"Not bad." Riya nodded when she saw them. If she was asked to guide them, Riya had to say that she couldn't do it, though.

If there was any new magic beast, she could try to introduce it to them.

"Sam, you still haven't answered my question." Stephen continued to pester Samuel as they walked along the tunnel.
Samuel sighed in his heart.
The two of them have known each other ever since they were young, which made them barely had any restrain when talking with each other. Even after the world changed, Stephen remained the sa.

"Riya is very strong, so you don't have to worry about them," Sean couldn't help it and interjected from the back.
He felt that Stephen will never stop speaking otherwise.
"Really?" Stephen looked skeptical but he accepted Samuel's explanation.
Anyway, his friend didn't usually cheat him.

On the other hand, Sophia's eyes flashed with understanding. She knew very well that Riya had so secrets. It seed that she was really strong.

Ruby was waiting outside patiently, looking at the few roaming magic beasts that was killed by the soldiers guarding them. These researchers were considered as important asset of the continent, so the soldiers would try their best to protect them.

Normally, more magic beasts would appear because they were attracted by the gunshots sound.
But there were only a few magic beasts around them.
"City A didn't have many magic beasts?" Ruby muttered under her breath. Was it because there were indeed fewer magic beasts here or…

Sean walked out of the crack and waved to the others. "My brother said that you can start entering the crack. The magic beasts in the area has been cleaned up and they piled up the corpses for you to study near the entrance."

The researchers were delighted when they heard this and quickly rushed forward with so impatience.
This was especially true for the professor who taught Ruby and also Professor Dit with his two assistants.
