That morning, Aerith and Lewis saw that Aaron had successfully ford his group. The group was called Shadow of Ruler, with a group rank of Low, and the group mbers still had 1 —Lewis alone.
Aaron nodded, stepping closer to Lewis while showing the group ID. Even so, Lewis had an individual status in the form of a guild feature. He could open that feature to make edits to the group information.
"Give the Group ID to the lady nad Bella. She will help you further," Aaron replied. Lewis nodded in understanding while opening his guild feature panel.
"You can use my money for the group's needs. Once the group is officially ford, you must think of the best way to recruit everyone," Aaron pleaded.
"About that, you don't have to worry. I already know what to do."
Hearing that statent from Lewis was enough to make Aaron feel relieved. Together with Aerith, Lewis left the guesthouse to arrive at the guild office. Since the two shared mories, Lewis could know what he should do there.
Aaron chose to rest inside the house while enjoying the serenity of the place. Thalenia was still outside, and soon, her servant ti would be over.
Thalenia's presence among the 13th squad surprised Sara and the others; the woman asked where Aaron was.
Still, Thalenia had a duty not to tell the exact location of the man's whereabouts. In her opinion, Sara and the others did not need to interfere in the problems that Aaron might cause.
It was almost nine in the morning; it was ti for Aaron to go to the Sky Sword 25th HQ building and et Eloise.
The woman had emptied her schedule at that hour just to talk to Aaron privately between them.
Aaron got up from his seat on the couch, downing the tea he'd been savoring and leaving a few cookies uneaten. The man walked away from the guest house.
Along the way to the HQ building, he t the mbers of Sky Sword 25th several tis. They were walking in different directions from each other, but their attention was centered on Aaron being among them.
Aside from the fact that Aaron was a guest of the 25th Sky Sword, he was also a stranger to the neighborhood.
He was also wearing clothes that were obviously different from the common uniform of Sky Sword mbers. At first glance, it was enough to make him the focus of attention.
From the front, Aaron saw a magnificent building that stood like a palace, with the white marble stone becoming the walls of the place giving the impression of luxury and elegance, clean and pure.
"Hey, you!" shouted one of the n, walking up to Aaron when he saw Aaron about to step near the main HQ —where Eloise and the high-ranking officials worked and lived.
"What's wrong?"
"Strangers can't enter the place without permission!" he said, Aaron didn't know who the man was.
"Leave him alone!" said another man, appearing after opening the HQ door.
Aaron and the man looked forward, seeing Aldo standing tall with a serious look on his face. He stepped down the stairs, which made the man before Aaron bow in respect. It seed that the man was not one of the top officials at Sky Sword 25th.
"He is Lady Eloise's honored guest. No one has the right to disturb him. Do you understand?" said Aldo, understood by the man who imdiately walked away from the scene.
"Forgive him for his behavior. He's overprotective."
"No problem. His attitude is good for maintaining the integrity of this place," Aaron praised, not feeling offended by the man's attitude.
Aldo took Aaron inside and soon t with Eloise. The man clearly said that Eloise was in the throne hall, and so preparations had been made just to welco Aaron's presence. Aldo said that Aaron would be surprised by what was there.
The location of the throne hall was on the top floor of the place —the fifth floor. They had to take the elevator to get there quickly. There was not a single guest waiting outside the throne hall —the eting ti was for Aaron alone.
"Who is Goro?" asked Aaron, curious.
"Goro? Have you ford your group yet?" asked Aldo.
The two were still in the elevator that led to the top floor. Aaron nodded, explaining that he had ford his group this morning with soone else leading it. Aldo agreed while explaining who Goro was.
"In a way, he's the king of the diocre group."
"King of the diocre group?"
"The adventurer groups in the Low, Interdiate, and High ranks obey him. He is the leader of his own group, the Golden Lion group," Aldo explained.
"What rank is his group?" asked Aaron, curious.
"High."
'No wonder he was able to rule over everyone in the guild office last night,' Aaron explained.
The elevator doors opened, revealing the throne hall room with firmly closed doors. Just as Aaron stepped out of the elevator, Aldo held back, spreading his arms to the sides. This surprised Aaron.
"What's wrong?"
"As long as you're forming a group and recruiting people, it's best to avoid unnecessary trouble with Goro," Aldo retorted.
"That man can make you not get mbers. He uses his influence to intimidate people," Aldo added.
"Don't be arrogant. Arrogance can bring a person down from their glory."
"I am not afraid of anyone. For those who stand in my way, I will not hesitate to kill them!" threatened Aaron, holding Aldo's hand while pushing him out of the way.
Aldo and Aaron took another step forward, exiting the elevator to arrive at the door of the throne hall. Aldo knocked lightly on the door, Eloise's soft voice calling from inside as she allowed the man behind it to enter.
The man beside Aaron nodded. He opened the door and let Aaron step inside, "She's waiting for you inside."
Aaron was silent, not responding, and acting nonchalant as he stepped past him. Arriving inside the throne hall, Eloise and Emily could be seen sitting on the floor, right on top of the soft circular cushions for their seats.
Before them, there was a long table with quite a lot of food, ranging from appetizers to main course to desserts. Everything was prepared to welco Aaron's arrival.
"Sit before us, Sir Aaron," Eloise replied, pointing to the one remaining circular cushion before the dining table.
Aaron stepped firmly on the pool bridge, his eyes focused on looking ahead toward Eloise and Emily. Arriving before the wooden table, Aaron sat cross-legged while taking in the delicious-looking food before him.
"Since we're going to have a long conversation, I thought I'd better welco you with this dish," Eloise said.
"You don't need to do this, just so wine to keep us company."
"I have it." Eloise unhesitatingly showed a bottle of the finest wine in her storage. She handed the wine bottle forward, and Aaron grasped it directly.
"Does Emily drink, too?" asked Aaron. Emily shook her head; she hadn't drunk such things before.
"Alright. Where do we start?" Eloise asked Aaron.
"What if you explain the inter-group tournant to ?" asked Aaron.
"That's a good idea. But how did you know about it?"
