The current scenario was the result of Vali workhoic behaviour.
After taking care of Sunaya, Vali went to et Behemoon who is currently responsible for the administration departnt and supervision of other departnts at the sa ti.
Usually, the Pri Minister takes care of it. But as no candidate has been found for this work.
Behemoon is taking care of it.
Behemoon looked at the person sitting before him and rembered how this inhuman working machine na Vali had been going on for two days without stopping.
In a single day, he analyzed the working process of the entire system, found drawbacks, gave suggestions as well as made plans for future developnt of Buraford Kingdom. In the anti, he was also searching for talented people who used to work under him when he was pri minister of Buraford Kingdom and later beca king.

Choosing the door, Kai went to sit down on the chair as he looked at Vali.
"You must be curious, how do I know Lucus and what I am doing here dealing with all these administration duties?"
"Yes."said Kai without any hesitation.
"I am doing my duty as a citizen of Buraford Kingdom. Contributing to the process of the kingdom while I have the chance. You guys create a good system of administration but it's not without its loopholes and minor drawbacks. So I was working on solving these people so they may not create problems in the future."
"I also suggest you create a secret supervising departnt to keep a check upon the high level officials and minister. They will be responsible for keeping a check upon their performance as well as keep corruption in check. It will make things easier for you to run the rit system more smoothly."
"We are already working on it."
"Then it's fine. Other things can be solved with increase in skill workers and increase in work force which kingdom is lacking in a great amount currently. Sigh, that dumb king really had left the kingdom almost at the blink of distribution. The large number of skill workers have left the kingdom in the last fifty years and the education system also has suffered under his rule, reducing the output of highly educated people with special skills. Unlike current Lucus, he followed after he graduated from the academy, then I had beco pri minister of Buraford Kingdom and later after becoming the king, he was my advisor and pri minister for five months before he was assassinated with his entire family. I was really sad and have almost lost control over my emotions.I have seen many deaths before that but it was the first ti I lost soone who was so close to and thought of him as my brother. Rembering the ti, I and he used to be rivals leaving aside the age difference. Lucus I know is dead and will never return. I hope after I am gone you train him well into the assets of the kingdom. He will definitely shine brightly."
Looking at Vali he can understand what it would have been like to see your loved ones die.
"I understand, I would give him the opportunity to shine but it will be up to him, he can do it or not. I don't know that kind of Lucus you have et but this Lucus is delinquent trying to cause trouble in mother inn."

Kai explained to him what had happened in the last two days.
Listening to Kai, Vali smiled bitterly"You found a talent like him roaming around your village. It seems that Lucus has more personal problems than Lucus I know."
"Anyways, It seems you want to learn how to cultivate aura and control it."

Seeing this, Vali passes on the book to Kai.
Getting hold of the Kai was excited and wanted to talk about more issues with Vali.
But a man carrying bundles of docunts entered the room.
Vali told him to place them on the right side of the table as he started to focus on his work again.
Seeing how Vali is so focused and dedicated to his work.
Kai chose not to disturb him and left.
Days passed by at a fast rate, the day before the immortal Day festival, Kai received the ssage that Farbo with mbers of Shaman King Mountain Sect as well as tribes have arrived at Northwind City.
Kai went to welco them with Behemoon who was now free due to Vali doing her work.
After spending the entire day with them and holding etings with tribe leaders, Kai and Behemoon returned late at night and after dinner returned to their room to sleep.
