Chapter 1272: Chapter 1272: [Special Episode] The Wedding (Part 7)
Betty glanced at the cup in his hand, not about to fall for it.
Just by looking at this guy’s face, she could tell the alcohol wasn’t genuine.
“Maybe another day, I’m not in the mood for drinking today.”
“Hey!” A girl leaning on the boy surveyed Betty arrogantly, “Who do you think you are? You dare refuse a drink from Tommy?”
“Exactly, bringing you here is a privilege…”
…
Everyone imdiately started talking at once.
“Shut up!” Tommy silenced them, smiling as he approached Betty, “What do you know, she’s our Little Princess, today she’s my VIP guest. Betty, don’t be angry!”
He raised an arm to encircle her neck, bringing the wine glass to her.
“As long as you drink this, I’ll send you back right away.”
Lifting her hand to take the glass, Betty swung it, splashing the drink onto Tommy’s face.
“No one’s dared force before!”
“You bitch!”
Tommy cursed angrily.
The people around didn’t know her identity, watching her strike Tommy, they quickly surged forward.
“Grab her.”
“Catch this little wench!”
…
Betty saw things were turning bad, kicked away one boy rushing at her, and turned to run towards the door.
Just as she reached the door, two black-clad bodyguards stepped up, blocking her way.
Tommy’s family was rich; his mother was of noble descent, and his father a banker, acting arrogantly in F Country. The bodyguards had helped with such things for him countless tis.
Those who obeyed were fine.
Those who didn’t were forced to drink and brought back. Once they drank hallucinogenic drugs, they’d comply willingly, and then… he’d do as he pleased… After it’s over, he’d play with those he liked for days or toss away those he didn’t, never causing any trouble.
Relying on family connections, Tommy, ignorant and arrogant, hadn’t considered this Little Princess might defy him.
Betty punched one guard back but was caught by another. Just as she prepared to retaliate, the crowd of young people had already rushed over, blocking her way.
“No ssing around!” Tommy ca forward from the crowd, holding the cup to her lips, “Drink it, and today’s issue will be over. Otherwise… my Little Princess, don’t bla for what happens.”
“Tommy!” Betty sneered coldly, “There’s still ti for you to back off now. Otherwise… after tomorrow, you’ll regret it for life.”
Tommy grinned wickedly, “Tonight, you’ll fall for !”
Betty squinted her eyes, suddenly making a move, grabbing his wrist, twisting it, then grasping his throat.
The drink fell to the ground, and Tommy frantically grabbed at her hand.
“You little brat, you… don’t worry… cough…”
“Everyone get lost!” Betty lifted her face, coldly cursing, “Or I’ll snap his neck right now.”
Before, she spared him so dignity mainly because he was a descendant of F Country’s nobility, not wanting to make things too awkward. But if he overstepped, she’d show no rcy.
Seeing her grim face, everyone hesitated and stepped back; even the guards holding guns dared not act recklessly.
“Don’t… don’t shoot!”
Tommy knew this couldn’t escalate too much, and imdiately pleaded with Betty, “Betty, I’m begging you, I… I was just joking with you… I’ll… I’ll send you back now…”
The engine roared!
