The next day, Diamond left the Cherry Court and drove to Greenbay apartnts, where she picked up Nancy and Kiara, these two capable assistants of hers.

After agreeing to et with the neighbor’s farm owner, on her way ho, she called the two ladies to inform them to clear their schedules. And for Kiara to prepare everything needed since she was planning on going through with the purchase.

Diamond was never the kind of person who procrastinate when it cos to issues which require money, ever since she beca rich.

She might delay other practical things, but for the ones which needed her to transfer money and leave a signature, she could finish the assignnt in a second.

Driving the SUV since it was still the most practical car to use when visiting these busy roads which get bad easily, Diamond and the two ladies talked about a lot of things.

Which mainly revolved around the assignnts which they were given.

The building for the trading company and lending company was completed already. Currently, the employees are being interviewed.

So, she was grateful to hear that by the end of the month, a good number of employees would have been hired by then.

As for the costic business, they were taking things slow. After all, it was a tricky business and required only a handful of trustworthy individuals.

If they happen to hire bad apples, her effort would be wasted. She didn’t want such goldy recipes to end up in the hands of the wrong people.

The law firm was in good hands, and Kiara, being a genius, was proud to hear that she got herself a few clients. So, money was rolling in. How can that not be a great thing?

It wasn’t long before they arrived at the Diamond Farm, where Cain was waiting for her.

When she arrived, she picked Cain before driving to the neighboring farm, where she found Mr. Aleck waiting for her.

The first thing to notice when it cos to the neighboring farm was how it was around the sa size as her other farm.

The whole farm was fenced nicely to prevent trespassers and wild animals from entering.

From the road, Diamond saw that the farm was more of trees and if anything was being raised there, it was hidden sowhere. Having these trees was actually good. They serve as a natural fence.

After reaching the open gate, probably left like that for them to have easy access, she drove right through and didn’t forget to look around, checking the place out.

After driving for roughly a kiloter, the farmhouse ca into view.

Unlike the farmhouse at Diamond Farm, the one on this farm was quite small, which wasn’t bad. As long as people can still live in the house, then that’s all that matters.

Besides, who wanted luxury when staying on a farm? This wasn’t so farm B&B or staycation where people would visit for fun. It was a business place and people who worked there were always sweating and accompanied by the stench of these wonderful animals, people loved eating so much.

So how can there be anything luxurious?

However, despite the lack of anything luxurious on this farm, Diamond spotted one thing which scread luxury as soon as the house couldn’t into view.

There was a decent sedan, the kind belonging to the big nas, parked and standing next to it was a middle-aged man whom she presud to be Mr. Aleck.

Diamond parked her SUV a short distance away from the sedan before the others started alighting. Diamond rummaged for a few things in the car before joining others as well.

As soon as she ca out, Mr. Aleck walked towards her with a smile.

"Welco, Ms. Perry. I have been looking forward to eting you for a long ti!" the man greeted enthusiastically as he stretched his hand towards hers.

Diamond smiled back at the man as she stretched her hand forward before the two hands clasped together for a handshake.

" as well! Glad that we could et as soon as possible!" aning every single word she just said as their hands pulled apart.

Mr. Aleck laughed heartily, his small eyes narrowing until they beca smaller as if he was blind. However, his carefree attitude made Diamond have a good impression of him.

As much as she loved dealing with n, they can be troubleso at tis, especially when they are lecherous.

Fortunately, for now, Mr. Aleck didn’t seem to fall into that category.

"That’s good. Since you are here, I heard that you are soone who doesn’t like wasting ti. Let show you around and then discuss. What do you think?" after calming down, he suggested as his gaze remained on Diamond and not the others.

Diamond nodded satisfactorily at his words. She didn’t like going in circles. There was so much that could be done with the lost ti.

"Sure. Let’s see what you have!" she agreed, eager to see what the farm has to offer.

And Mr. Aleck, being a man of his word, clapped his hands excitedly before leading everyone to check the farm around.

The farm was eighteen hectares, just two hectares short of being the sa size as her farm.

Mr. Aleck was using half of the farm as she noticed that a great piece of it was more of a forest.

There was no dam, unfortunately, at the farm, but a borehole, which was pretty good after so thought. At least no one would die of thirst. Besides, the fam can be dug. It just needs to be dug enough and the water seed would create a miracle.

There was the house, which was a two-bedrood house, suitable for the staff to stay but for her, it would need more dorms to accommodate more people.

The farms were a long distance away from the residential area, and it would waste a lot of ti if people commute. So having dorms at the farms would solve that problem and workers would be efficient in the long run.

The ranch area where the livestock were kept was pretty clean, with all the necessary buildings and facilities in place.

There was the paddock for the cows, the henhouses, and the pigsty. As most farm owners tend to rear chickens more than any other animals, the hen houses were more, which was good. As she loved keeping chickens as well.

What she saw, she liked. So, she was willing to pay for it.

When it ca to negotiating, she left that issue to Nancy and Kiara, and the two ladies had a wonderful negotiating mont with Mr. Aleck while she and Cain were busy searching for a good place to have the dam dug.

She trusted those two and believed that they would definitely co up at a reasonable price. She and Cain might as well do sothing productive.

After walking around, the two found a suitable place, and it was more or so in the centre. This way, the whole farm could be accessed.

They also talked about when the dam should be dug and which services were required.

Cain had experience now dealing with big projects, so Diamond trusted him enough to leave him to it.

By the ti they returned, the negotiations were done, and Diamond signed what needed to be signed, and transferred what needed to be transferred. Kiara, the all-rounder lawyer would deal with the rest of the procedures.

After getting everything dealt with, Diamond said farewell to Mr. Aleck and wished him well with whatever he was planning to do in the future.

She then sent Cain to the farm.

At the farm, Diamond took three fat chickens, veggies, and so fresh maize cobs for herself and the two ladies.

Looking at the fat chickens, Diamond couldn’t help but think inwardly, ’I should raise so animals in the space. They will be tastier and fatter than this!’

Just thinking about it, she couldn’t help but salivate. Her space was pretty big and the land she was farming on was just a piece of the space. There was still more land that hadn’t been touched.

She should do sothing about it.
