“All three of us passed the Class C unrestricted defense permit test, but only one person will get to go to the main campus this year. Wei Dong got recomnded,” Luo Kaiyuan stated.

Chen Chuan was surprised once again, but after so thinking, it made sense. While Wei Dong was a little rash, he was the most talented one in their friend group.
