Klaus was surprised to see Ashley waiting for him outside the dormitory, especially considering the freezing cold wind that night. He approached her with a look of curiosity and concern.
"Ashley, what are you doing out here? It's so cold!" Klaus asked, crossing his arms to protect himself from the freezing weather.
Ashley smiled warmly at Klaus, but her look was a mixture of determination and concern. "Klaus, I had to talk to you. Sothing important has happened and I thought it would be best if we talked before tomorrow's exam."
Klaus frowned, feeling a pang of concern. He knew that Ashley usually didn't interrupt her studies without a reason, so sothing really important must have happened.
"What happened? Is everything okay?" Klaus asked, growing increasingly concerned.
Ashley took a deep breath before she answered. "Do you rember what you told at the camp? It seems that things are getting more serious. I have received information that the Athletic Departnt staff is planning to retaliate. It seems that they are not at all pleased with the way you stood up to them."
Klaus felt a bit of anger when he heard Ashley's words. He had hoped that the incident at the camp had solved the problem, but it seed that things were far from over.
"What exactly are they going to do? File a complaint with the board? Fine, let them. I can't let them try to bully again, and I can't risk my performance in the exam tomorrow by worrying about it," Klaus said.

Klaus gently stroked Ashley's face with his free hand, tenderly holding her gaze. "Ashley, you are a light in my life. Your presence and your voice are more than enough to give the strength to face any challenge. I feel I can overco any obstacle that cos my way."

Riley tried to hide his surprise and apologized for the blatant interruption.
"Ah, sorry for interrupting. I had no intention of interrupting such an intimate mont," Riley said sheepishly. "I was just leaving."
Klaus and Ashley quickly separated, feeling their faces blush with embarrassnt. Klaus tried to act natural despite the embarrassnt he felt. "Don't worry, Orkoi. Everything is fine. It just took us by surprise, that's all."
Ashley, trying to regain her composure, smiled awkwardly at Riley.
As Riley walked away, Klaus and Ashley were silent for a mont, trying to process the unexpected interruption. Then they both let out a nervous laugh, sharing a mont of relief and complicity.
"He's not going to tell anyone, is he?" Ashley inquired.
"Well, I hope not. I don't know him very well," Klaus said, running his hand through her hair. "Why? Would it be a problem if other people found out about us?"
Ashley looked into Klaus' eyes, held his hand tenderly and sighed, feeling a mixture of fear and determination.
"It's not that I'm ashad to be with you, Klaus. It's just that... we're still getting to know each other, and things could get complicated if everyone finds out so soon," she explained, choosing her words carefully. "I want to make sure that what we have is real before we expose ourselves completely."
Klaus nodded, understanding her concern. He knew that they needed to give it ti and strengthen their relationship before exposing themselves to the scrutiny of others. He brought Ashley's hand to his lips and planted a soft kiss on his fingers.
"I completely understand, Ashley. I was just joking with you. You don't have to take everything I say so seriously. Let's keep it between us for now," he said, conveying his unconditional support. "What matters is how we feel about each other, not what others think."
Ashley smiled, grateful to have found soone as understanding as Klaus. She knew she had made the right choice in trusting him and embarking on this romance.
