Stella Grant glanced at Elias Spencer again; seeing that he still hadn’t spoken, she didn’t dare say anything either, but her curiosity grew.

Elias Spencer silently lit a cigarette, turned his head to look at Sumr Nolan, took a deep inhale of the smoke between his fingers, and exhaled a cloud of it. Many won surrounded him, but in terms of intelligence and wisdom, Sumr Nolan was undoubtedly the smartest.

This Stella Grant couldn’t even compare to her.

Stella suddenly noticed the way he looked at that woman. With a woman’s intuitive sensitivity, it seed like he liked that Sumr Nolan!

Otherwise, why would he indulge her in doing such things?

Moreover, the victim was a law firm partner, not just an ordinary employee!

Suddenly, she felt a tinge of hostility towards Sumr Nolan—

Raymond Dawson was shaken awake by Sumr, opened his bleary eyes, looked at her for a mont before rembering tonight’s plan; where was Iris Lynn?

Did she drug Sumr?

"Director Dawson, co, let toast to you..." Sumr said, thrusting a glass into his hand.

"I’m already muddled from drinking, co on, have a drink."

He sat up with difficulty, took the glass, and finished the drink inside without realizing that Sumr was planning to use the sa trick against him and Iris tonight!

He thought Sumr and Elias Spencer wouldn’t turn against him so quickly.

Seeing that he’d drunk the wine, Sumr’s lips curled slightly, taking her glass back to her seat. It’s fortunate she arrived late and had barely drunk anything before resolving the situation with these two.

Little did she know, it was Elias who had already drunk quite a bit, getting him drunk, otherwise it wouldn’t have been so smooth, as Raymond Dawson was much more cunning than Iris Lynn.

If he were sober, how could it be so easy to handle?

"Director Dawson, you’ve had too much to drink, shall I take you ho?" Sumr asked.

"No need, let Iris take back; where is she?" He looked around the room, his vision so blurry that he couldn’t distinguish anyone.

"Assistant Lynn went to the restroom and should be back soon." Just as she finished speaking, the door to the private room opened, and Iris Lynn, her face as red as a monkey’s bottom, staggered in.

Suddenly she tripped over sothing, fell to the ground with a muffled groan, "Ugh..."

She had felt hot and feverish in the bathroom, her body burning as if on fire, and her head dizzy and light; why was she like this?

She had put an especially strong dose for Sumr, not expecting to drink that glass herself...

Seeing her fall, Sumr’s lips curled as she imdiately called her assistant, "Chloe Chase, go help her up, Assistant Lynn must be drunk; co on, let’s take her ho."

"Yes." Her assistant promptly responded, got up, and helped Iris Lynn.

Sumr turned to glance at Elias Spencer, stood up from the sofa, and went over to help Iris Lynn, taking her out of the private room.

She had already prepared a hotel room and installed caras inside—tonight, she would have free entertainnt to watch.

Raymond Dawson felt sothing was amiss about Sumr’s altruism in taking Iris ho, but he was too dazed to pinpoint the problem.

Why bother? Even if Sumr was intending revenge on that woman, it had nothing to do with him!

He couldn’t help but turn to Elias Spencer—when did that guy sober up?

Right, Sumr was gone, so how could he sche against her and Elias?

It was all Iris Lynn’s fault. She seed vicious, but she was so stupid when it mattered! Tonight’s plan was ruined—

Raymond let out a low snort, suddenly feeling a bit hot; his already dizzy head felt even more so now. He raised a hand to massage his forehead.

Better go ho and rest.

He braced himself on his knees and struggled to stand up, his body wobbling uncontrollably, almost smashing his head onto the table!

Elias quickly got up to steady him, "Careful, Director Dawson."

"Thank you, I’m fine." Raymond Dawson was startled, smiling, "Really shows my age, getting this drunk from a little wine. Attorney Spencer, you carry on; I’ll head back first."

"I’ll see you off; I’m heading back too," Elias offered ’kindly’, helping him towards the door as Stella Grant quickly stood up to follow.

Raymond Dawson felt uncomfortable with such kindness from this man; why was he suddenly so caring? Could there be a trap?

"No need, I can go back myself. Attorney Spencer, don’t trouble yourself," he said, still sowhat rational, to Elias.

"Look at you; you can’t even walk straight. How can you manage on your own? We’ve worked together for years; surely, you trust ? Co on, let’s go."

Elias took hold of his arm and guided him out.

Outside the club, he directly helped this old fox into his car.

When Stella was about to get in too, Elias told her, "You take a cab ho; Director Dawson’s place is far. No need to follow."

"It’s fine; we don’t have work tomorrow," she replied quickly.

"Drive," Elias instructed the driver firmly, reluctant to explain a second ti.

The bodyguard started the car and drove off, leaving Stella shocked and standing there. This man had absolutely no sense of tenderness? He just left like that?!

"Hilton Hotel," Elias told the bodyguard where to go, and Raymond Dawson heard this, forcing himself to stay conscious.

"Aren’t you taking ho, Attorney Spencer? Why the hotel?"

"It’s closer to the hotel. If you’re dizzy, take a nap. I’ll wake you up once we get there." Turning to look at the older man, Elias spoke sternly.

"What are you really trying to do?" Raymond asked angrily.

"I’m just kindly taking you to a hotel, what else?"

"You’re being this kind? Stop the car, I want to get off..." Raymond said coldly, patting the door.

Elias turned and glanced at him impatiently, saying nothing. Hadn’t he used enough of the drug? How was this old guy still conscious?

Infuriated, Raymond continued to lean against the seat, drifting in and out, occasionally tugging at his shirt collar, feeling hotter and more uncomfortable by the mont.

After more than ten minutes, the bodyguard helped the unconscious old man upstairs, knocking on the door, "Knock knock—"

"Click." The door opened from inside, and Sumr looked at them, then opened it wide.

The bodyguard tossed him onto the large bed, where another woman lay, and left without asking further questions, standing guard in the corridor.

"How do you plan to expose them?" Elias asked her.

"Let the dia co in the morning. By then, even if he tries to deny it, it won’t be possible. Though he’s not that famous, he’s still a partner at the country’s biggest law firm—and he’s married, with a son in his twenties.

Now, having checked into a hotel with his assistant, it’s enough to ruin his reputation.

I heard his wife is extrely domineering and fierce; she’ll definitely make a scene then," Sumr said with arms crossed and a smile—this was just the appetizer of the sche.

Elias had always suspected she was working with Raymond Dawson, but now, seeing her rciless thods towards the old fox, he believed her at last.

Raymond Dawson had always wanted to drive him out of the firm, yet he never tried to get rid of her. Why was she targeting Raymond Dawson like this?

He truly couldn’t comprehend.
