The auction house erupted into chaos all at once.

Within a minute, it jumped to 24 million, by the end of the second, it had jumped to 54 million, leaving the range of the rich to ga and Ultra- rich.
During this ti, Sidal occasionally raised the bid when it seed to want to slow down before stopping after the fourth ti.
By the end of the third minute, the bid had ballooned up to 87 million and then 110 million and then 113 million, to which it was then sold to soone in another VIP room, thus bringing the auction to a close.
With quick feet, Sidal left through a hidden door known to a few and exited the trading house, leaving even before anyone else had even exited the trading house.
Since he hadn’t bought anything, there was no reason to stay.
His connections with the trading staff made certain that his money would soon be transferred.
Well, that and the fact that the properties of the item to be sold had been recorded. So if they decided not to pay him, he would take legal action and sue them for several tis more.
In any case, he was credited with the 113 million just as he reached Cretin.
But apart from the money, Sidal was smiling in glee imagining where he would soon be promoted to.
With how much fuss the top-tier astral elixir stirred during the auction, it would take less than a day before word of it spread far.
It would be a day or three days after that at most for the higher-ups to find out his involvent and contact him directly for inquiries.

Sidal smiled inside.
It was obvious that the amount offered was higher than two hundred million.

"Yes!" Sidal jumped for joy once the call was done, punching the air in jubilation. "It’s done!"
He’d struck a massive profit!
Then he cald down.
"I hope Mr. Sylvester agrees to it. He won’t disagree with such a large amount...right?"
Contrary to the expectations of a rchant, Sidal had no intent of trying anything under Ezra’s nose.
His relationship with Ezra was a delicate one, and at this point, Sidal was already convinced that this relationship was bound to bring in more benefits for him than he could imagine.
Therefore, any act that could jeopardize it is a forbidden act.
Which was why he requested for four days. Sidal planned for Ezra’s opinion during that ti.
Bracing himself, Sidal calls Ezra.

A sudden call disrupted Ezra’s concentration, forcing him to open his eyes.

He called to request permission to collect another one from the alchemist.
Ezra couldn’t help but think ’This guy is more trustworthy than expected’
But it was a good thing, so there was no need to fuss about it.
"I see" Ezra replied. "I will head to their myself tomorrow"
"Okay" Sidal replied, to which Ezra then ended the call.
For one, Ezra didn’t grant Sidal access to go by on his loneso because it would set a dangerous precedent for him to take it without his permission if he soday decided to betray.
You can never predict when a person will change.
This was a lesson Ezra could never forget.
Thankfully, there were not many things to worry about, things were going smoothly so far.
Done with the short interlude, Ezra went back into cultivation.
On the other hand, Sidal was ecstatic. That was easier than expected.
With this, his position as an executive was basically guaranteed!
Sidal couldn’t wait to see the look on the faces of his rivals in a few days.
And it was all thanks to a monstrous genius that suddenly appeared.

Done eating, Ezra returned to the cultivation room, Zydrax’s voice rang out.
