Chapter 1342: Chapter 1342: New Gaplay

Shuiyue and Jinghua are both very nice to Luoyang.

Although Luoyang hasn’t yet developed a romantic relationship with them, he can’t stand by and do nothing.

Life is difficult, and so is being human.

If Luoyang turns a blind eye, then even if Shuiyue and Jinghua aren’t killed by Lord Bao, they probably won’t live well in the future.

Moreover, this situation arose because of Luoyang; even if Lord Bao demands Shuiyue and Jinghua to return, Luoyang will forcibly keep the two won.

After comforting Shuiyue and Jinghua, Luoyang took a deep breath.

Summoning his courage, he prepared to play against the rules.

“Madam Teng, I want to tell you sothing first,” Luoyang said.

This was to prepare Lord Bao psychologically.

Lord Bao’s voice ca coldly from the other end of the phone, “What is it?”

His mind raced with thoughts and he felt it was better to take a risk and try.

Otherwise, there was no better option.

So Luoyang braced himself and said, “Madam Teng, I have to tell you, I haven’t… yet… um, you know, done that kind of thing with Madam Yue or Madam Jing.”

As he spoke, Luoyang felt sowhat embarrassed.

But Lord Bao’s fiery response made Luoyang serious.

“What?! How dare you deceive ?!” Lord Bao shouted angrily.

Shuiyue and Jinghua almost fainted upon hearing this.

After all, they knew very well that if this got out, their return to Lord Bao would almost certainly be a path to death.

Anyone would be scared to death.

At this critical mont, Luoyang couldn’t spare ti to comfort Shuiyue and Jinghua, so he hurriedly said, “Madam Teng, please listen to my explanation first. If you are still angry after hearing it, I am willing to die in front of you!”

These words had their effect.

The phone went quiet, indicating that Lord Bao tacitly allowed Luoyang to continue speaking.

“Madam Teng, that day, just when I t Madam Yue for the first ti, I wanted to… um, you know, do that with her. Madam Yue repeatedly asked to… um, you know, she was very proactive. So why didn’t I act then?”

He paused, listening intently for any sign from the other end of the phone.

Swallowing nervously, he continued with an awkward smile, “Madam Teng, here’s the thing. I was considering that I needed to help you find the Blood Devil, and also with the plan to enter the Altar. I wanted to keep my strength up, so I didn’t rush things with Madam Yue or Madam Jing… um, you know. Everything I did was for you.”

Lord Bao let out a cold snort, and Luoyang’s heart tightened.

Luckily, there were no more angry words from the phone, so Luoyang continued, “Madam Teng, in my heart, you and Shuii are the most important. You wanted to help you find the Blood Devil, so this matter had to be placed first. Only when I have ti would I… um, you know, be with Madam Yue and Madam Jing. The tis when I’m busy, I can only focus on helping you.”

At this point, Luoyang began to feel a bit of success.

After all, Lord Bao had only responded with a cold snort again from the phone; she didn’t say anything further.

“Madam Teng, I want to kindly ask that you don’t call Madam Yue and Madam Jing back; I still want to… um, you know, involve them more… um, you know what I an. I need them. They can really help out a lot. I’ll work hard with them to get that Blood Devil for you,” Luoyang said.

Having perford all he could, all that was left was to await the outco.

The silence on the phone was unnerving.

Luoyang glanced at Shuiyue and Jinghua, seeing their grateful smiles in return, but they too were listening attentively to what Lord Bao might say.

If Lord Bao said, “Call them back first,” that would likely scare Shuiyue and Jinghua half to death.

The wait was torturous.

Even a second felt as long as a year.

When the result was about to co, it made everyone tense up, their spirits highly concentrated, almost becoming neurotic.

A second, two seconds, three seconds…

Luoyang could hear his heartbeat clearly now.

The room was eerily quiet, as if even the air had frozen.

Estimating that Lord Bao must be considering her decision, Luoyang couldn’t urge her to speak; he had to wait until she was ready.

After about ten seconds or so, Lord Bao’s voice finally ca through the phone.

“I can let them stay by your side,” Lord Bao said.

When hearing this good news, the gloom lifted from Shuiyue and Jinghua’s faces.

Luoyang felt Lord Bao was being unexpectedly agreeable.

From what he understood, Lord Bao was not the type to easily grant requests.

As expected, just as Luoyang wanted to express his gratitude, before he could say anything from the phone, Lord Bao’s voice ca again.

“But I have one condition!” Lord Bao’s voice grew colder.

Just hearing the angry tone knew it wasn’t anything good.

Shuiyue and Jinghua both shuddered, so Luoyang had to gently kiss them to ease their fear.

“Madam Teng, may I ask what the condition is?” Luoyang asked.

All he heard was Lord Bao let out a sinister laugh, seemingly proud of her creative condition.

After laughing, Lord Bao said, “Listen up! You must sleep with them soon and get them both pregnant within a month! Then I’ll let them always be your side wives!”

The term ‘side wives’ was relative to her.

After all, in Lord Bao’s eyes, only she and Shuii were Luoyang’s primary wives.

Upon hearing this demand, Luoyang felt completely perplexed, unable to discern directions.

It’s important to know that previously, Lord Bao and Shuii strictly forbade Shuiyue and Jinghua from carrying Luoyang’s children.

Now, their attitude had taken a 180-degree turn, indicating an ulterior motive behind it.

Curious, Luoyang asked, “Madam Teng, why the urgency for Madam Yue and Madam Jing to be pregnant? I’m still focused on helping you obtain the Blood Devil.”

Lord Bao responded coldly, “If you don’t want them to be pregnant, it ans you don’t truly love them!”

The implied aning was that Luoyang was rely finding excuses to keep Shuiyue and Jinghua around him to use them for his own purposes.

Luoyang imdiately picked up on the underlying ssage.

“Madam Teng, I truly love you and Shuii, and I genuinely care for Madam Yue and Madam Jing,” Luoyang quickly said.

“Ha! If you truly love them, then make them pregnant soon! If they aren’t pregnant within a month, I’ll kill them!” Lord Bao demanded uncompromisingly.

Such a domineering demand left Luoyang at a loss.

Seeing the pitiful plea in Shuiyue and Jinghua’s eyes, Luoyang said, “Madam Teng, alright, I promise. I’ll make sure Madam Yue and Madam Jing are pregnant within a month.”

For now, he could only appease Lord Bao, while planning to get the Blood Devil before figuring a way out of this predicant.

As he pondered why Lord Bao made such a request, he heard her cold laugh, “Once they are pregnant, one of them must return to ! Do you understand?!”

Upon hearing this, Luoyang finally understood Lord Bao’s intent.

She wanted to use Luoyang’s offspring as leverage, ensuring he would always work for Skull Fortress.

This tactic was indeed quite sinister.

If his offspring ended up in Lord Bao’s hands, he wouldn’t dare defy her orders.

Of course, Luoyang had no intention of agreeing to Lord Bao’s later request, but it was not the ti to oppose, otherwise Shuiyue and Jinghua would have to return to see Lord Bao imdiately.

“Madam Teng, alright. We’ll do as you say when the ti cos.”

Pretending to weigh his options, Luoyang finally made what seed a difficult decision.
