After that, they encountered a few groups of magic beasts while cleaning up the roads. Of course, they would not bother with the road that could still be passable even if there were so debris on the road.

When she saw Sean and Alia competed against each other, Joan would stay on the back and reserve her strength. If Sean was in trouble, she would step forward and helped him as much as possible.
"She's pretty strong," Sean replied.
Thinking about the runes that Riya showed before, Sean felt that Riya should be pretty strong. Otherwise, there was no way that Samuel would bring her out with him.
But Samuel's strength was not that weak either.
He should have enough confidence to protect Riya.
"Really?" Joan asked in disbelief. After so training, she had built up so muscles but Riya still looked petite and thin. It was hard to believe that such a young girl would be a rank 1 magic warrior too.
"It should be?" Sean said again, his tone was a bit unsure.
When Joan heard what her boyfriend said, she rolled her eyes. "Forget it. Just stay here and ditate. You're one number below your sister."
"Ah! Damn it! I have to recover quickly." When Alia was ntioned, Sean thought about their competition and chose to recover his mana quickly.
He didn't want to be left behind by her.
Joan's lips curled up in amusent and she looked at Arnold. Seeing him signaling her to rest too, she also quickly ditated.
In this way, Arnold was the one keeping guard along with a few more people under Samuel. They were guarding the truck that carried the magic beasts' blood. The truck has been sealed so that the sll would not attract more magic beasts but just in case, they were still vigilant.
Arnold also heard the conversation between the two people and looked at Riya's back.
His profession was different from them and when he saw Riya, his instinct told him that this person was dangerous. He was sure that Samuel also sensed it, but he was still staying close to Riya, so it ant that she was not dangerous to them.
Even though Arnold was not sure about Riya's ability, he believed she could protect herself and would not drag them down.
