Kian, on the other side of the line, didn’t know what to say or think as he listened to Diamond speaking righteously without any tremor in her voice.
He could finally tell that she was indeed serious about the whole thing. Her voice carried this conviction that he even found very difficult to have at tis.

Although there was a risk of losing her to Sullivan or losing her altogether when she found out their plan, he still went for it.
He vowed when he gave Sullivan the green light to treat her well, to atone for the sins of pushing her into a world that she probably wouldn’t know.

He was very happy that she was open to the idea, as that would an that he could now have her, make her his, and at the sa ti keep his brother close to him.
With the two of them sharing one woman that they love, there would be no more fear of being separated in the future.
It’s just that Diamond suddenly dropped a bomb of possible lovers in the future that took him by surprise.

The more he listened to Diamond smoothly making everything clear, Kian couldn’t help but be reminded of that scum of a man who hurt Diamond.
After taking her to the reunion, he could see that it must have not been easy for her. So, seeing how confident she was now, he was actually glad that she put everything behind her, despite being a bit petty and vengeful.
It’s not like he was an angel and a saint. So why should he judge her for all that?

Kian deeply sighed as he digested the last statent. She didn’t have to say it at all. He wasn’t a fool and could tell that she was the type that wouldn’t give up her happiness for one person.
Otherwise, she wouldn’t have slept with Sullivan after eting for a day when she fully knew how much he felt about her.
If she was another girl, he would have ended things with her and taught her a lesson, but Diamond was the girl, the one that the both of them couldn’t live without. At least for now.
So, despite his dissatisfaction with Sullivan eating the cabbage, he realized first, he couldn’t get mad. As it was thanks to his actions that Diamond finally revealed her dark side, they didn’t know she had.

Kian found it amusing as he listened as Diamond and Sullivan talked to each other.

After sorting his thoughts, Kian found no problem with sticking to the plan.

Actually, it sounded very funny that they were busy acting like that while expressing their devout dedication to her.
It should have been her doing that and yet they were busy doing that, despite knowing that she might not really love them. After all, she had emphasized that when she started laying the facts straight earlier.

Upon hearing that, Kian’s mood improved.
He didn’t care anymore. On a staircase, there are many stairs and unless one takes a step and climbs the first stair, it would be impossible to climb the whole staircase.
So, to him, since she had agreed to be with them. As long as they continued to work hard and prove to her that love was a good thing and that not every man out there was a scumbag, Kian was confident in making her love them in return.
Even if that process took long, he was going to fight and capture her heart.
He wasn’t going to give up and for sure; he knew that Sullivan wouldn’t give up as well.
After finally finding the love of their life, won’t they be fools to give up that easily without putting in effort?
