Chapter 205 - A Mang Gu Roar
Zhong Yue definitely had countless enemies among the monsters. During that battle on the streets in Xian Kong Saint City, his hands were covered in the blood of no less than a hundred Qi Practitioners. During the ti he fought his way out of the Saint City, there was a considerable number of Qi Practitioners that had perished under his hand as well. With that being said, the entire monster land was a place where his enemies were abound.
Zhong Yue was under the protection of Gu Hongzi whenever he was in Gu Xia City and so, his enemies bided their ti and waited for him to leave.
And now, this was precisely the scenario that Zhong Yue was now in - out of the jurisdiction of Gu Xia City and the protection of Gu Hongzi!
This was the perfect chance for his enemies!
While Zhong Yue and his four maids were traveling as he cultivated his Fang Blade and guided the four through their cultivation, mayhem quitely brewed within the entire Eastern Barren as monster Qi Practitioners from various factions swore to take his life. Soone had even managed to obtain the Zhong Yue’s precise location.
With that, many Qi Practitioners mobilized and went to intercept Zhong Yue. So of the Qi Practitioners determined that Zhong Yue’s destination was Xian Kong Saint City by extrapolating his travel path. Thus, they directly set up an ambush around the city as they waited for Zhong Yue’s arrival.
Shi Buyi must be closing himself up to cultivate and try to understand the sun and moon spirit eye totem carvings I gave him. He is trying to complete his incomplete 【Monster God Ming King’s Art】 and to cultivate the Yin and Yang Qi but unfortunately for him, he will discover that what he is doing will ultimately be in vain.

Zhong Yue was slightly stunned and as he looked towards that direction, the other three girls had also discovered the lake and they all rushed towards the lake. Then, Long Xia’er shouted, “Master, there is a girl paddling in the middle of the lake and she said that she is an old friend of yours. She also invited us to get onboard, Sister Chun’er and Dong’er have already boarded the boat.”
“Old friend? Could it be her?”
Zhong Yue’s heart squeezed and he heard a familiar voice singing a beautiful song that sounded very clear and nice. Then, the fragrance of lotuses and water entered his nostrils as a small boat entered his view, floating atop the lake. The lotus picking girl paddled the boat with Long Chun’er and Long Dong’er sitting at the boat as they sung along with the lotus picking girl.
On the other side, Long Qiu’er and Long Xia’er took off their shoes and they walked on the water barefooted towards the little boat while the lotus picking girl stood on the boat and looked towards Zhong Yue before she laughed and said, “Dear Master Long, long ti no see.”
“So it’s Sister Qing He.”
Zhong Yue stood at the lakeside with his hands on his back as he said calmly, “It has indeed been a long ti since we last t. I never thought that Sister Qing He would be able to rember even after such a long ti.”
That lotus picking girl was indeed Qing He as she said with a smile, “How could I forget you after you killed my junior martial brother? Although she clearly stated that she ca to Zhong Yue as an enemy, the four girls remained their smiling expressions. They played and sung in harmony with each other as they had obviously succumbed to her 【Voice of Succubus】.
Fortunately, Qing He did not harbor the intention of killing them or she would have made them commit suicide with but a thought.

Zhong Yue replied with a smile, “But that will have to wait as I seem to have so visitors from that side.”
Qing He was shocked and she quickly turned around to discover that a monstrous cloud had floated towards them. She quickly shouted, “Greetings my friend, may I know who is this?”
The monstrous cloud trembled as a loud voice was heard, “【Voice of Succubus】? Disciple of Shu Qianqiu, with that level of yours, it’s useless to entertain any thoughts of using that trick on . Your cultivation is simply lacking!”

A series of noises could be heard and on top of the air of the monstrous cloud, a Qi Practitioner appeared as five shining wheels appeared behind him!

As the loud roar resounded outwards, it shattered her 【Voice of Succubus】, causing her face to blanch. Then, Long Xia’er and the other three girls awoke up from Qing He’s 【Voice of Succubus】 and they remained in the sa position they were as before.
The four girls did not know that QIng He was Zhong Yue’s enemy nor of the fact that they had just felt that there was this nice but inexplicable feeling emanating from Qing He, a feeling that made them desire to stay by her side.
On the other hand, Zhong Yue did not summoned them back and instead, allowing them to stay on Qing He’s boat.
“Ying Family! I never expected Ying Tian and Ying Shang to show up!”
As Qing He saw the incoming hostiles, her face changed and she said, “So that Ying Family had co for Long Yue’s life as well? Not bad, they actually sent two Awakening Qi Practitioners that had already opened the five wheels. Seems like your family is desperate for Zhong Yue’s life!”
In the air, the monstrous cloud trembled again and Qi Practitioners appeared out of it one after another. The four brothers of the Ying Family had arrived at the scene! Then, the four eagle headed, human bodied brothers looked down and their visions that were as sharp as sword brushed past Qing He before landing on Zhong Yue. Then, a middle age Qi Practitioner among them said coldly, “Shu Qianqiu has underestimated Long Yue for sending you to deal with him! Did he think that Long Yue would not improve at all after such long ti of cultivation?”
Another middle age Qi Practitioner said again, “Long Yue would have only dared to co out if he has improved drastically. With the likes of you, not only will you be unable to kill him, you will be killed instead! Now, Qing He, this place has nothing to do with you anymore, be gone!”
Qing He humphed coldly and before she could say anything, her face changed as even more monstrous cloud appeared and even more monster Qi practitioners rushed towards them at incredible speeds!
Hu——
Strong and vigorous wind started to blow and an extrely bad scent could be slt. Suddenly, the strong wind stopped blowing and another Qi Practitioner appeared at the lakeside, each with light wheels behind them and they appeared to be muscular and bearded males. They looked around coldy and they briefly looked at Qing He before staring at Zhong Yue. It was clear that they didn’t care about Qing He, only Zhong Yue.
“Qi Practitioners from the ng Family!”
Qing He’s face changed completely and she murmured, “Even Awakening level Qi Practitioners in the peak of their level like ng Lun and ng Huang have appeared. Such bold moves from the ng Family!”
“Eastern Sea’s Long Yue, because of you, my brother ng She and ng Xiang died in the hands of Gu Hongzi and today is the day we will avenge them!”
ng Huang stepped forward and as his feet landed on the ground, he shook the entire lake and caused vigorous waves in the lake.
Zhong Yue however, maintained expressionless and he suddenly smiled and said, “Brothers of the Ying and ng Family, please remain calm as there will be more Qi Practitioners that will be arriving soon. Why don’t we wait for them and let us reason about it?”
“We are not here from so re reasoning, we are here to kill you!”
Another loud shout could be heard and more monstrous clouds and winds gushed towards them as Qi Practitioners rushed towards them one after another. Then, even more Qi Practitioners sward towards them while travelling in the ground, running and jumping, probably because they were too heavy to fly.
Such bold moves, sending so many Qi Practitioners just to kill this brat Long Yue!
Qing He’s face changed drastically again as she thought to herself. In just a short period of ti, so many strong Qi Practitioners showed up and each and everyone of them were famous figures. A majority of them were Awakening level Qi Practitioners, with only a few of them being Rebirth level Qi Practitioners, but even those lower-leveled cultivators were among the best of the best in their league.
“Today, we will get to eat so dragon at and gnaw on so dragon bone!” said a monster Qi Practitioner sinisterly.
“We will form an alliance and kill him today!”
“You killed my wife and you will pay for what you have done! Today, I will take your life and bring your head to my wife’s grave!”
“My son was trampled to death by you in the streets of Xian Kong Saint City, I am not a monster if I don't avenge him!”
“You little sheet, you have brought all of these to yourself! Don’t bla us for your own sins!”

Zhong Yue stood at the lake side and continued to maintain his smiling expression while the monster Qi Practitioners continued to hurl verbal abuses at him. After a mont, the atmosphere grew very dense, pressuring everyone in the vicinity.
Then, Zhong Yue smiled and said, “Has everyone finished their drivel? If so, then it’s my ti to speak, I assu?”
Yin Shang’s eyes felt like there was fire burning in it and he said, “Any last words?”
Behind Zhong Yue, a twenty feet long Six-Eyed Starry Toad appeared with the five light wheels and his five great Yuan Shen secret realms opened up in an instant.
The many monster Qi Practitioners were stunned and before they could gather their thoughts back in ti, the Six Eyes Starry Toad suddenly roared, “Mang Gu!”
The roar echoed through the lake and the mountains. The ground in front of Zhong Yue quaked and burst apart as they turned to scattered debris that continually to disintegrate into dust dusts!
Ga cha ga cha-
The ground even further away started to crack open as fissures that were as long as a few ters deep in the ground were created!
The trendous trembles caused the monster Qi Practitioners to lose their balance and suddenly, one of the Qi Practitioners exploded and following right after that, his body was disintegrated by the shockwaves!!
Boom boom boom-
Even more Qi Practitioners had their bodies crushed by the shock waves and so of the stronger ones got injured from the shock waves. They were forced to quickly escape through flying in the air, burrowing under the ground or even simply running as fast as they could to create as much distance as they could between themselves and the epicenter of the shock waves.
At the sa ti, huge Jiao Dragons charged out from the the ground and they quickly filled the previously empty air space with their huge hundred feet long bodies! They slithered and as they moved, and they crushed the ground with the horrifying strength!
Suddenly, the Jiao Dragons disappeared in an instant and mutilated bodies fell from the skies.
“They’re all dead… All dead…”
Qing He looked at the scene with a blank mind and shivered. That roar released by Zhong Yue was not ant for her, thus, the lake and the little boat was not affected but the scene was just too terrifying for her. To Qing He, Yin Shang, ng Lun and the others in the level of five wheel Awakening level Qi Practitioners were already incredibly strong but they were all killed in a split second with none of them managing to escape!
Run… I must get out of here as fast as I can!
However, as soon as she thought of this, a voice could be heard right beside her ears, “Sister Qing He, pardon , what were you trying to say to just now? You’ll have to forgive if I didn’t hear it before since it was a bit too noisy just now.”
Qing He’s eyes rolled around and she suddenly said with a sweet smile as she decided to pull out the only card remaining to her, “I know how to warm beds…”
