Lostrus, Kingdom of Rozinya
Sayang City
Inside a large office, a tall man stood by the floor-to-ceiling window smoking a cigarette, the smoke rings rising in the air, as he looked at the snow that was falling to the ground.
"What are you thinking about? Do you miss ho, or perhaps a certain soone?"
As the man was smoking, lost in thoughts, these questions jolted him back to reality, he couldn’t help but snub the cigarette and turned around to face the person who dared say sothing like that.
When his eyes locked onto the person, ’badum, badum, badum,’ his uneasy heart started betraying him.
He knew and understood that crazy thumping perfectly well. It was a feeling that had accompanied him for nearly half of his life.
That’s how much his heart had been aching for him, hoping that one day, the other would look at him the way he secretly does.
But when he thought of how the other only had that person in his heart and didn’t even suspect the torch that he had been carrying for so many years. He felt like an idiot.
Just listen to him talking about missing a certain soone. How could he miss her when the person that he had always missed and pined for was sitting right in front of him and yet he couldn’t even confess his feelings?
Wyatt felt like a fool. He was a fool to fall for soone who would always treat him like a best friend, a brother, and a business partner.
But perhaps he was lucky, at least in these three capacities he gets to be closer to the person he fell for at first sight.
In all his twenty-seven years, Nolan was the first person that he fell in love with.
Sotis he wondered if he was gay and different. To test that, he went to gay clubs and tried to flirt with both n and won, but at the end of the day, he realized that his heart thumped like that for one person.
If he was gay, then it was only for Nolan and no other man. As for being straight, wasn’t that too late when Nolan unknowingly bent him to his will?
Unfortunately, this busy man, who had barely rested since his return, had no clue.
Just like him, Nolan had soone in his heart and Wyatt prayed every single day for that person to not show up. He never liked that person, so he would be eternally grateful if his prayer got answered.
"What’s there to miss at ho?" Wyatt shrugged as he walked towards Nolan who had several plain papers spread across the desk.
Nolan looked at him questioningly, as if he didn’t believe what Wyatt had just answered and Wyatt saw that.
He chuckled faintly as he sat across Nolan replying, "It’s suffocating there!" the light in his eyes dimd as he said that.
Nolan’s eyes flickered for a mont as he clenched his fists before calming his emotions.
"It won’t be like that anymore. Isn’t Diamond there, now?"
When Wyatt heard that, a smile broke onto his face.
He had nearly forgotten about this new friend he idolized much.
"Indeed, she is now there. Too bad she is a busy person!" he clicked his tongue as he thought of how busy Diamond was when she was on vacation.
Bringing Diamond up, the two friends couldn’t help but chuckle as mories surfaced.
"Indeed. She would be hard to et. But at least when she arrived, she would tone it down. She still has a birthday party to attend."
"That’s true. Talking about the party, have you picked the present yet?"
"Nope. Let’s go later after I am done here. If we can’t find anything at the shops, I will pick a few gowns for her."
"Um, that can work. Let’s just see what’s the best to pick for her."
"I am just curious what kind of chaos she would cause this ti during the broadcast."
"You aren’t alone. She is one of a kind!"
With the success of changing the topic, Wyatt, whose heart was aching badly, gradually started healing. He montarily pushed aside his untold love for his best friend and began to think about what kind of gift would make a rich lady feel happy.
It wasn’t easy being Diamond’s friend.
Perhaps finding her sothing that she loves and disregarding monetary value would suffice.
But what kind of gift would be that?
His head started aching at the thought.

anwhile, sowhere in the air, Diamond was still in flight and currently resting.
However, the truth was, she was currently in the Golden Space cursing the fairy’s generations as she climbed a mountain.
"Even if you curse like that, it won’t change the fact that you, my dear, still need to climb that mountain," the fairy mockingly said as it floated by her side.
Diamond glared at the fairy and regretted coming across a book when she was browsing the space’s library.
She had known that the space was hiding a lot of treasures and when she found a book kindly stating where so of these treasures were, excitent got the best of her.
As a result, she was here climbing a tall mountain, and she had been at it for as long as she rembered.
She couldn’t use any powers inside the space. Inside the space, she was no different from an ordinary person and her body was hurting all over.
She was supposed to be resting and enjoying her flight, and yet there she was. However, when she thought of what might be hidden up there, she gritted her teeth and decided to persevere.
"If there is nothing there, I swear, fairy. and you, we will battle it out!"
The fairy chuckled heartily at hearing that. How could her mistress win against her if it weren’t for the bounds placed on her?
"We will see when the ti cos. The clock is ticking!" the fairy reminded, earning another glare from Diamond.
Diamond sulkily climbed the mountain and continuously prayed that she would find sothing there, otherwise this ti would be wasted.
She should have started from the low ground, but alas, she picked sothing difficult.
Who could she bla except for the fairy?
