After receiving a large batch of shadow creature's corpses from Riya, she had been busy doing her research and trying to extract the mana. Because she found out that the dark elent mana seed to be easier to 'see' compared to other.

Ruby sighed deeply and really wanted to make more investigation for these magic beasts and mana. She felt that the appearance of magic beasts had gradually lead her research ashtray.

'For now, this is good enough.' Ruby submitted the research report in her hand happily. If the higher ups were wiling to invest more resources for her, then she would be able to do more research and didn't have to go to Riya.

Ruby felt that she was really lucky to be able to et with good friends.

As Ruby happily cleaned up her table, Professor Brown ca inside.
"Ruby did you succeed?" Professor Brown was delighted when he saw Ruby's bright smile.
"Yes." Ruby nodded. "I have submitted the report and now waiting for verification. I'm sure that if this thod succeed, it might be able to be used for other elent."
"Good, good." Professor Brown is happy for his student.
He did help in her research but the one who did it was mostly Ruby and Professor brown almost didn't do anything. But being able to satisfy his curiosity was more than enough for Professor Dit.
The achievent belonged to his student and he would not be greedy to take her glory.
"When the result co out, we could apply to ask for a batch of other elent magic beasts," Professor Brown said with pleased look.
If they truly succeed, they might be able to do more experint. And for Professor Brown, this was the best news ever.
Ruby's eyes also shone when she heard that.
She wanted to do more research!

Let's finish this one first. Otherwise, it would be impossible even if she requested to the higher ups for more materials. They would tell her not to chew more than what she could bite.
