Because of that, he felt that there would not be any problem at all with him ignoring their presence and focused mostly on what he wanted to do. No one could disturb him and Murin was delighted with it.

The reality of the world destruction was a big wake up call for him.
Murin had never imagined that the so called destruction was not that the entire land was razed by the magic beasts but because the entire planet itself was destroyed. The space distortion basically made it so that nothing would remain from Afirer Kingdom.
In this way, it was a true complete destruction.
Murin's plan fell through once more.

Why can't he achieve his dream and live in a world where he didn't have to interact with other people and only stayed with the magic beasts?

At this mont, Pena was still fighting fiercely with the light elent magic beast that ca out of the passage. His condition was not very good and the island where he stayed had been destroyed by half.
Even now, the magic beasts had to fight in muddy water that seed like swamp.

But Murin didn't care about Pena.

The magic beasts roared and Pena, who had just killed the rank 10 light elent magic beats, frowned. He turned his head and his eyes turned cold when he saw a flying magic beast coming closer.
Moreover, the man on the back of the magic beast was a familiar face.
