Whatever was happening could be actions of pure instinct that these strange trees had, but given their Soul Realm, Tianlong Yun guessed that probably the trees thought that this was their golden chance.
The way they were running in a line towards the hole, with the big guys taking the front it appeared like more than just a simple attack, as it looked more like an attack formation.
They seed to be truly organized in their attack as in no ti they were in front of the hole. Appearing there they imdiately struck with their vines and tried to block the hole.
It seed to be a well-thought plan from them, as they first tried to block the hole, and then enter the inside of the formation and finally confront their enemies.
The disciples inside the formation were a bit surprised by all this in front of them, as it was sothing truly unexpected.
They didn't think that so weird trees like the ones in front of them weren't creatures with the ability to think and logic.
After all, these things were just trees, right!? Nothing more! Or that was how it was supposed to be, because the reality was clearly in front of them, and really different from what they thought.
Still, they didn't lose their wits, and calm, as the attacking force went forwards and tried to cut any vine that made it inside the formation and tried to keep open the hole they had created.
They couldn't allow that those trees use the trap that they had set up against them, so they imdiately reacted trying to stamp their efforts.
In no ti sword slashes and cuts started reverberating through the whole scene, as the extended vines were falling on the ground one after the other.
The problem was that as soon as they cut the vines once, they would almost imdiately regenerate, and once again reassu their positions, this ti, even more, joined the fray.
It was like they were fighting against a never-ending number of immortal vines, as the pressure on them, and their spirit started to increase.
Slowly but surely the environnt was getting darker and darker, and it looked like the light was slowly dispersing and disappearing from there.
It was truly weird because they thought that they could see a few spots of darkness move around the place, and take down light particles wherever they appeared.
Things were getting weirder and weirder by the ti, but even more and more dangerous at the sa ti too.
The number of trees and the big trees running towards the opened hole seed to be growing with each passing mont.
It seed like they had certainly overestimated themselves, and their boundaries and they had tried to chew more than what they could.
After taking down that easily those small trees they had thought that taking care of a big one wouldn't be much of a problem.
In fact, they even thought that it would like a walk in the park, and they would be able to reach their goal in a short ti.
Like that their position on top would once again get confird, and they would once again receive that strange thing that would give them a clear boost in their ntal prowess.
They were smart enough to understand that even with their strength, and cultivation realm, they were probably many tis better than the people in the sa realm as them.
If they were able to reach the maximum potential of their brains, and perhaps even improve their talent, then their futures were in the sky.
But it couldn't be said that they thought the sa thing right now, as they were watching their plan get outmaneuvered, and most probably they would end up from the hunter to the hunted.
It clearly was sothing that they would never wish to happen, yet, no one called for the formation guys to restore the hole of the formation barrier.
The thing is that even though things were looking a bit hopeless at the mont, they had the confidence, and willpower to believe that they could reverse this situation.
Finally, after less than 2 monts, a few of those small and simple trees, together with 2 big trees entered the barrier formation.

The voice ca suddenly, as it got almost everyone by surprise, but none of them doubted the voice, as they imdiately seed to follow the instructions of that voice.
Two-thirds of the guys on the attacking squads seed to have coordinated in one movent, as they cut down every single vine that was trying to keep the hole open.
The remaining one-third acted as a shield to them, and the guys on the formation barrier, and the formation itself, as they just parried the attacks away, and defended.
The guys that were the heart of the formation didn't tardy either as they used all they could to reshape the energy, and create that indestructible wall once again.
Everything happened so quickly and without a hitch, a sight that would make a lot of people think that this was already a practiced tactic.
The truth was that it was nothing more than just improvising in such a situation, and the person who had taken the initiative to scream at their team wasn't their actual leader.
In fact, that guy was taken as one of the weakest in their ranks, and everyone didn't have a high impression of him, but with what he did, he managed to reverse their terrible situation.
But now wasn't the ti to rest and think about it, as things weren't calm and easy, in fact now was the worst ti to take a rest.
There were 3 small trees, and one big tree inside the Formation now, and each one of them seed to be totally determined in killing, and destroying them
They weren't able to rest even for an instant when the big tree sent more than half of her vines towards them, planning sothing really simple, and straightforward.
The big tree was trying to attack them with everything it had in its arsenal, but its target wasn't the attacking team, but the formation team.
It seed like that thing was smart enough to understand that they were the strongest, but also the weakest link of the chain.
Still, her attacks didn't connect, as the attacking team, and the standby team imdiately intervened to help their friends and colleagues.
The next mont, the barrier seed to have returned to its previous form, as there was no danger coming from the outside anymore.
The 2/3 of the attacking team that was taking care of the vines at the hole finally were able to be freed of that, as they were now free to join the war happening inside the formation.
It was a no-brainer that the mont these guys joined the fray, the strategy imdiately changed from defending to attacking, as the new arrivals were cutting down the vines as many as they could.
The change in the situation was really fast, and complicated, as it looked like so kind of movie where the hero finally takes down the villain in just the last mont.
But it clearly wasn't just that, as while the first team hadn't practiced this formation earlier by any ans, they still had amazing teamwork and splendid skills.
Certainly, the attacks weren't concentrated only on the big tree, as most of them were on the smaller ones first.
First, because they thought that it would be better to get rid of these three small fries first, and then deal with the remaining big tree.
Secondly, it was because the big tree seed to hold so kind of position, and logic, as it was using the small trees to protect itself from the danger that surpassed its defensive lines.
No matter how one looked at the situation at hand, they had to destroy the three small trees first, and then deal with the giant.
With these thoughts in mind, the majority of the team turned to take care of the three small ones first, as the rest of them parried the attacks of the big monster.
They were already used to the small trees, and even though it was a bit more difficult with the presence of the big tree, they still managed to bring them down in 12 minutes.
During this ti, the other team had been fighting with the bigger tree, but still, they were unable to manage this without suffering so light wounds over their bodies.
Still, the important part was that they had managed to keep the big tree busy, and now with the availability of the newcors, they would hunt it down.
The big tree seed to have sensed the danger but it didn't try to disappear imdiately. Then suddenly those black dots started appearing once again.
This ti the number was much larger, and much more powerful, those things looked like fireflies in the middle of a hot sumr night.
The only difference to that was that these fireflies had a pitch-black color, and it seed like they were trying everything they could to destroy the light and the light particles.
Still this ti it looked like they had t their natural enemy, as they were rendered useless almost imdiately from the formation.
But that wasn't all, as the big tree seed to lag a bit as it did that, and the fighting squad wouldn't let such a chance slip by, as they attacked with all they had.
The mont that the big tree felt that its attack had been rendered useless, and it had no way of retaliating, it tried to go underground and disappear from there, but it was too late
