Retracting his gaze from the space around him, Pena stepped forward and finally erged from outside the passage.
He saw the scene that Riya saw before.
Magic beasts were fighting against each other in the distance. Either it was the strange rank 10 magic beast or the magic beasts under Murin's control, it seed as if there was an internal conflict between the magic beasts.
Not that Pena would be surprised if these magic beasts were to have an internal conflict, though.
And on the other side, Pena could see a spacious area without any magic beasts and only a few people standing.
No, it was not like there were no magic beasts.
There were two extre.
One side was filled with corpses of magic beasts that had fallen to the ground and their blood seeped out to form a pool of blood. Pena couldn't even count how many broken limbs and organs parts had spilled out of these magic beasts' bodies.
It was such a gory sight that most people wouldn't be able to withstand.
But for these people who have been tempered by the continuous battles that the Green Planet's Consciousness arranged, it was nothing much.
Even the nausea that should have surged up due to psychological reaction didn't exist.
And the other side was an extre one because there were no sight of magic beasts in the slightest bit.
It was very clean.
So clean that even the ground seed flattered and sowhat black in color.
Black.
Ah…
Pena understood that it must be dark elent that was used in that place. There was another returnee who used dark elent too, but Pena couldn't rember the other party because he didn't think that the other person was important.
Why should he rember unimportant people?
His brain is too valuable for that.
After glancing once, Pena looked at the other magic beasts around him that seed to sense his arrival and started to roar in anger.
*roar* *roar*
From the mont the Green Planet's Consciousness sent them all out, these magic beasts have been dissatisfied. They wanted to rush into the passage as soon as possible and tear apart anyone who dared to stop them, but there was no chance for them to do so.
The passage didn't allow any enetnrace.
And those that had reached rank 7 keenly sensed that the passage was disintegrating, so they didn't dare to step in.
While rank 7 magic beast still has limited IQ, but it was already much better.
It was only on the Green Planet that these magic beasts were suppressed by the Green Planet's Consciousness that they would beco dumber and easier to solve.
At the very least, the magic beasts on the Green Planet usually only used simple attacks and would not cause too much trouble.
Because the Green Planet's Consciousness knew that if they had to really face the powerful magic beasts, none of them could truly resist. Even the returnees who had spent four years in another world couldn't do.
They might have experience fighting against powerful magic beasts up to rank 6.
But they had only reached rank 7 when the ti was up.
And this was basically the highest rank that they could possibly achieve within such a short period of ti.
The Green Planet's Consciousness couldn't possibly expect them to reach higher rank in such limited ti. It knew very well that if it wanted them to grow much stronger, they had to be sent earlier or given more ti.
But it's impossible.
The Green Planet's Consciousness couldn't pay up such a large amount of resources.
For the Green Planet's Consciousness to be able to send them for four years also ant that it had paid a lot of resources and so on.
These were the secret conversation between planets' consciousness that humans were not qualified to know.
Even if any of them asked, the Green Planet's Consciousness would never tell them the truth.
Only the fact that the Green Planet's Consciousness had made an agreent would be known.
The content of the agreent?
It's a secret.
When fighting against the magic beasts on the Green Planet, these returnees should have long realized that these magic beasts were suppressed. Their IQ and fighting style was not that good and it seed that there was sothing that stopped them from reaching their full potential.
But even if they were to know that, they would not do anything.
Because this change is to their advantage and they would be stupid if they didn't take this chance to get stronger quickly.
The resources from the magic beasts were still very valuable.
Pena also noticed it.
He knew that the magic beasts here should be stronger than the ones he had faced on the Green Planet.
But so what?
He will be fine.
*rumble*
As Pena was about to make a move, he noticed that the passage behind him was slowly disintegrating.
And from the other passage not far from him, another figure erged.
But Pena had no ti to care about it because the magic beast had already pounced towards him.
Pena snorted and waved his hand.
Bang!
A large skeleton stood in front of him, blocking the attack.
"Kill them all," Pena gave the order and countless skeletons ca out, rushing towards these magic beasts without hesitation.
…
"Hmm?" Riya sensed the strong mana fluctuation and saw Pena coming out.
She had never seen Pena before and only heard about him from Mr. Jones and the others. They made sure that Riya would be able to know the other returnees who ca back from the other world so that she would not make any mistake when seeing them.
Or at the very least…
She would not be completely clueless if she had to fight against these returnees.
"Pena the necromancer," Samuel said with a faint smile. "He's quite strong."
