'Can he be trusted? Is it true that going to look for that artifact can get the MP crystal?' Aaron said, still looking at Elvan intently.

Aaron glanced to the side, looking at Isabella and Liel's faces in turn. Isabella didn't show any response, but it was different with Liel.

The woman was afraid of losing him. The choice she gave to Aaron was to refuse Elvan's 'crazy' wish.

"Those hidden artifacts might be really tempting, but the stakes are high. If you're not careful, both of you could die," Liel said.

Elvan looked over, then nodded in agreent with Liel. In his experience, the number of monsters wandering around when the raid was over was much higher. That could be a consideration for being more careful.

"I understand that. You don't have to worry."

"You haven't answered my other question," Aaron said.

"About why I choose you over the others? Because you have a servant."

"Servant? What do servants have to do with exploring for hidden artifacts?" asked Aaron, confused.

Just as Elvan was about to answer, Alisha interrupted Elvan's speech and explained the man's point to Aaron.

Alisha made it clear that the other uses of servants were for a mage, one of which was for recon.

"Servants are different from humans. Even if he dies, he will be revived after a deactivated mont. So, as long as the master has enough MP, they will stay alive forever," Elvan explained.

"How many servants do you have?"

"Two."

"We'll use those two servants to scout the location of the Dark Pillar. Do you think the artifact is kept in a labyrinth? Of course not."

"They have their own neighborhood, different from humans. That's where they usually keep valuable items for years," Elvan replied.

Although he didn't know if Aaron would go with him yet, but he would gladly explain his strategy. He said he would go find the end of the labyrinth, where monsters used to enter and kill humans.

"I call it Hell's Door because cruel and vile monsters co out from there. Once we find the door, we'll search their village and take all the artifacts," Elvan said.

"Does it an you're asking to steal into their lair? You've gone mad, Elvan!" complained Aaron, having not expected that he would sneak into the monsters' lair after hearing Elvan's words.

"Yeah."

"HAHAHA!"

Aaron couldn't let go of his loud laughter, to the surprise of many people, including Elvan. His mind was completely stuck with Elvan's insane plan.

Just getting into the labyrinth during the raid was already terrible. Now, he invited Aaron to go to the monsters' lair.

Isabella and Liel looked at each other, feeling puzzled by the attitude of Aaron's sudden loud laughter.

"Is it funny?" asked Elvan.

"Of course, it's funny. What lunatic would want to explore their lair and take their stuff?"

"If I need the MP Crystal, I'll wait and buy it directly on the tenth floor without risking myself for sothing instant."

"Fucking coward!" snapped Elvan.

Upset at being offended by Aaron, Elvan got up from his seat and gave the young man a sharp gaze. Aaron did the sa, utterly unafraid of Elvan's threat.

Elvan seed to emit the typical red power of the fire elent, while Aaron was the typical purple color of the dark elent.

Elvan smirked. It was the first ti he had seen the power of the dark elent.

Alisha tried to stand before them; the energy fluctuations caused by the flexing of the two powerful elents made the floor and roof of the tavern tremble.

People scattered away as they suspected an earthquake or a battle was happening.

"Stop it, both of you. Your noise is scaring people," Alisha said.

Isabella walked over to Aaron, her soft, supple hand grasping the young man's palm. Aaron glanced briefly, then began to exhale a deep breath. His heart cald down with the fading radiance of the dark magic aura.

Elvan also began to settle down. He reached out his hand to the side to pick up the artifact he had and put it back into the digital storage.

Due to his ssy mood, Elvan left the room irritably. Aaron was still inside with Isabella, Liel, and Clara.

Without having ti to enjoy the food ordered, Aaron and his group mbers decided to leave the tavern. But, it was different with Alisha, who tried to calm Elvan down.

Both of them saw Aaron and the others leaving the room earlier. Alisha walked over and stopped them, asking where they were going.

Aaron said he would go find an inn and wait until the monster raid opened.

Alisha felt a dilemma between going with them or staying by Elvan's side, the man she liked. In the end, Alisha chooses to be with Elvan rather than go with Aaron.

Aaron didn't mind it. After all, Alisha's group had disbanded after climbing to the fourth floor.

Even so, Aaron was still about to tell Alisha the na of their inn in case she wanted to visit and see her sister. Alisha said yes, thankful for Aaron's understanding.

Evening.

KNOCK!

The sound of a knock on the door was heard in Aaron's bedroom. Aaron slept alone at this ti, where Isabella and the others chose a room with a large bed for three people.

"Co inside. It's not locked," Aaron replied.

The creak of the wooden door was heard in the silence of the night. The young man looked back and saw Isabella coming in her sleeping pajamas, which were white with her favorite rose pattern.

"What's the matter? Are you having trouble sleeping?"

"I'm fine, just wanted to visit you."

Isabella stepped gracefully with the scent of perfu wafting through the room. Aaron squinted silently, realizing sothing was wrong with Isabella tonight.

Her face was flushed, her hands and feet seed to be constantly moving and could not stay still, as well as the fragrance of perfu that felt similar to the sll of roses. This appearance suddenly made Aaron wonder, as well as alert.

"I wanted to make sure you were alright. The incident at the tavern earlier was quite a shock to ," Isabella said.

"I'm fine. Thank you for your concern."

Aaron continued looking out through the inn window, seeing people begin to close their shops and head ho to rest.

Aaron actually wanted to visit one of the item shops to look at the MP Crystal items, but the need to find an inn put that on hold.

"I'm trying to think realistically. I am indeed blessed with great power, but fighting many dangerous monsters in their lairs will only bring to death," Aaron replied.

Although Aerith filled it up yesterday, the young man thought about his Additional MP capacity. He couldn't afford to squander it on sothing pointless.

There was a possibility that the MP Crystal could be obtained, but was it really on the fourth floor? What if it wasn't there? Then, how to replace the depleted MP capacity? Should Aaron kneel down to beg Aerith for her to refill his Additional MP?

The million questions made Aaron decide to decline Elvan's invitation. For him, climbing floors quickly to the tenth floor was his priority at the mont.

"I don't want to be crushed because of my greed," Aaron said.

Isabella took a deep breath, then put both hands around Aaron's neck. Aaron felt the touch of Isabella's soft hands, accompanied by her fragrant breath and the refreshing scent of roses.

"I understand. It is your decision. I will always support you wherever you go."

Aaron's heart moved calmly; the cold air from outside the window was no longer felt on his body. Now, it was replaced by the warmth Isabella gave him, even if it was just a warm embrace on the back.

"I have sothing to tell you, Aaron," Isabella said.

Aaron was silent, letting Isabella finish her words.

"I love you."

"Please don't leave ."
