Patrick urged Yvonne as she gawked at Arwen

She said to herself and touched the silver pendant on her chest as a portal just like the one Queen Sienna opened appeared beside her

Don and Arrora stopped releasing their magical fluctuations as Don could already feel the device heating up in his chest
Yvonne nodded in frustration while Don expected her to say so whacky lines before stepping into the portal but to his surprise, Yvonne didn't say anything repulsively and jumped into the portal to leave Sigalla
"King Don, I've never thought that you're a peak level grandmaster"
King Edward and Queen Sienna ca to Don after the portal disappeared
"Well, I wanted to keep this as a secret but"
Since one could never know about others' cultivation level until they show their magical fluctuations or cast a spell, because of this, cultivators often try to settle their disputes in a peaceful way since they would not have an idea about his opponent's cultivation level. And this served as a safety shield for weak low-level cultivators and as a surprise elent for a powerful cultivator.

Arrora turned to look at Amber before following Don as she had a feeling that sothing made Amber sad but since Queen Sienna was already on her way to talk to her, Arrora saw no reason to ddle in
The mont Don slid into his chair, he was served an enormous platter of food. Eggs, roasted ham, piles of fried potatoes. A tureen of fruit sits in ice to keep it chilled, but the hot weather already started to lt the ice. The basket of rolls they set before Don would keep any family going for a week. And Don was served an elegant glass of orange juice instead of wine.
Usually, Don liked to eat salads and fruits as his al except for so occasions in Everlight, yet seeing the hospitality of King Edward and Queen Sienna, he wasn't picky with the food on the table.
Don and Lord Clemo was eating with King Edward and his family while Arrora and Arwen shared another table a few feet away from them with so important nobles and ministers of Sigalla
"King Don, you might be the most powerful person in all rank four kingdoms"
"Maybe or maybe not, nowadays it's easy to reach higher levels "
"Don't be modest, King Don, if it's easy why there are no many grandmasters among us"
"Resources Queen Sienna, rank four kingdoms don't have much as resources as rank two or rank one kingdoms."
Don took a sip from his orange juice and said
"True indeed, but King Don, since your kingdom has two grandmasters, the empire might consider bumping you to rank three"
There was no standard procedure for ranking the kingdoms; every ti the process and standard would vary, however having two grandmasters would undoubtedly earn a point to move up in the ladder.
And when Don ranked up, King Edward wanted to be his alley so he and his kingdom could get so benefits such as cultivation resources for his people from him. But at the mont, Don had to develop and improve the life situation of the citizens before thinking about ranking up his kingdom.
"So King Don, I heard you're from Everlight, where is it actually?"
"It's a newly found kingdom, King Edward, far far away from here and very soon both Emir and Agoria will also be Everlight"
"If you don't mind asking, where are your parents? King Don, to be honest, you're the youngest king I've ever seen"
Lord Clemo stopped drinking the wine and tried not to look curiously
"We don't get along too well. I prefer not to talk about them"
Arrora expected this answer as he never talked about his past especially what happened before he went to the other world, only Knight knew what happened and he wouldn't utter a word if she asked about this.
Princess Amber was not as talkative as before, she was eating pretty silently and didn't ask any questions while Patrick looked like he was taking ntal notes of Don's words
King Edward and Queen Sienna nodded and decided not to ask anything related to his family since clearly he didn't want or like to talk about it, besides they had more pressing matters to discuss
"About the dam, King Don"
Don put his glass down as King Edward and Queen Sienna leaned forward
"We have discussed this with so of our advisors and we are willing to accept your terms but, we have one question"
"Do ask, Queen Sienna"
"How much are you going to charge us? we certainly can't weigh the water, what asure are you going to use?"
"I think ti-based asurent would be the right choice, what do you think?"
"But King DOn, if the water flow speed is a variable in this situation right? I an soday the water might flow faster and soday might flow slower"
Patrick asked Don
"Yes, you're right but considering Agoria's weather, the water will always be full in the dam so the speed might not be the case here, but if you have a better idea, I'm all ears "
For now, Don had to charge them using the asurent of ti, and in the future, if he finds another better way, they could change the agreent.
"You have a point, King Don"
"Lord Clemo and you can draw the agreent, King Edward, I'll sign it after I return from the gathering, is that fine with you?"
"It's fine with us"
King Edward and Queen Sienna raised their cups as Don raised his orange juice
Even though Sigalla had to pay for the water, at their current situation, they were desperate for water as the crops already withered due to lack of water and soon, the entire kingdom would turn into a desert town if the situation continued.
"How long will it take to finish building the dam? King Don"
Don understood the urgency of water after seeing the city and its people
"I'll have a chat with my engineer and let you know before tomorrow night, King Edward"
King Edward and Queen Sienna had no idea of how he was going to contact the engineer from here because they only saw soldiers and two personal guards with him aside from Lord Clemo; none of them seed like an engineer to Edward and Sienna.
After toasting, Queen Sienna looked at Amber and then she looked at Don
"King Don, are you looking for suitors to wed?"
Lord Clemo almost coughed up the wine he just gulped when he heard this surprising, as well as a sudden change of subject but Don, remained calm despite the unexpected question.
"No, I'm not Queen Sienna, I don't have ti for romance at the mont"
"You won't have ti for romance when you're a king, you have to make ti for it, King Don. A king like you should have a queen by your side"
It was clear as day to Don that Queen Sienna is trying to match Amber with him but looking at Amber, she seed unhappy or even quite disconcerted
"Besides, your subjects will be very happy, if you have an heir to your kingdom"
"She's right, King Don, without Sienna I would be lost as a little child in a crowd. Speaking from my experience, Marriage will give you imnse strength and sothing to hold onto, like they say, when you get married you'll have an extra heart beating for you"
There was no doubt that King Edward and Queen Sienna are made for each other and for them, the marriage may have given strength but if Don gets married now, he would not have a wife but a weakness that his enemies could use against him.
Plus, Amber looked like she would be terrified to see a cockroach and she certainly spent more ti with her paintings rather than cultivating or training so if he decided to marry her, he had to protect her all the ti.
"I have many things to take care of, Queen Sienna. I don't want to worry about my wife at ho when I'm on the battlefield, besides I'm not going to marry a girl for the sake of having an heir, for the ti being, there's no place for a queen in my kingdom"
