The report was from the DGP. From the mont he thought, about the problem of being spied from EITS, through microphones and caras, Tianlong Yun had ordered the DGP to find him the best hackers in the city and province.
Finally after a long search, the DGP had prepared the needed list. He was communicating with his master ntally, to tell him about the results.

Like any serial killer he would follow his victims, stalk them, trap them, r*pe them and torture them until they died. The police had caught him two tis before, but using his intelligence and skills he had escaped.
Now he had started his 'activity' in the Nanjing city in the Chuzou province. The police were on his trails but it was impossible to catch him.
Tianlong Yun seeing his file really wanted to have this guy. Not in his team, he wasn't that ntal, he wanted to have him as a puppet and also have his mories.

In the anti the guardians would always find other orphans in the city and ask for information. Nowadays the biggest source of information was EITS and the beggars in the street.
They may seem weak and beaten by life but the amount of things they heard daily was sothing other people couldn't think about it. After all, who would stay on guard against a beggar?
But unfortunately they weren't getting any information, even Tianlong Yun's spirit sense wasn't showing anything suspicious. Everything seed clean at the mont.

The four guardians were surprised hearing that, especially Zhu Que beside him, but any way they did the research. When Tianlong Yun together with the other two shadows reached at the entrance of the complex, they had already found the girl.
Knowing this fact Tianlong Yun together with the shadows went in the direction of the targets house
