Undefeatable.

It was a title that only two people had in the entire Resistance Army.

One of them was General Aridia. It was a title she held that only she and her Tiless Fairies knew of. But she had proved it again and again.

Normally, without a treasure like the Soul Mirror, figuring out soone had an Undefeatable Spirit required a phenonon that appeared only during a Transcendent Tribulation.

General Aridia's was a secret because she had yet to beco a Transcendent herself. In fact, it was common practice to keep this a secret until one had successfully beco a Transcendent.

That was because the power of an Undefeatable Spirit at the Transcendent Realm was untouchable. It was said that purely based on their Will alone, they had no limits. So long as a battle didn't end in a single strike, they could find as much power as they needed to win.

But before the Transcendent Realm, an Undefeatable Spirit was only one devastating loss away from being permanently lost forever.

Not only was it just a single devastating loss away from being lost, but it was said that sotis under the right circumstances…

It could be stolen away by soone else.

The only other that Daisy knew of was the Supre Commander of the Resistance Army, the mysterious figure at the top. He had been confird to have an Undefeatable Spirit, a Transcendent that stood beyond the Demon Emperors…

The only person capable of battling toe to toe with the Demon God.

Both of these figures were individuals Daisy knew too little about, and there might very well be other hidden Undefeatable Spirits out there who were keeping their identities a secret for what it might cause.

But what she did know was that she could have never guessed that Theron was one of them. Maybe that was why his talent was so exaggerated.

Daisy quickly gained her composure and her expression softened considerably. This was a huge matter and had to be kept a secret no matter what. She would have to inform Aridia as quickly as possible after this.

What she didn't notice in her shock was that Kenton had finally had just the slightest bit of a change in his expression just now.

Theron's mind, though, was elsewhere.

'Oh, that's a bit troubleso…' he thought.

Honestly, he never usually leaked as much of his soul as he did just now.

Aya was right to say that most of what he showed to the outside world was a facade. Even when he was calm and stoic, he was far more arrogant than what he showed the world.

This ti he had let so of his true self leak out because he thought if he did, the Primordial Earth would help him destroy the Soul Mirror as well and save himself so hassle.

Unfortunately, the Soul Mirror was stronger and sturdier than it seed.

'That's fine. Without the Bloodline Sample Stone, it will be far harder to expose Aya. Her goals are eventually to harm the Demon Corps too.'

Also, from what Theron could tell, the stone was definitely incredibly hard to procure. It definitely wasn't the sort of thing there would be multiples of just lying around.

Regardless, he had bought Aya ti. At least several weeks, likely months. And that was only assuming that Aridia was still insistent on following through.

When they ca to that next bridge, they'd find a way to cross it.

"I will be back." Daisy left. She had no choice but to figure out how to take things forward from here.

But the ending was about what Theron expected.

Lyra and Aya still went through the Soul Mirror test, but there was no other thod of testing their bloodline samples.

That said, Daisy still took blood samples from both of them—Lyra and Aya—afterward, calling them in privately this ti.

Whatever happened with the mirror, she seed to have changed her mind about sothing.

After seeing the encampnt, though, Theron confird that she was embellishing. There was certainly quite a large amount of intermingling between the genders, but there were definitely options to be separate should they choose so.

In other legions, this might not have been the case. But at least here in Aridia's, she gave plenty of options.

It was while Theron was walking and waiting for Lyra and Aya to get back that an arm suddenly slung over his shoulder.

He raised an eyebrow and saw Bamby to his side. The latter was at least a head taller than him and felt like twice as wide. But Bamby certainly wasn't fat, he was just broad shoulders and a wall of muscle.

"Hey bud, what's your na? I didn't get to hear her call you out."

"Theron." Theron replied simply.

"Did you really kill a mber of the Chron Clan? You've got so really big balls, you know. They're practically royalty to the Resistance Army. In general, they're weaker on average. But they're too useful to throw away. They're basically the only powerful Space Mancer Clan out there."

"What the hell did you just say, rookie?"

Bamby jumped and his head spun over to a silver-haired, blue-eyed man who had been sitting on a rock not too far away. Several gazes whipped over at once, and Theron gingerly took Bamby's arm off of his shoulder with a pinch of his fingers.

"Looks like you have so stuff to handle," Theron said with a smile. "You have fun, now."

"Did I say you could go?" the young man growled. "Is what he said true?"

Theron scratched his ears a bit. "You're talking to ? I don't even know this guy. You're free to do whatever you want with him."

Bamby was speechless. This level of shalessness—he definitely had to learn it. But he probably also had to learn how to keep his mouth shut.

"I asked you a question," the young man growled out again.

"You know, growling is more of a beast thing. You should probably not—"

The young man's temper snapped and he lunged for Theron.
