The group went out quickly.
Mo was following behind the car and his speed easily matched the car. He kept on looking in Riya's direction to make sure that he was doing what she wanted him to do.
Riya only nodded occasionally and most of the tis, she ignored the white tiger.
Her consciousness was half in the space because she was checking the resources that she has inside. Most of the ordinary food such as the at, eggs, and milk from the early days will be useless soon.
At least, it would be useless for her.
Because these barely contain mana and even in the outside world, it would not worth that much.
Perhaps, she should go to other base and try to trade it?
After all, the crack was basically connected to the cracks in other cities. As long as she could travel far enough, she would be able to reach other bases.
As for why not in City A Base…
Riya felt that City A Base was already very abundant in resources. With Samuel here, the food would only beco better and better. Moreover, the food that Samuel had would usually contain more mana.
These magic beasts' at after purification, especially high ranked ones, contained much more mana.
It would be beneficial for human's body.
But these few things in her space…
They could only be said to be things that didn't contain any mana. It was only after these animals lived in her place for a while that their produce started to contain mana, but it was still very weak.
So Riya wanted to toss out the things that didn't contain mana first.
These might not worth much for her, but it would be useful for people in other bases who were struggling to get sothing to eat.
Rather than wasting them, selling them at low price in City B Base should be good, right?
'But I need to make proper planning for this…'
Riya thought in her mind along the journey to the crack.
…
It didn't take long for them to reach the crack.
When Riya saw this crack, she knew that this was located near City A Base but it was far away from the other two bases in City A. It seed that Mr. Zan wanted to make sure that they would not have much interactions with the people from the other two bases.
After all, those people might co and disturb them if they were too close.
I would be better to stay further away.
"I want to set up a small base around the crack here," Mr. Zan said and he looked at Samuel. "You will go inside and prepare the area."
Prepare the area as in cleaning up the magic beasts.
"Ok." Samuel motioned for the others to follow him and fight these magic beasts first. "I'll send soone to inform you after I'm done."
"Good."
Their group entered the crack, including Stephen and Sophia.
In total, there were seven people who ca into the crack as Joan didn't co while Ruben would take so ti. Otherwise, there would be 9 people instead of only 7 people.
"Watch out."
Swish! Slash!
The mont they entered the crack, a magic beast ca out and Samuel swung his sword, cutting the magic beast in two instantly.
"What? So fast!" Alia was stunned.
She thought that they would only see the magic beasts after they fully entered the crack, but his magic beasts…. Did it appear out of nowhere?
Looking at the layer in front of them, they were all sowhat fascinated.
After all, none of them aside from Samuel and Riya, had dared to go down and take a look at these crack. What if they couldn't co out again?
No one wanted to put their lives on the line needlessly.
"This is the layer that separated the crack's world and the outside world," Samuel said as he looked at the layer in front of him. "You don't have to worry and just walk inside. But at the sa ti, you have to be careful about magic beasts appearing when you walked in."
"Yes!"
With that, Samuel lead them to enter and they could see faint blood mark on the ground.
The cave was really strange.
There didn't seem to be any lighting source, but they could still see their surroundings relatively clearly. This was as if the entire place had invisible light sources or these wall themselves were actually light source.
They didn't know.
And it was up to the expert to investigate this matter.
"Hmm?" Riya looked up and narrowed her eyes.
She could feel the dark elent.
And there were not many magic beasts that contained dark elent.
Swish!
Rushing to the front, Riya raised her hand and light elental shield enveloped her before a shadow clashed with it.
Peng!
"Shadow creature." Samuel saw it and frowned.
Shadow creature were magic beasts who mastered the power of darkness. They could blend into the shadow and used the dark elent. Their movents were leaning towards assassins, but there were also those who were leaning more towards mages. As for the warrior type… they were usually very weak.
And the main reason why they were called as shadow legion was because these shadow creatures were usually controlled by a lich.
"What shadow creature?" The others were confused.
Samuel didn't reply and dashed forward, his sword struck to the magic beast right when it was about to blend into the darkness once more.
Slash!
Rank 3 dark elent magic beasts was weak in front of Samuel and Riya.
"They cooperated well." Alia's eyes lit up.
She didn't expect to be able to see such a good cooperation between Riya and her older brother.
But the others didn't pay attention to that.
"What's shadow creature?" Arnold asked.
"It's not shadow creature," Riya said almost at the sa ti as Arnold spoke out.
Samuel was looking at the dark elent magic beast and saw that it had died and didn't resurrect. He nodded.
Riya is right.
