Even with two Martial Saints breathing down her neck, the Pavilion Master kept her cool.
Her expression stayed steady as she replied, "I have no clue where Mason Raymond is. You're barking up the wrong tree asking ."
Saul Baton let out a harsh laugh. "What about Mabel Sean then? Word is she's been hanging around you for a while, right?"
The Pavilion Master gave a slight shake of her head. "Mason Raymond already took her and left."
"So where'd they go?" The two Martial Saints with Saul Baton seed to be losing steam.
"No idea," the Pavilion Master shot back icily.
"You're begging for trouble!"
One of the Martial Saints exploded with rage, his crushing aura bursting out as he lunged forward!
The Pavilion Master felt herself getting yanked toward his reaching hand!
"Thud!"
The collision rang out as the Martial Saint's bony fingers clamped down on the Pavilion Master's pale throat!
Crushing pressure erupted, instantly draining all color from the Pavilion Master's face!
At the sa mont, the Martial Saint's divine sense burst outward, trying to force its way into the Pavilion Master's mind, like he wanted to rip her thoughts right out of her head!
The Pavilion Master caught on to what he was doing and snapped her eyes shut, fighting to keep her divine sense locked down so he couldn't break through.
Two opposing forces clashed head-on.
The Pavilion Master's divine sense packed serious punch—so much that even a Martial Saint couldn't crack it open quickly!
"Shit!" The Martial Saint spat under his breath.
"This woman's ntal defenses are rock solid. Breaking through won't be a walk in the park."
Saul Baton's eyes went narrow when he heard that.
He stared coldly at the Pavilion Master. "Why make this harder than it needs to be? Just spill where Mason Raymond is, and I guarantee you'll walk away without a scratch."
The Pavilion Master stayed quiet, eyes half-closed, completely ignoring Saul Baton.
Saul Baton's eyes beca slits. "Not gonna talk, huh? Alright then. I'll start picking off the alchemists from your Divine Alchemist Pavilion one by one until you open your mouth!"
Before the words even finished leaving his lips, Saul Baton swung his hand and dropped one of the alchemists instantly!
The Pavilion Master's heart sank watching this, but her face stayed stone cold.
"Let's see if you'll speak up now!" Saul Baton snarled.
The Pavilion Master squeezed her eyes shut, like she couldn't bear to watch this brutal display.
"Still keeping quiet?" Saul Baton stepped right up to the Pavilion Master.
He started stroking the Pavilion Master's face with a sick grin. "If you won't talk, then I'll tear your clothes off and toss you on a bed. Heh heh..."
The Pavilion Master's expression finally cracked.
She opened her eyes and said with ice in her voice, "You're gonna regret this."
"Regret? What's there to regret? Hahaha!" Saul Baton burst into arrogant laughter.
"Don't think I'm ssing around. I'm warning you, once we hit that bed, I promise you'll be begging to end it!"
The Pavilion Master clenched her teeth in silence.
Saul Baton snarled, "Fine, you pushed to this!"
With that, he reached out to tear the Pavilion Master's clothes off!
"Stop!"
A voice suddenly bood from the entrance.
He spun around to see two figures standing in the doorway.
It was Ignacio Richard and Paul Randall.
Weird seeing those two working as a team.
"Ignacio Richard? Paul Randall?" Saul Baton let out a cold chuckle when he spotted them.
Ignacio Richard pointed at the Pavilion Master. "Let her go."
Saul Baton laughed harshly. "Have you lost your mind? Did you forget this isn't the old days? You think you can take on a Martial Saint?"
Ignacio Richard replied coldly, "Obviously I'm no match for a Martial Saint."
"Then get the hell out of here! Or don't bla for playing rough!" Saul Baton barked the order!
The two Martial Saints also turned their attention to Ignacio Richard.
Ignacio Richard took a long drag from his cigarette, crushed it under his foot, and said with ice in his voice, "You think this is still an age where martial artists call the shots?"
Saul Baton's brow furrowed. "What's that supposed to an?"
Ignacio Richard gave a cold laugh. "I can't beat a Martial Saint, but what about them?"
As he finished speaking, a line of soldiers carrying loaded weapons ca charging in from outside!
Plus, at the entrance, a stack of modern weapons got piled up fast!
These deadly weapons aid straight at Saul Baton and his crew, making the air thick with tension.
"Push too far, and I don't give a damn what kind of Mystic Realm this is, I'll blow it to pieces!" Ignacio Richard roared.
Saul Baton's face went ugly seeing this scene.
He wasn't scared of the weapons pointed at him, but he didn't want to butt heads with official authority.
"Connor Baton, back down," one of the Martial Saints whispered.
"Before we ca here, the family head told us to steer clear of conflicts with the officials whenever possible."
Saul Baton gritted his teeth and took a deep breath, saying coldly, "Fine, Ignacio Richard, I'll throw you a bone this ti!"
After saying that, he shot the Pavilion Master one final glare. "I'm telling you, Mabel Sean matters to us. I'm not giving up that easy!"
With those parting words, Saul Baton spun around and walked out.
Ignacio Richard snorted as he rushed over to the Pavilion Master. "You alright?"
The Pavilion Master shook her head and got to her feet. "Thanks for stepping in, Commander Richard."
Ignacio Richard stayed quiet, but worry showed on his face.
"The governnt should probably train up a top-tier cultivator too," Paul Randall muttered from the side.
——
anwhile, Lord Star and his crew were hunting for Mason Raymond as well.
Even after burning through a whole day, they still couldn't track Mason Raymond down.
"Lord Star, that woman might've been feeding us lies," one of the Martial Saints said.
"Damn it, if we can't find Mason Raymond, then we'll go after the people close to him! For every day he stays hidden, we'll take soone out until he shows!" another Martial Saint shot back coldly.
Lord Star glanced at them with no expression. "What's any of this got to do with them? I'm not sinking to that level."
"Yeah, you're such a saint." The two Martial Saints couldn't help but sneer.
Lord Star stared back coldly. "Not only won't I do it, but I won't let you do it either. What I say goes."
With those words, Lord Star turned and walked away.
Even though the two Martial Saints didn't like it, they still followed him.
Three days flew by in a flash.
The Martial Arts Forum dropped so quick stats: in three days, seven Martial Saints had shown up around the world, with six of them coming from Mystic Realm!
And they all appeared for the sa reason—Mabel Sean.
——
Right now in the Spiritual Spring Secret Realm, I was slowly soaking up the Ice Glazed Heart.
My aura kept climbing steadily while Mabel Sean stayed right beside .
She'd switch between ditating and getting up to wipe the sweat off my forehead.
Whether Mabel Sean being there made the difference or not, my cultivation this ti moved way faster than usual.
My aura's growth and absorption speed blew past anything from before.
