Anna, who had been quiet since the beginning, also had the fla burning in her eyes. "Bring it on! No way I will let you stand at the top for that long!"
The rivalry built for so many years was about to reach its highest peak, and those two were so excited right now, ready to go for each other's throats. They might be friends outside, but once the girls sat at the table, they turned into cruel commanders, never showing any rcy toward their enemy.
Claudia, who was not involved at all, just stared at her big sister dreamily, admiring her even more. Seeing this, Sheva couldn't help but tease her.
"Rather than thinking about your sister, you should've thought about your opponent, eh? Two of the top players, Bathkuyag Munguntuul and Vo Thi Kim Phung, have just failed to win, while you are climbing so fast with two victories in a row. She took a deep breath, looking at her big sister's eyes with determination. "I really appreciate your help, Big Sis. I do. But if I want to stand alongside you, I need to be better than this, and the next round is the first step for to do that. I want to see how far I can go against them."
In her mind, winning this tournant was no longer important. Even though Claudia still had a chance, what with her being a point away from the leader, she hadn't faced any other top players other than dina, and honestly, the girl wasn't that confident she could continue this form. Right now, all she wanted to do was to push further, wanting to climb higher to get closer to her sister.
"Good God… You have beco an adult right now, can stand on your own feet…" Anna's gaze softened while she ignored the incredulous snort from Laysa. "Just… Don't forget that no one can get stronger alone. Even the best player has his own team, so don't hesitate to ask for help, okay?"
This ti, Claudia just nodded obediently. "Yes, Sister."
The atmosphere turned awkward for a mont, and silence followed for quite a long ti. It was finally broken by Sheva, though, as he caught the ti on the clock and said, "Well, I need to go first. I promise Nayaka for a little talk before the seventh round, so see you later, okay?"
