Two days later, at noon.

As soon as Sumr Nolan stepped out of the financial building, she was called by Raymond Dawson waiting there. She walked over and asked with a slightly elevated tone:

"Is there sothing you need, Director Dawson?"

"Let’s have a al together. I have so work-related matters to discuss with you privately." As he spoke, he waved to Renowned Attorney Spencer a few steps away and smiled.

In fact, he was worried that Sumr Nolan and Elias Spencer were spending too much ti alone together and might lead her astray, so he intentionally asked her out.

Elias Spencer pretended to nod at him slightly and gave a deep look at that woman before driving away.

"How is your cooperation with Attorney Nolan going these days?" Raymond Dawson probed.

"We haven’t talked much, each doing our own work. Even if we can’t see eye to eye, the necessary work still needs to be completed quickly." Sumr Nolan knew he was trying to find out how she and Elias Spencer were getting along.

"It’s good that Attorney Nolan thinks this way." Raymond Dawson felt relieved hearing her say this.

In another restaurant.

Elias Spencer was having a al with his close friend.

"You said Sumr Nolan and the old fox are having a al together? When those two get together, it never seems to lead to anything good." Julian Rivers comnted.

"Hmm."

Elias Spencer picked up his glass and took a sip, able to guess what they might be discussing, but remained calm. If she really colluded with the old fox, he wouldn’t spare her.

"You aren’t emotionally involved with her anymore, right?" Julian Rivers asked, sensing so ambiguity between them last night.

Elias Spencer lifted his gaze to glance at his friend, "She doesn’t like your type. She’s just playing with you, and she’s not suitable for you."

"Who says she’s not suitable for ? My kind and her domineering type are a perfect match! I wouldn’t fight with her or argue with her every day." He raised an eyebrow, intentionally teasing.

Elias Spencer adjusted his glasses and dealt a blow with just one sentence, "She’s not interested in competing with soone who’s stupid."

Julian Rivers glared at the man opposite him, gnashing his teeth. Where was he stupid? Couldn’t this man keep his mouth from spewing venom sotis?

"Hmph, she wants a man to date, not a workplace rival." Julian Rivers took a bite of food, snorting coldly.

Elias Spencer leaned against the back of the sofa, crossing his long legs, and spoke again with indifference, "She’s proud and ambitious, and dismisses anyone less capable than she is."

"What exactly do you an?" he asked, frowning.

"Just don’t want you to beco her plaything, consider it a friendly warning." Elias Spencer raised an eyebrow, his face full of sincerity.

anwhile, having finished lunch with Director Dawson, Sumr Nolan was about to leave when suddenly she spotted two familiar faces entering—

It was Lily Dunn and Mrs. Vaughn.

Those two won also imdiately noticed her, their faces instantly becoming arrogant and sullen.

"Isn’t it Attorney Nolan? What’s wrong, couldn’t find a job and ca to beg Director Dawson upstairs?" Lily Dunn asked mockingly, then imdiately turned to speak to the man nad Dawson:

"Director Dawson, you better watch out. Attorney Nolan is very cunning. Be careful you don’t hire a wolf in sheep’s clothing and not even know how you ended up dead!"

Sumr Nolan crossed her legs and leaned back on the sofa, smiling at her words—

Raymond Dawson knew she was deliberately sowing discord, and his tone beca sowhat serious,

"Attorney Dunn, you should mind your own business. Right now, Attorney Nolan has not only joined Trisight but is also a senior partner at my firm."

Sumr Nolan smiled, calmly took out her phone, publicly played a recording, and turned it up to the maximum, imdiately causing an onslaught of indecent male and female voices to pour out!
