Alia waited until her brother had left. At this ti, she was already on the second floor and showed the guest room to Riya.
"My room is right beside this room, so if you have anything you need, you can co to my room," Alia said.
"Ok." RIya nodded.
"Do you want to tag along and watch the negotiation between my brother and the Carson Family?" Alia suddenly asked.
Riya looked at Alia suspiciously. "Doesn't your brother ask to co to my room so that I won't follow?"
"Nah, I don't think so. Co on, I don't understand these things either and will only be there to watch the show." Alia pulled Riya's hand with a mischievous grin on her face.
Riya: "…"
She had the feeling that the main reason why Samuel kept on punishing Alia was because this girl was the one who kept on provoking trouble. But at the sa ti, she had no malicious thoughts and mostly mischievous.
"Fine, I'll put my bag first," Riya said helplessly and then put her bag down. There were not many things inside her bag as most of the things were inside her world. Her storage space scroll was in the backpack, though. But without her mana signature, no one else would be able to open it.
"Yes!" Alia jumped excitedly and then dragged Riya down.
The butler who wanted to help cleaning up the table nodded at the two of them when he saw them coming down and then left the mansion.
Riya's eyes landed on the butler for a mont as a light flashed within her eyes. It seed that Samuel was cultivating many people around him to beco magic warrior. Even the butler was already a rank 1 magic warrior.
Drap! Drap! Drap!
Sophia was standing outside her family's mansion. When she saw Riya and Alia coming, she had the look of 'as expected.'
"As I thought, you'll bring Riya along."
"Of course. I want to watch the fun." Alia grinned. "Last ti when Brother rebuked the military people, I was not present. So this ti, I want to watch the fun with all of you."
Riya and Sophia both looked at Alia with their side eyes.
They were certain that the main reason why Alia brought them along was so that they would be punished together. In this way, Alia didn't have to suffer alone.
"W-what?" Seeing the unfriendly gaze of her two friends, Alia suddenly felt chills.
Sophia and Riya looked at each other and confird from the other party's look that if there were any trouble, they would push Alia out. Anyway, the one who proposed this was Alia.
"There's the backdoor. I'll bring you there," Sophia said.
"Ok."
The three girls walked inside through the backdoor and instantly heard the voice of Samuel and the Carson Family elders. It seed that they were engaged in fierce discussion.
"You sure have a big appetite, young man. What makes you think that we're willing to hand over the rest of the resources our family had out there?" An aged voice spoke out, his voice contained anger and annoyance, yet there was also a hint of despair.
Because they were very clear that it was not so easy to take back those resources. Moreover, many buildings had collapsed and the remaining facilities that could still protect the dicine out there was limited.
"Because I don't think you have any other choice, Old Master Carson," Samuel's voice could be heard. His tone was extrely calm and composed as he continued, "Besides, I'm not here to negotiate but more like to give you notice. Your mansion is the biggest and the other two families will co here soon."
"You…"
"It's fine."
"But…."
"Young man, do you want to use pressure for all of us?" Old Master Carson spoke out again, his voice sounded grave.
"The Carson Family specialize in dicine and to store the dicine, it needed specific facilities. Even if there's ergency backup but it would not last for such a long ti without the electricity recover." Samuel was calm. "When you can get there on your own, I think the dicine would have long been destroyed."
Old Master Carson was silent.
At this ti, the three girls silently climbed up the stairs on the back and then looked from the second floor. They stood behind the table so that their figure couldn't be seen clearly and they could only see the situation below faintly.
Riya silently used magic runes on herself again to let her able to see the situation below better.
The two parties were all sitting against each other and Samuel's posture was very relaxed. On the other hand, the Carson Family looked uneasy.
'It seems that Samuel had the advantage.'
At this mont, Riya was thinking about the military forces that supported Samuel. She guessed that there were not only military behind Samuel but also the people whom he had cultivated to beco magic warrior rank 1.
Even if rank 1 was not that strong, but it was far stronger than ordinary humans. Not to ntion, various spells that they could use at rank 1, albeit simple, but it could turn the tide in battle if used properly.
Of course, if their enemy was Riya, none of them would survive.

Bringing the family back?
Alia looked at Sophia who nodded faintly. When the soldiers ca to pick them up, they had inford her father about this matter and her father had no other choice but to agree. Because they were surrounded by those magic beasts and without the military, they might not be able to co out.
So even though the Carson Family would be at disadvantage, they still chose to take this option.
Because compared to those resources, being able to stay alive is more important.
