"Hey Riya, do you know which one is better: the water from the natural sources in the world or the one transford from the magic core?" Alia suddenly asked.
RIya heard this and arched her eyebrows. "Why do you ask?"
"Because brother said that this magic core will be prioritized for us to use instead of the people outside, so I figured out that this should be sowhat better. But I can't really understand how it's better than ordinary water," Alia replied.
The test result ca that it was water.
Well, not exactly pure h2o but the mix within it was the components that was usually found in ordinary water they drank.
So Alia was a bit curious about how this water was better.
"It's because of the chemical processing," Riya replied. "The water you drank usually contain so part of the chemical mixed in and the water from the magic core will instead contain a trace of mana. While the amount is not much, long term consumption can still help you to sense mana. It's more effective for children, though."
In that world, Riya was also curious why the people in big families would rather drink water from lower ranked magic cores. Only the people who were not mages would be willing to drink water that they dug out from the ground.
And then she found out that long tern consumption would allow their body to adapt to mana in advance.

Riya could guess what Alia was thinking and felt amused. "It wouldn't have much use for you, l."

"If you want one that's useful for you, you should take the resources from higher level magic core."
The problem was, higher ranked magic cores were also useful for many other things and only rank 1 magic core was a bit tasteless for many people.
