The woman conjured an interdiate-grade Immortal Artifact, and the other four also summoned their weapons one after another.

Xu Ping’an glanced at them and noticed that they were all using Immortal Artifacts, albeit low-grade ones, but Immortal Artifacts nonetheless.

There were five Immortal Artifacts in total; such foundations were truly beyond what ordinary powers could afford.

Xu Ping’an looked ahead, feeling a disturbance at this mont.

"Thirty-one of them, all massive Demon Beasts," Xu Ping’an imdiately concluded.

Now that he had grasped the rudintary form of the Heaven-Earth Montum, he could perceive all the vibrations of objects.

So even though he had not yet reached the Realm of Soul Condensation, he could clearly sense his surroundings.

"Stand in the middle of us and don’t run around," the tal Attribute Protector instructed Xu Ping’an.

Xu Ping’an nodded, not refusing the suggestion.

Judging by their deanor, did these people think he wasn’t strong enough and feared he’d be eaten by the Demon Beasts?

Since they didn’t want him to take action, he wasn’t eager to volunteer.

"Swoosh Swoosh Swoosh!"

Just then, the Demon Beasts tore through the magma and rapidly assaulted Xu Ping’an and his companions.

"Make your move, kill them quickly," the woman imdiately ordered.

She followed her command with a swing of her sword.

The Sword Radiance cut through the magma, instantly striking one of the Demon Beasts.

The Demon Beast was bisected in an instant.

Xu Ping’an’s eyes brightened; the Demon Beast was powerful, having reached the Seventh Rank Peak Level.

Its hide was also incredibly tough, comparable to a low-grade Immortal Artifact.

Yet, even so, it was slain by the woman with a single stroke of her sword.

"That strike must have had the force of thirty dragons, and it looks like she didn’t even use her full strength," Xu Ping’an muttered to himself.

The woman’s strength in front of him was genuinely formidable.

As Xu Ping’an marveled, the four Protectors were already engaged in combat with the Demon Beasts.

One had to admit, these four were also quite strong.

They could generally slay the Demon Beasts in just two or three moves.

Moreover, they employed various Talisman Seals, which gave them greater speed and explosive power.

Out of thirty-one Demon Beasts, rely within monts, ten were already dead.

The woman’s prowess was especially formidable; with one swing of her sword per beast, she effortlessly moved through their ranks without the slightest obstruction.

Xu Ping’an was now privy to the true strength of this woman.

If he were to confront her, he might not be able to win.

It could be said that the woman’s strength was indeed exceptional.

The battle raged on with the Demon Beasts being killed one by one. While the other five fought, Xu Ping’an was left with nothing to do.

Thus, Xu Ping’an didn’t hold back as he moved among the slain bodies of the Demon Beasts.

He eventually gathered all the Monster Cores into his storage ring.

This action was precisely witnessed by the woman, who instantly let a murderous intent arise in her eyes.

"If you want them, I will give them back to you," Xu Ping’an said to the woman with a smile.

The woman gave Xu Ping’an a cold look and snorted before continuing to swoop downwards.

The other four also gave Xu Ping’an cold glances before following suit.

Seeing this, Xu Ping’an let out a light chuckle.

Thirty-one Monster Cores?

Those were so splendid treasures.

So Xu Ping’an, one Monster Core at a ti, swallowed them while on the move.

Red Attribute True Power surged into his heart.

And his heart began to beat violently.

This terrifying energy, following the rhythm of his heartbeat, coursed through his entire body.

At this mont, Xu Ping’an felt his body’s flesh and blood strengthening continuously.

This enhancent was different from before; it was a qualitative improvent.

Two-tenths achieved.

Xu Ping’an had absorbed three Demon Cores, and the energy in his heart had already broken through to two-tenths.

If it continued like this, his heart would be able to complete its thorough evolution.

At that ti, the flesh and blood throughout his body would undergo a qualitative change.

Thinking of this, Xu Ping’an continued to devour voraciously.

As ti passed, Xu Ping’an and his companions kept descending deeper.

Any Demon Beasts encountered along the way were easily killed by the four Protectors.

"We’ve arrived."

Just as Xu Ping’an was continuously enhancing himself.

The woman ahead suddenly stopped.

Xu Ping’an looked forward, and at this mont, they had already reached the bottom of the magma.

The temperature around them was so extre it was terrifying, and even the pressure had beco incredibly overwhelming.

"We’ve delved six thousand kiloters deep into the magma. That thing should be nearby," the woman said coldly.

The four Protectors also felt imnse pressure at this point.

The Mysterious Ice Talismans they were wearing were lting away even faster. What used to last an hour might now only last half an hour.

"Saintess, is that treasure really here?" asked the Water Attribute Protector.

"It is here. Let’s split up and look," the woman responded, her brows furrowed to the extre.

"Yes!" The four imdiately took the command and began to search around.

The woman herself was hovering above the mantle, her gaze piercing as she released her Soul Power to probe the surroundings.

It had to be said, she was truly formidable; in such a scorching environnt, she was still able to release Soul Power for reconnaissance.

Other Eighth Rank strongn might not have been able to achieve this feat.

Xu Ping’an did not leave, but silently stood behind the woman.

Even though the woman wasn’t looking at him, he could feel her aura locking onto him.

Should he make the slightest move, she would act imdiately, killing him on the spot.

"You don’t need to watch ; I won’t run," Xu Ping’an said with a smile.

The woman turned her head, glanced at Xu Ping’an, and said coldly, "You’re not thinking of escaping, but you’re probably eyeing that treasure, aren’t you, Xu Ping’an, the top contender of the Great Qin Immortal Dynasty?"

"Eh? You know ?" Xu Ping’an asked the woman in surprise.

He had initially thought the woman didn’t react to hearing his na because she didn’t know him.

Now, it seed, he had underestimated her information network.

However, the woman then said to Xu Ping’an, "Not only do I know these, but I also know that in agreeing to my deal, apart from wanting to find that treasure, you’re looking to obtain news of your mother from ."

With those words, a chilling intensity surged in Xu Ping’an’s eyes.

Indeed, upon learning that this woman was a princess of the Earth Spirit Immortal Dynasty, he already had the idea of getting close to her.

But he never expected that she would be aware of his motives.

This was completely beyond Xu Ping’an’s expectations.

His grandfather Nangong Bo had said that his mother, Nangong Xinlan, had once been taken away by soone from the Earth Spirit Immortal Dynasty.

Later, she was sent to the Earth Spirit Realm.

Xu Ping’an had even doubted whether this information was true, but now, hearing the woman word it like that, he was instantly certain that everything Nangong Bo said was true.

Nangong Xinlan was his mother in this life, and mories of her still lingered in Xu Ping’an’s mind.

That gentle smile, that deep affection, these were things Xu Ping’an could never let go of in this lifeti.

So he had sworn to find Nangong Xinlan.

Because in this life, he was Xu Ping’an.

"So you’re saying, my mother was really taken by your Earth Spirit Immortal Dynasty? What was the purpose of doing so?" Xu Ping’an asked, his eyes filled with icy resolve.

At this mont, Xu Ping’an truly ca to regard the woman before him with due importance.

She knew his identity and even his origins.

This indicated that she had been monitoring him for a long ti.

And all of this could be related to his mother.
