Liam was not the only one who had joined the battle against the small army of lesser demons.

The six natives participated in the fight as well. They didn't rush forward as crazily as Liam, but they certainly did their job.

Jennie, Kian, and Rex wielded their Black Steel Spears with great focus and dexterity while Felicia charged at the massive hordes of the Ordinary Shedim, swinging her Black Steel Saber around like a madman.

As for Olivia, she wielded a light longsword that sliced through the heads and hearts of the Ordinary Shedim with ease.

After listening to Liam's pieces of advice, everyone paid attention to the fighting pattern of their opponents and was having a much easier ti recognizing the familiar and repetitive movent patterns of the Shedim. It was obvious why Liam had such an easy ti defeating the Lesser Shedim. All of them moved in more or less an extrely similar fashion, which Liam made use of with his Soultrait.

The Devil's Eyes could easily detect the mont the lesser demons were about to initiate their combat technique. Now that they had gotten to know their movent set and combat style close to perfection by now, Liam knew where his opponents would move and what they would do. Neither the Ordinary Shedim nor the Elite Shedim was a problem for him anymore.

He had created a perfect strategy to eradicate them all by himself, even if it looked like he was currently massacring his opponents with brute force and without any strategic plan in his mind. Right now it might look like he had entered so sort of Berserk mode because of all the blood that had splattered on his face, and from the fact that his claws had dug deep into the flesh of the Shedim, reaping their lives.

However, in reality, Liam was completely sane. He knew what he was doing and acted like a madman intentionally as if the sensation of his superior power was slowly depriving him of his sanity.

The attention of Kian, Rex, and Jennie was drawn over to Liam every now and then. They got goosebumps every now and then, and they could hardly fathom what was going on in Liam's mind. But that was not sothing they had ti for, either way.

Dozens of Shedim were trying to reach for the natives, tear them apart and feast on their tender flesh. They had to focus on their survival and the fight ahead of them, otherwise, they would turn into the lesser demons' delicious snack.

Rex shot toward the left while triggering his Soultrait. A golden bolt of lightning materialized at the top of his Black Steel Spear. He intended to use the golden bolt of lightning as an enhancent for his Black Steel Spear, making sure that no Shedim would be able to block his attacks.

However, the mont he thrust the Black Steel Spear into the chest of the closest Ordinary Shedim, the golden bolt of lightning discharged completely. It turned into a projectile that tore through the Ordinary Shedim's body and burst open the mont the bolt collided with the ground.

The brute force of the impact was enough to cause a drastic reaction where all Arcane Power was affected by the golden lightning bolt. The golden lightning bolt expanded with the use of the surrounding Arcane Power, creating an explosion of electricity that turned into a big cloud covering a range of a few ters.

"Oh shit!" Rex shouted out loud as more than a dozen notifications popped up in the corner of his eyes. He swallowed his saliva and triggered his Soultrait once again, repeating the sa process once more. However, this ti, Rex tried to intentionally cause the explosion and figure out the chanism behind it.

There were many things for Rex to learn, but he saw a ray of hope now that he had a rough direction to go. Rex began to use his Soultrait over and over again, discharging golden lightning bolts in the most crowded areas within his range of attack. His eyes were shining with excitent and the corners of his lips were curling upward as he was slowly starting to gain more confidence to defeat the horde of lesser demons around him.

Rex didn't need Liam's help to defeat a bunch of lesser demons anymore! This was the most exciting part and he was looking forward to it. In fact, it was even better than finding out one way to use his Soultrait!

His control was not great but it was better than nothing. The efficiency with which he fought his battles increased drastically, and so did the consumption of his Arcane Power. Using his Soultrait while fighting the lesser demons in front of him by wielding the Black Steel Spear, and trying to figure out how to make sure that he wouldn't be drained of his entire Arcane Power was not easy, but Rex was pretty sure that he had done a good job.

That was the truth. He did better than Jennie and Kian, who were struggling quite a bit. None of them had the ans or the strength to fight against such massive numbers of opponents. While wielding their Black Steel Spears, they were rely able to kill one opponent after another. Kian was much faster because his Soultrait was fully unleashed, accelerating his agility until his body couldn't handle it any further.

Jennie could only kill two to three Ordinary Shedim a minute, and that was already her best performance. She had given her utmost but the ntal pressure and the fear she felt were too hard to overco.

Jennie knew that she had to grow stronger, as fast as possible preferably, otherwise, she would be left behind and probably beco their food. However, the Shedim were too frightening. They were quite terrifying, and Jennie couldn't understand how the others were able to overco their fear and inch closer to the terrifying lesser demons to kill them.

Seeing the lesser demons were already repulsive enough to make her want to bolt away in the other direction but she managed to refrain from doing that and slowly advanced toward the deadly beasts.

Without the restrictions her mindset and ntality put on Jennie, she would be able to defeat far more Ordinary Shedim. She may even be able to analyze the movents of the Ordinary Shedim and create a few movents to counter the Ordinary Shedim, defeating them at a much faster rate. That way, she would earn more Arcanium, could potentially enhance her strength by purchasing a few goods from the Arcane Shop, and beco a proper mber of Liam's group.

But since she was not able to overco her struggles, the disgust that swept through her entire body while looking at the grotesque Shedim, Jennie couldn't do more than she was currently capable of.
