"Another promise?" Riya looked at Samuel blankly and then shrugged. "It's fine. To be honest, I would rather ask for so weapon blueprint from the nation if they're willing to give it."
"Weapon blueprint?" Samuel was stunned when he heard that. He knew very well that despite so people owning hot weapons, their number was limited in their nation. After all, the higher ups didn't want to cause so much chaos.
