Later that night, after family dinner, Diamond didn’t linger for long in the living room but retired to her room.
There was still so much for her to go through.
After the broadcast, she checked the gifts given by the friends who attended the party.
The gifts were priceless and surely showed that kids from rich families gave them.
Looking at the gifts spread on the bed, Diamond nodded with satisfaction, taking ntal notes that when she got invited to these guys’ functions or events, she was going to bring sothing better.
A person should know how to reciprocate after all.
Others gifted paintings, bags, jewelry, shopping cards, and signed books for Selena and Wyatt. He brought gowns from Nolan alongside other beautiful things.
All the things were quite useful and wouldn’t be lying around in the future.
The gifts she liked the most were from her family mbers.
Her mother and father gave her a silver jewelry set which wasn’t that expensive, to be honest.
What made it special was how when she was sixteen years, she had clamored about getting such a jewelry set when she turned eighteen. She wanted the set to be engraved with her na. Unfortunately, it was so expensive and her family couldn’t afford it back then.
As a result, the present ended up getting forgotten. Thankfully, after a decade, she finally got it in her hands.
The sent included earrings, a pendant, a bracelet, and an anklet. Seeing her na or initials on the jewelry made Diamond very happy.
Apart from the jade signet ring she had the fairy make, this jewelry set beca the second set with her na on it. Making it very special to her.
They also gave her handwritten greeting cards, which contained ssages that teared her up. It was quite touching.
Ruby, her darling sister, gave her three sets of customized hair ornants, which she found too much to her liking. She also gave her a handwritten greeting card.
The twins brought their own gifts plus their mother’s and brother’s gifts. From them, she got so shopping cards, jewelry and other things. They were quite costly.
From Garnet, her super bodyguard aka younger sister, being practical as always. She gave her a present, which made her feel grateful that she didn’t keep her by her side to remain a bodyguard.
Using her brains for sothing was better than letting her guard when there wasn’t any danger. As of yet.
Garnet, using the profits earned from the three cafes, bought another building, where she planned on opening another café.
With the demand for the teas and the popularity of the cafes, Garnet thought of expanding the business. That was the greatest gift soone who worked for her could give.
That ant another asset was added to the original list. Wasn’t that good news?
There were still many more gifts to talk about, however, there were other gifts which she received yesterday in the morning which needed to be looked at.
But before doing so, Diamond stored all the gifts in her storage ring and settled on her bed to look at the gifts from Andrea, Ace, and the kids.
Starting with the kids, she received three buildings. Three buildings weren’t a joke. And as soone who was still lacking a few buildings for the other companies which would be opened in the future since now, there was a lot to be dealt with, she felt grateful for it.
Diamond looked at the title deeds with her na on them and used Andrea to check on what these buildings were and where they were located.
With the information provided by Andrea, Diamond learnt quite a lot. She was quite thrilled as she looked at the information provided.
Among all the companies that she had registered so far, only one company didn’t have a building. And it was the entertainnt agency. She didn’t know when she would touch on this company, since there was much for her to do. However, with the additional buildings acquired, she didn’t have to worry.
All three buildings were three stories, with a lot of rooms for office space or other things.
Diamond planned to use one of the buildings as an entertainnt agency, the other one she would use for the law firm. From what she knew, the law firm was still renting where it was.
She hated paying rent the most, especially with a building in hand. She would leave the renovations and other things to Kiara. She knew the designs of the law firm, so having her work with the team would be the best.
With two buildings out, that would leave one building. Since she didn’t know what to use with it, she was going to leave it on the side until she found a use for it.
Talking about buildings that haven’t been used yet, she still has buildings that could be used as supermarkets, a restaurant and a mini-market.
She would need to focus on those later as well. She couldn’t leave them idle.
With the gifts from the kids sorted out, she moved on to Andrea’s gift.
Andrea gave her 51% shares of a technology company. She didn’t know when he started the company and how it was operating. She didn’t want to know much about the company. She was afraid of making her head ache.
She simply inford him, "Darling, make sure that we don’t get out. And whatever operations you are running, don’t expose yourself. Tell the kids as well."
{Okay, mother. I have always been safe but will keep it in mind.}
With that reassurance given, Diamond didn’t have to worry anymore. She just needed to wait for month end to receive her dividends. It didn’t hurt getting more money, after all.
After tabulating the gifts from Andrea and the kids, it was ti for her to move to the system’s rewards.
Those rewards were quite shocking and startling. She still rembers how stunned she was when she got the gifts yesterday. The mory was still quite fresh.
It was a mont to never forget.
