"When did you learn that, Riya?" Alia was stunned.
She had never expected that RIya would be able to do sothing like that. From what she knew, none of them have extraordinary physique. They didn't really exercising and the few bits they did was mostly only to keep their health.
Aside from that, they didn't really do a lot of exercise.
It was only recently that Alia was forced by her older brother to practice more and thus, her physical strength had increased rapidly.
But she had never seen Riya did it.
"It's been a while," Riya replied and then looked around to check the surrounding. But before she could make a move, her eyes narrowed.
She sensed mana.
And it was different from mana that was floating in the air and mixed with the breath they inhaled each ti.
This mana ca from a creature.

Riya frowned as she knew that the number of people who could have mana inside their body shouldn't be that many. And during her ti in the university in the past few months, she basically didn't find anyone else aside from Samuel, Alia's older brother.
Just as Riya was about to continue descending, a shrill scream broke through the silent.
"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"
"What's that?" Alia was stunned. She was about to jump down but thankfully, she hadn't started her movent yet or she might end up falling.
Ruby walked to the window at the corridor and looked out. Her body stiffened as she looked at the scene outside in disbelief.
"What… what's that?"
With Ruby's question, Alia and Riya also went to the window. Naturally, Alia went to the sa window as Ruby while Riya went to the window on the third floor.
Outside the window, the ruins still looked the sa as before. But when they focused their attention to the field beside the dormitory, they could find that there was soone who was running away and sothing was chasing behind this person.
This animal looked like a dog or even a wolf. However, there was so black and grey fla coating on the animal's body. It looked really scary and the movents were really fast.
Within a second, the student that was running away was caught and then torn apart.
Screech!
The sight of flesh tearing and the scream of these students could be seen and heard very clearly. They felt as if sothing was shot straight to their heart, full of pain.
"This…"
"Get back inside, now." Alia was trembling, but she also knew that they would be safer inside their dormitory. Even if it was only a bit and even if the building had a chance of being destroyed…
It would be better rather than coming out to face those unknown animals on their own.
"Yes." Ruby was trembling and quickly followed Alia.
"Riya, you co too!"
At this mont, Riya was looking at the scene in front of her and felt her blood turned cold. Her eyes were sharp and her hand was ready to cast a spell at any mont.

It was a magic beast.
To be exact, it was an unranked magic beast, the bottom ranking of a magic beast, but it was more than enough to cause trouble for them. Because these magic beasts had already absorbed mana into their body and the mana caused their body to beco stronger.
So of the higher ranked magic beasts would be able to use magic and fought head on with the magician and warriors.
The question is…
Why are these magic beasts here?
Riya took a deep breath.
For a mont, she thought that she was back to that cold and dangerous world. The world where everything is decided by strength and those who didn't have enough strength couldn't even do anything but to bow down and resign to fate.
Because even if they were unwilling in their heart, without any ability, their ending would only be death.
But this is not that world.
This is still her world.
"Riya?"
Hearing the call from Alia, Riya forcefully cald herself down. She knew that this was not the ti for her to go there to check on these 'magic beasts' nor thinking where they actually ca from.
Because no matter where they truly ca from, the most important thing for them right now was to keep in safety.
Riya was confident that she could defeat these magic beasts on her own.
But how about the others?
"I'm coming," Riya replied and then went back to the stairs. With an agile movent, she climbed back up and saw Alia looking in her direction.
"I think you'll fare better if you were to learn under my brother," Alia muttered with a forced smile. She was trying hard not to think about those things outside.
"Let's go inside first." Riya shook her head.
Only she knew very well that if she were to learn the warrior's thod, she would never be able to advance.
