Colin pondered thoughtfully. Based on the information observed so far, whoever inputted this data onto the LED screen seed to be on the friendly side.

The mission hadn’t specified, and there weren’t many directions Colin could guess from.
He took a breath and then looked at the other two items, noting that the third one still contained “gibberish,” though it had changed slightly.
It was mostly nonsense; except for a few rare and complex characters disappearing and the addition of the character “help,” the rest was unintelligible.
“I won’t guess about the stuff on there anymore.” Colin pursed his lips, and without further inquiry, asked, “Where do we go next?”
“It’s still the staircase. The first few layers are accessed through staircases. After every three layers, so changes will appear. But starting from the second layer, the range of that special staircase expands. Any building could potentially have it, making it a bit hard to find…” Ashen Holy Body explained.
