A small update on how affinities can atrophy. There was so confusion about why other students don't have the sa problem when they're the sa age but not learning magic yet.

Once a week, Yaric would shower after his training session, grab a very large al, then run off to et with Healer Faruk Bell. In the beginning, their sessions together had continued much the sa way as the first had, with Yaric spending a lot of ti talking about his life before moving to the Academy, but soon Faruk shifted their conversations to Yaric's life inside the Academy. The healer seed much more concerned about how Yaric was coping at the mont than he was about Yaric's past. He kept waiting for Faruk to start giving him feedback, but Yaric still found himself doing most of the talking during each session, though they were far more comfortable now. Yaric found that he liked the dwarven healer, and he was often the only person that Yaric spoke to during the day, outside of Hiawatha of course. It also gave him the opportunity to swing by the food hall on the way back, where he could still grab himself another helping. All the training he was doing turned him into a bottomless pit.

Chapter 16: Just a quick ntion, the entirety follows: Math classes followed, and left him almost as tired as the physical training had. His tutor was very pleased with his progress, however, and indicated that he was ahead of where she had expected him to be. Her happiness with his progress often allowed him to leave a little early, and that left the rest of evening to play gas in the common room. There were a lot of gas he had never seen before, but it was always fun.

Sorry, the map is going to take a lot more work to take it from a reference that I use to sothing that can be posted. I'm working on making an entirely new one that simply shows national borders and the most important cities and land marks, so it's easier to follow the things that happen in foreign powers.
I've literally worked on almost nothing else for 2 days now, and it's far from finished. I can't keep putting the rest of this off for the map, so these are going up first and I'll go back to it afterward. Sorry, it's just putting everything else way off schedule. I will get it done asap though!
