Sheva blinked for a mont, his soul rushed back to the living plane as soone called him out. When the boy turned around, he could see Claudia, having both hands on her hips, looking at him with a deep frown on her face.

"Ia? What are you doing here?" Sheva couldn’t help but blurt out the question. As a result, Claudia had the corner of her lips twitching annoyedly.

"That is my question, Sheva! What are you doing, wandering around with an empty gaze like that?!" She stomped his feet quite hard, enough to wake the boy up completely.

"Ouch! You stomp with the heels?!" Sheva winced, staring at the little girl in front of him in disbelief.

"Hmph! Serve you right!" In return, Claudia huffed indignantly, as if she did nothing wrong here. "Not only did you ignore calling you a few tis before, but you even repeated my question, asking what am I doing here! Is that a little bit too much?!"

Seeing how Claudia pouted and threw away her face from him, Sheva felt the corner of his mouth twitching. In the end, though, after a few seconds of awkward silence between them, he finally let out a tired sigh and said, "Fine, I am sorry for ignoring you. Happy?"

Right after that, the color went back to Claudia’s face as the mischievous grin was ford as well. "Yup! Very!" She stuck her tongue out playfully.

In the end, Sheva just shook his head exasperatedly, knowing full well that this was just her nature. Oh, well... At least she wasn’t throwing a tantrum anymore. "Anyway, are you the only one who has already finished the ga? How is the others? Also, how about your result? Is it really a draw?" He couldn’t help but ask, changing the topic of the conversation.

"What do you an by ’is it really a draw’? You make it sound like I am aiming for a draw!" Claudia pouted once again, sohow feeling dissatisfied with the accusation. However, instead of answering it directly, Sheva just had his eyes locked on her with the ’I don’t buy your bullshit’ gaze, enough to make the girl wilt like wet paper. "Oh, fine! Yes, it is a draw again! But can you bla ?! My level is not quite there yet! Now, are you happy with the confession?!" She glared at him fiercely.

"Oh, very!" This ti, it was Sheva’s turn to stick out his tongue, returning the banter earlier. "Anyway, how about the others?" He asked once again, getting serious this ti.

"Well... The only one who doesn’t get the win is ." Claudia said dejectedly. "The others are all winning the ga today. Even Duta is the sa! God, Laysa’s look is so infuriating, I want to poke her eyes!" She stomped the ground childishly.

Sheva had a sweat drop at that threat. In the end, though, he just patted her head reassuringly. "Don’t worry, your opponent is also the strongest among them all. Also, Laysa doesn’t have the right to laugh. Her point is also the sa as yours, right? 4 points? If anything, it would be her who needs to step up her ga, because she is aiming for another IM norm."

Indeed, Claudia’s performance was really great in this tournant, and compared to the ladies, she should be the best one currently. As for the comparison with Sheva... Well, not just Claudia, but everyone else had already given up putting themselves to his standard. After all, trying to compare themselves to a genius would only result in discouragent, lowering the spirit for the rest of the tournant.

So foolish braggarts might say that they didn’t have the ntality to be strong, giving up completely before even trying. However, those should be coming from ones who had never faced the geniuses above them, or probably those who were the GOATs themselves, such as Magnus Carlsen or Bobby Fisher. After all, even the top players still had the demon they had to face, and they would never foolishly ask the others to challenge the wall that they couldn’t even climb.

This was exactly the sa thing for the Indonesian players. Yes, they fought for a good result. However, they didn’t dare compare themselves to Sheva. After all, he had been slaughtering everyone left and right, and with only three rounds remaining, if the boy wanted to maintain his pace, nothing would be able to stop him.

And true to their prediction, Sheva really continued his rampage state. The next day, when everyone had to play two gas in a row, the boy still didn’t slow down his montum. First, he beat a German veteran GM with an ELO rating of 2641, outmatching the man in a quick one and a half hours of battle. It seed that his opponent also wanted to preserve the energy for the second ga of the day, so the mont he was at a clear disadvantage, even though the man could still struggle a little bit, he decided to resign completely, giving Sheva another win.

Then, later on, since he had basically beaten everyone on the top-seed, Sheva’s opponent gradually beca weaker. In the eighth round, his opponent’s rating was just 2558, a respectable GM, but compared to those 2600-rated GMs whom he had slaughtered left and right, this was indeed a downgrade.

Still, the ga didn’t go as easily as everyone thought it would. The opponent, an Arnian GM, was determined to drag Sheva into the mud. He played the London Opening, wanting to force a draw from a very stable approach. This worked quite well in the beginning, since nothing much really happened in the ga. However, once it entered the endga state, Sheva activated his title, and that was when he delivered the decisive blow.

All in all, Sheva continued his historical run, getting 8 wins out of 8 rounds. Hell, he even had a chance to get a perfect record, making history by winning two high-level tournants in a row with a perfect score. Even Magnus Carlsen would’ve never dared to dream about sothing like this.

However, before Sheva could achieve that, he still had another wall to face. The last high-rated opponent that sohow slipped from his grasp due to the man’s lackluster performance finally ca, and sohow, Sheva could see that this ga was far more dangerous than everything he faced in Dubai.

His last opponent would be Amin Tabatabaei, and Sheva knew that when chasing history, the closer he got, the higher the chance of him falling.
