the students sitting.
However, the man didn’t bother with the students. After saying his piece, he concluded the lesson before picking up his things and leaving the class.
As soon as he was out for the door, the students started complaining, grievances in their tones.
"Professor is too much. He just gave us the assignnt today, and he wants it done by Monday!"
"And it’s quite packed. That’s enough assignnt to last two weeks!"
The more the students shared, the more they felt aggrieved.
Among the students in this drama-filled classroom was Ruby, who wore a faint smile on her face.
She was even at a loss after receiving such a pile of assignnts. He wasn’t the only professor who gave them assignnts. And yet he wanted his, on Monday. Was he expecting them to be at their books the entire weekend?
When she thought of how she wanted to spend so ti with her family this weekend but now, with so much assignnt needed to be dealt with, he beca sullen.
Studying was truly not what she thought would be. In high school, life wasn’t as tough as it was now. Nonetheless, there was nothing that could be done.
Since the assignnts had been given, she could only work diligently and finish them on ti.
Thankfully, there weren’t any more lectures after lunch. Since it was like that, going to the library to continue with a certain assignnt would be wise.
After collecting her thoughts, she started packing her belongings. She didn’t plan on returning to class once she was done with lunch.
Her friends, seeing her packing, packed as well.
Others, seeing the group of people following Ruby’s lead, couldn’t help but click their tongues as they spitefully said, "Tche! Follow the leader!"
"They are like rats. Can’t they do anything for themselves without following others?"
"To think that others are so boastful like this just because of their sisters. Tsk, tsk, how shaless!"
Ruby looked at the group of sour girls and rolled her eyes at them, making them furious.
"You....." the leader of the girls pointed angrily at Ruby, as she wasn’t expecting the other to react like that.
Ruby scoffed as she carried her bag before starting to walk away. As she passed the girls, she spoke in a voice that wasn’t low or loud. However, the volu was enough for every classmate currently watching the drama to hear.
"So, what if I boast? At least I happen to have such a sister who is so famous and I can rely on her. But what about you?"
After hearing the sa thing repeatedly, she beca completely numb to it. If it was before she reconciled with her sister and got to know about her difficulties in life. Maybe she would have been sour if this had been said to her.
However, she was different now. Rather than comparing herself to Diamond, she would just walk her own path. One day, these people would see for themselves where they differ. Even if they didn’t differ, it wasn’t like it bothered her one bit to be compared to her sister.
She wouldn’t allow anyone, though, to make use of such a comparison to drive a wedge between her and Diamond.
That was why, rather than tolerating the nonsense repeatedly, she was going to bomb anyone who sses with her. With Diamond as her backer, so what if she infuriates the other?
That person should be fortunate that she would be the one dealing with her or him. Her sister, when it cos to family, she was a tyrant.
Since she didn’t care, why should she?
After shocking everyone in the classroom, she and her group of friends left the classroom and headed for the cafeteria.
Instead of waiting precious ti with such dunderheads, doing sothing productive would be encouraged.
Her sister was still expecting her to get good results.
If she dares have her credits taken away, Diamond would surely roast her.
She didn’t want to be roasted.
Above all, she wanted to shine on what she was good at and receive praise from Diamond.
She wasn’t going to let Diamond or her parents down.
They were all looking up to her to fulfil the scholar dream they couldn’t achieve, especially Diamond.
There was much to be done.
