Chapter 86: Chapter 85: Er Gouzi’s Divine Finishing Blow

After getting into the mighty Wuling van, Fang Chenyi pushed the pouting Er Gouzi, who was trying to burrow into his lap, back onto the passenger seat. He then stepped on the gas, and the Wuling let out a roar.

As everyone watched, the van slowly pulled out of the parking spot. But just as they all thought he was about to leave, Fang Chenyi slamd on the brakes as he passed Principal Wang, bringing the van to a halt.

He pulled open the driver’s side door and got out, a mischievous smirk on his face. After glancing at the dumbfounded Principal Wang, Fang Chenyi walked straight to the back of the van.

He reached out and pulled open the rear doors, revealing five million RMB in neatly stacked bills inside!

However, due to the angle, no one was behind the van except for Fang Chenyi, so the crowd couldn’t see what was inside.

As the crowd watched in confusion, Fang Chenyi casually grabbed a sealed bundle worth 100,000 RMB, turned around, and walked up to Principal Wang. He shot the man a disdainful look, then threw the bundle of cash at his feet.

"Here’s your fifty thousand back. The extra fifty is to buy your dog."

His words instantly sent the crowd into an uproar. They couldn’t believe this young man dared to confront Principal Wang to his face, and in such a blunt and crude way.

However, no one thought the young man stood a chance. After all, Principal Wang was the son of the richest man in the country, the sa person who once famously declared, "When I make friends, I never ask if they’re rich, because they’ll never be as rich as

anyway."

This just went to show that when it ca to money, Principal Wang had never backed down from anyone.

Sure enough, upon seeing the other man throw 100,000 RMB at him, Principal Wang was so incensed he actually laughed.

"Heh heh, buddy, is there sothing wrong with your head? Do you have any idea who I am? You think you can buy my dog for fifty thousand? That’s hilarious. Look, buddy, let

give you so advice. It can’t be easy collecting scraps. You must have worked hard to save up this hundred thousand, so you should probably just keep it. But since you offered fifty thousand for my dog, I can’t be stingy, can I? Here, it just so happens I brought cash with

today."

With that, Principal Wang walked straight to his Rolls-Royce, opened the trunk, and pulled out a locked briefcase.

Honestly, this kid had really gotten under Principal Wang’s skin. In his entire life, it was the first ti anyone had ever thrown money at him.

He returned to stand before Fang Chenyi and quickly undid the combination lock. The briefcase opened to reveal it was filled with neatly arranged stacks of bright red 100-RMB notes.

A smirk curved his lips. Then, with a flip of his wrist, he sent stacks of red bills scattering all over the ground.

"Heh heh, buddy, don’t get

wrong. I just happen to have a bit of money. To , there’s no difference between spending fifty thousand and five hundred thousand. As long as I like it, that’s all that matters. Here, this is five hundred thousand. That should be enough to buy one dog from you, no problem, right?"

A murmur rippled through the crowd.

Staring at the money scattered on the ground, everyone began to whisper amongst themselves. In truth, for most people in this crowd, a re five hundred thousand was nothing to bat an eye at.

Their net worth might have been high, but a scene like this was still a rare spectacle, and its impact was undeniable.

"Whoa, that dog’s really worth a fortune now, huh? Five hundred thousand? How many huskies could you even buy with that?"

"Heh, my friend, I think your math is off. Didn’t he give the kid fifty thousand earlier? That makes it five hundred and fifty thousand."

In the crowd’s eyes, Fang Chenyi was just a scrap collector—at best, maybe he owned a small recycling depot. After all, what kind of rich person would drive a Wuling van?

Everyone assud Fang Chenyi would surely give in for five hundred and fifty thousand RMB.

But in the next mont, Fang Chenyi just curled his lip in a disdainful sneer. "Heh, who would’ve thought? The famous Principal Wang can only pull out this little bit of cash... Tsk, tsk. You’re really all talk, aren’t you?"

After dropping that line, Fang Chenyi turned and walked straight back to his Wuling van.

He reached in, grabbed another bundle of 100,000 RMB, and, without even looking up, casually tossed it toward Principal Wang’s general location in front of the van.

One bundle, two bundles, three, five... As he kept throwing them, he muttered to himself:

"One hundred thousand, two hundred thousand, three hundred thousand, five hundred thousand... Hmm, that should do it. Now let’s raise the stakes!"

Even after he said that, his hands didn’t stop. Bundle after bundle of cash flew forward, like a courier carelessly unloading parcels.

Once he had thrown out all five million RMB from inside the van, Fang Chenyi casually dusted off his hands, which weren’t even dirty, and walked forward with a swagger.

"Heh, there we go. You offered five hundred thousand to buy my dog, so I’ll raise you by a factor of ten. This is five million. Your dog belongs to

now!"

Principal Wang never imagined he’d get shut down like this, much less by soone using the one thing he was never short on: money.

’I could have pulled out a credit card with a limit far exceeding five million, but doing so now would feel inappropriate.

’After all, if I pull out a card and say it holds a hundred million, he could just pull out another card and claim it holds a billion.

’Looks like I’ll have to start keeping a few million in cash in my car from now on...’

By now, the crowd of onlookers was completely stunned by Fang Chenyi’s display. They all stared wide-eyed at him and the Wuling van behind him.

They couldn’t fathom why this young "scrap collector" was driving around with a van full of money.

Of course, that was what the onlookers were wondering. The security guards from before, however, knew the real story. ’The only reason he drove this van today must have been to carry all that cash.’ After all, they knew Fang Chenyi was the head of Louis Vuitton China. A big boss like that wouldn’t drive such a vehicle on a daily basis, would he?

Just then, however, a sudden bark erupted from inside the van. Imdiately after, a black-and-white blur shot out.

Hearing the noise, Fang Chenyi turned to see Er Gouzi charging in his direction.

Fang Chenyi was rendered speechless. ’That Er Gouzi,’ he thought, ’I told him to wait in the van. How did he get out?’

But that wasn’t the important part. The important part was that Er Gouzi wasn’t running toward him, but was instead making a beeline for Principal Wang.

The onlookers found this hilarious. They figured the husky must have gotten excited at the sight of the female dog, causing it to completely ignore its own master.

It wasn’t just the onlookers; even Fang Chenyi and Principal Wang himself assud the sa.

However, things rarely go as expected. Just as Er Gouzi reached Principal Wang and skidded to a halt, the crowd was shocked to discover that the husky was carrying a stack of cash in its mouth. A stack of bright red bills.

Then, as everyone stared, the husky gave its head a sharp flick, sending the stack of cash flying straight at Principal Wang’s face...
