Reva couldn't help but have her icy face soften subtly upon hearing his sweet words, though she knew what he was trying to do. Still, which woman wouldn't like to hear such words from their man?
Damien then rembered sothing as he leaned forward to whisper sothing in her ears, making Reva's eyes blink incessantly.
She couldn't believe what Damien had just said to her. Her glimring blue eyes slowly looked at his face in an endearing way as she asked in a low voice, "Do you really an that? At this ti?"

Reva firmly pressed together her lips as she felt her heart hamring in her chest. In her life, she always hated the concept of marriage since princesses like her were usually wed off to strangers who they might not even like. However, as she grew up, Ruthren surprisingly never discussed her marriage, making her always wonder why such a cruel man wouldn't take advantage of his daughter to gain more power. He couldn't possibly have been considerate about such an important matter.
Only when she learned the truth from Yohr did she realize that Ruthren and Yohr were raising her like a pig for slaughter.

Damien had no problems in marrying with the Forsaken including Reva's grandparents as the audience. But other than her grandparents and a select few, the rest of Forsaken has no idea that Triton was Reva in disguise.
That was why he never thought to hold a marriage in front of them.
"That is what I was about to tell you. While you were gone, I held a eting with my people and…I told them everything," Reva said with a fixed gaze while wondering about Damien's opinion on it.
"Everything? You an you revealed your true identity and even told them the truth about the god they had been worshiping all this while?" Damien knew Irene wanted to do this before, but she held off since she didn't want to dump more bad news on them at this ti. Thus, he found it surprising that Reva suddenly went ahead and did it.
Reva sighed as she nodded, "Yes. As expected, they didn't take well to the news, and in fact, they found it hard to believe. But I swore on my ancestors and told them about myself…about how I was being raised to be a vessel for Yohr to take over and why I received so many benefits from him."
Damien caressed her head as he said, "That must have been hard for you…to tell these things in the open."

"But…why did you suddenly decide to do this now instead of waiting as your grandmother said?"
