And in the middle of that room was Alfi. Wearing an oversized Christmas sweater with a blue dragon clumsily stitched across the front and orange fireworks on the sleeves, she let out a bright smile and held out a wrapped present to the cara.

The thumbnail dissolved in a swirl of snowflakes. Afterwards, it still showed a Christmas scene. But instead of a realistic scene, everything turned chibi. Like a diorama scene from above. There, Alfi sat in front of the fireplace, wrapped up in a blue blanket while happily sipping a steaming mug of cocoa.
